Convergence Factors Influencing on Quality of Life in Baby Boomer Generation Woman

베이비 붐 세대 여성의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for developing effective intervention methods to improve the quality of life by identifying the factors that affect the quality of life of the baby boomers. A descriptive survey research was conducted with the research subjects, 145 baby boomer women who lived in Island J from June 1 to June 30, 2018. The analysis of quality of life had positive correlations with health condition, family relationship satisfaction, retirement preparedness, age, aging anxiety, and showed negative correlations with family relationship satisfaction, and aging anxiety. Therefore, this research is expected to provide useful materials to develop efficient mediation programs in various areas for positive preparation for the golden age and improved family relationship.

본 연구는 베이비 붐 세대 여성의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 삶의 질을 향상 시키기 위한 효율적인 중재방안을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 J도에 거주하고 있는 베이비 붐 세대 여성(1955-1963년 출생) 145명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구결과 삶의 질은 건강상태, 가족관계만족도, 노후준비도, 연령, 노후불안과 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 가족관계만족도, 노후불안과는 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 따라서 긍정적인 노후를 준비하고 가족관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 분야의 효율적인 중재 프로그램 개발을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
