급격한 고령화 시대에 노년층의 사회참여욕구가 확대되고 있으나 어떻게 해야 하는지를 모르고 있어 지역사회의 사회참여 프로그램에 대한 인지도가 매우 낮고 제도나 프로그램에 대한 접근성이 제한적인 실정이다. 가족기능이 해체된 노인을 대상으로 노후 생활 지원욕구에 발맞춰 경제적지원, 취업지원, 의료지원, 여가지원 등 각종 복지 서비스를 제공함으로써 보편적이고 일상적인 생활을 영위하도록 지원하고자 많은 노력을 하고는 있으나 이를 체계적으로 실시할 수 있는 모델이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 노인들의 역할 및 지위 상실로 인하여 가정에서 고립된 생활을 하는 노인을 대상으로 복지 전문가가 현장에서 비교적 손쉽게 적용할 수 있는 체계화된 모델을 제안함으로 생활스트레스 감소, 인지기능 향상, 우울증 감소, 생활만족도를 향상시키고 노인여가 문화에 대한 건전성 확산을 통해 건강한 노후생활을 영위하게 하며 문화생활 지원을 통해 사회적 비용 부담 경감을 도모함과 동시에 자존감의 고취 및 자율성을 획득하고 자아성취감과 만족감을 느끼게 하는데 있다.

최근 급격히 증가하는 노인들과 정신적 휴식이 필요한 도시인들의 신체적·정신적 건강과 안녕감을 유지하기 위한 방법으로써 치유농업에 관한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 치유농업 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변인고찰을 위하여 노후준비도, 치유농업 공급조건, 치유농업 제공서비스를 독립변수로 정하여 연구하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 서울, 경기 일부지역의 30세 이상 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 356부를 분석대상으로 확정하였다. 연구가설의 검증은 선형회기분석을 통하여 검증하였고, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노후준비도의 신체적 준비와 정서적 준비, 그리고 경제적 준비는 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 치유농업 공급조건의 자연경관,, 접근성, 안전성은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 경제성과 전문성은 기각되었다. 셋째, 치유농업 제공서비스의 농작물 재배, 동물매개, 치유시설은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 치유농업 이용의도를 높이기 위해서는 소비자의 노후준비가 잘되어 있어야 하며, 치유농업 공급조건에서는 접근성과 안전성이, 치유농업 제공서비스에서는 치유시설이 잘 갖춰져야 치유농업을 이용하려는 소비자의 이용의도를 높일 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.

The average life expectancy in Korea was 62.3 in 1970 and 82.3 in 2016, which increased by more than 20 years and it's expected to enter super-aged society after passing through the aged society. The poverty, loneliness, inactivity, and disease which were called as four problems of senior citizens have become social issues. Thus, the project for creating job opportunities for the elderly(Project supporting social activity of seniors) was carried out as the senior welfare policy. First purpose was to help the elderly engage in society actively, make their income and build up health while preventing the problems of the aged and reducing social cost as well. The second purpose was to help them live healthy later lives through various jobs. This study aimed to investigate whether the project for creating job opportunities for the elderly increased quality of later lives through health promotion and healthy later lives while engaging in the society, rather than making income according to its purpose, by conducting the survey before and after participating in the project for creating job opportunities for the elderly. It's expected to see this study could contribute to making more opportunities for the senior citizens to engage in the society continuously, rater than making money.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for developing effective intervention methods to improve the quality of life by identifying the factors that affect the quality of life of the baby boomers. A descriptive survey research was conducted with the research subjects, 145 baby boomer women who lived in Island J from June 1 to June 30, 2018. The analysis of quality of life had positive correlations with health condition, family relationship satisfaction, retirement preparedness, age, aging anxiety, and showed negative correlations with family relationship satisfaction, and aging anxiety. Therefore, this research is expected to provide useful materials to develop efficient mediation programs in various areas for positive preparation for the golden age and improved family relationship.

This study was attempted to verify the mediating effects of depression and physical health on the effect of Korean boomers' assets on life satisfaction. The 5th main survey data of the National Retirement Security Panel(KReIS) were used for this purpose. As a result, first, baby boomer's asset level has positive effect on life satisfaction. Second, the asset was able to confirm the positive effect of increasing physical health and satisfaction of life. Third, depression and physical health had a mediating effect between baby boomer's assets and life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, policy suggestions were made to improve the life satisfaction by reducing the depression of baby boomers and improving physical health.

본 연구는 은퇴 후 신체적 건강이 시간이 지남에 따라 어떤 변화양상을 나타내는지, 은퇴 후 신체적 건강에 영향을 주는 것으로 알려진 은퇴 특성(은퇴시점, 은퇴자발성 여부) 변인이 은퇴 후 신체적 건강의 궤적에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 분석 자료는 국민노후보장패널 3차시(2009년), 4차시(2011년), 5차시(2013년) 종단자료이며, 2,857명을 대상으로 잠재성장모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 중 고령은퇴자의 신체적 건강은 시간의 흐름의 변화를 알아보기 위해 무조건부 모형을 통해 확인한 결과, 중 고령은퇴자들은 시간이 지남에 따라 더 높은 수준의 ADL 값을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중 고령은퇴자의 신체적 건강변화와 관련이 있는 은퇴특성은 무엇인지 조건부 모형을 통해 알아본 결과, 은퇴 특성 변수로는 조기은퇴자일 때, 은퇴가 비자발적일 때, 건강상 이유로 은퇴했을 때 더 높은 ADL 초기값을 보였다. 또한 변화궤적 영향요인을 살펴본 결과, 은퇴특성에서는 어떤 변수도 유의성을 보이지 않았고, 인구사회학적 변수 중에서는 연령이 높을수록, 소득이 높을수록 ADL의 증가속도가 더욱 가파른 것으로 나타났다.

This study tried to identify the factors that affect the participation of national pension beneficiaries in economic activities. Data from the 8th KReIs main survey were used for the study subjects, and the number of subjects was 919. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 20.0. As a result, gender, age, marital status, residential area, physical health status, and mental health status showed differences in economic activity participation. Participation in economic activities was correlated with gender, age, marital status, physical health status, and psychological health status. As factors influencing the participation in economic activities of national pension recipients, it was found that gender, age, education level, residential area, and physical health had an effect on economic activity participation.

설날, 어른께 세배를 올리며 으레 했던 덕담이 '오래 사세요' 라는 말이다. 이는 평균수명이 길지 않았던 시대에 자손들이 어른께 드리는 당부이자 소원이기도 했다. 집안 어른의 환갑잔치는 마을의 큰 행사였고 자손들뿐 아니라 온 마을 사람들이 찾아와 아낌없이 함께 기쁨을 나눴다. 하지만 최근에는 환갑잔치를 여는 집이 거의 드물고, 오히려 고희연을 옛날 환갑잔치하듯 크게 베푸는 경우가 많아졌다. 환갑은 이미 거의 다 거쳐 가는 여느 생일 그 이상도 아니게 된 것. 이처럼 의학의 발전과 더불어 물질적으로 풍족한 사회가 되면서 인간의 평균수명은 몰라보게 늘어났다. 우리나라도 이미 급속한 고령화 사회로 진입한지 오래다. 하지만 '오래' 만 사는 고령화는 결코 바람직하지 않다. 왜? '건강하지 않는' 고령화는 본인과 그 가족 그리고 더 나아가 사회적으로도 큰 고통이 아닐 수 없기 때문이다. 정기적인 건강 검진과 철저한 예방을 통해 젊고 건강하게 '구구팔팔이삼사' 하는 멋진 노후를 맞이해야 하지 않겠는가?

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing poverty in the elderly under the income maintenance, focusing on labor. Accordingly, a Panel Logit Analysis was conducted based on the 7th to 16th data of the Korean Welfare Panel. The analysis results are as follows. First, even if demographic, economic, and health variables affecting elderly poverty are controlled, National Pension and Special Occupational Pension among the income maintenance are negatively related to elderly poverty. On the other hand, it was found that the amount of Basic Pension and National Basic Living Security were positively related to poverty for the elderly. Second, it was found that if the elderly receiving national basic living security work, there is a high possibility of poverty. This raises the need to restructuring the Basic Pension, and suggests that it is necessary to combine the National Basic Living Security with the elderly job policy. Finally, in order to alleviate overall elderly poverty, it is suggested to rebuild the multi-pillar old-age income security system, including Basic Pension and Retirement Pension.
