The purposes of this study are to find the difference in information literacy among the elderly home care service users and to identify the impact of information literacy on service quality and satisfaction among service users. To achieve the goals, this study used 466 responses from the elderly home care service recipients in Jeollabukdo providence, and conducted t-tests, ANOVA and a series of regression analyses. The results showed that there were significant differences in information literacy by gender, household type, residence area, education level and subjective health status among service users. The study also found that service users information literacy had a significant impact on service quality and satisfaction, and it confirms the importance of customized service. This study suggests that information literacy inequality exists among the elderly home care service users, therefore, the way to improve information delivery strategy should be developed for the information-poor elderly.

As aged population has increased and family structures have changed in current industrialized society, weakened traditional family functions, increased economic activities of women, changed senses of value and changed status and role of senior people have caused may problems. So as it is getting harder to expect family support for the aged, more senior care facilities are needed. In this aspect, to activate senior welfare facilities, the following directions are required: First, facilities should be expanded in governmental level; Second, regional networks and various programs should be developed according to regional characteristics; Third, the environment of senior welfare facilities should be improved; Fourth, marketing strategies that are appropriate for characteristics of clients are needed through development of supporters; Fifth, treatment of senior welfare facility staff should be improved and the number of the professional staff should increase.

This study analysed the needs of the elderly in computer education, their preference and demands for computer education to enhance the quality of information welfare for the elderly, and presented a computer education model for higher quality information welfare for the elderly to maximize the effect of computer education. The research which sees the fact that about model found of the duty factor whom follows in old person welfare facility worker holding office duration and organized performance researches in purpose. From theoretical background about the old person welfare facility system investigated a theory about the duty factor and organized performance of literature investigation and the old person welfare facility worker. From positive analysis about the research object verifies a suitable degree about demographics school register analytical and study model, structural equation model leads and construction verification and modulating effect analysis under executing boil.

It is expected that Korea will be entering with super aged society with its rapid changing to aging society compare to other developed countries. Such phenomenon is recognized from a long time ago and government has enacted Elderly Long Term Convalescence Insurance Regulation back in 1999. However, different from its actual purpose, there are many problems and improvements to be made, leading to legislative revision for several times. Still, it is left with many issues. This is one example showing there has been a continuous problem with elderly long term convalescence insurance system. Even this system in Germany which have started 4 years before us is to continuously revising regulation by raising issues to make strong structure for elderly welfare and long term convalescence, aiming to enhance life of elderly people by providing detailed standard for convalescence. Elderly related legal systematization may not enhance their welfare service or daily life right away. However, if details in regulation and its theory is systematically arranged, this will greatly reduce administrative confusion as well as increasing understanding and use of this system for the nation.

현재 많은 국가들이 복지를 위해 많은 투자와 지원을 하고 있으며, 이러한 시대의 배경을 바탕으로 복지에 많은 관심이 몰리고 있으며, 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 전 세계적으로 의료가 발달하면서 인간의 수명은 늘어나게 되고, 노인들의 증가로 인하여, 노인에 대한 복지가 문제가 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 이동에 불편함을 느끼거나, 주기적인 관리나 보호가 필요한 노인들이 집에 있으면서 여러 가지 서비스들을 이용 가능하도록 도와주는 기능을 제공한다. 이 시스템을 사용하는 노인들은 기본적인 혈압이나 몸무게 등 측정과 관련된 서비스를 이용할 수 있고, 기초적인 집안일도 서비스로 이용 받을 수 있다. 또한, 관리자가 집을 방문하고, 관리자는 노인이 설정해 놓은 측정 및 서비스들을 확인할 수 있다.

본 논문은 빈번한 가정방문 등으로 독거노인을 관리해야 하는 사회복지사들에게 관련 솔루션 및 대체 방안을 제공하고 독거노인에게는 외부 감염을 최대한으로 줄일 수 있는 IoT 장치와 App을 제안하였다. 딥러닝으로 학습된 사람 인식 알고리즘을 탑재하고 있는 Pi 카메라를 사용하여 독거노인이 집에 있을 때의 움직임을 지속적으로 확인하고 낙상과 같은 위급상황이 생겼을 시, Push 알림을 보내어 바로 대처하게 하였으며, 촬영본 확인이 가능하다. 또한 노인의 외출 시, 위급한 상황이 생기면 휴대용 단말기의 SOS 버튼을 눌러 Wifi 모듈을 통해 현재 위치와 알림을 즉각적으로 사회복지사의 App으로 보내어 확인할 수 있다.

It is one of the most important fact that prepare for the advanced elderly society which are the law of elderly man welfare and policy is divided into an employment guarantee policy, an income guarantee policy, a health welfare policy etc.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이러한 관계에서 노인의 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램으로 개인의 인구사회학적특성, 정보화기기 중 PC, 모바일 기기 활용능력, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 독립변수로 하고 노인의 사회자본을 종속변수로 하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 매개변수로 설정하여 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향에 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 그 결과, 노인의 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 요인은 남성보다 여성의 사회자본 수준이 높았고, 나이가 많은 사람, 월평균 소득이 높은 사람, 다른 가족과 함께 거주하는 노인의 사회자본 수준이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 독립변수인 PC활용능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었고, 모바일기기 활용 능력과 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 높을수록 사회자본이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이후 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본에 미치는 영향을 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 매개하는지 분석하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 모형으로 분석한 결과, pc활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 경로와 모바일기기 활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 매개효과 경로는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 정보화기기의 접근성 향상을 위한 교육기관의 노력과 단순한 컨텐츠 위주의 교육에서 보다 실용적이고 즉시적인 교육 콘텐츠 전환 등 실천적 노력에 대해 제언하였다.

본 연구는 한국복지패널 제11차 데이터를 활용하여 노인의 삶의 만족도와 이전소득(공적이전, 사적이전 소득)의 관계를 규명하고자 시도되었다. 분석결과, 일반가구 노인의 경우 공적이전 소득이 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 저소득가구 노인의 경우 사적이전 소득이 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 일반가구 노인의 경우 공적이전 소득이 1,019.2만원(월평균 84.9만원)으로 공적이전 소득이 소득안정화 효과로 나타나 삶의 만족도를 높이는 것으로 예측할 수 있다. 그러나 저소득가구 노인의 경우 일반가구 노인의 공적이전 소득의 절반 수준인 508.5만원(월평균 42.4만원)으로 나타났다. 이는 저소득가구 노인의 경우 비록 "마음이 편하지 않는" 소득원천인 사적이전 소득이 불안정한 소득안정화 부족분을 채워주어 삶의 만족도를 높이는 것으로 추정할 수 있다.
