This study aims to reveal the educational effect and healing action of senior dance by approaching the experiential awareness of the social workers in phenomenological ways. The social workers who participated in the study are 7 social workers at Institute of Social Welfare of the Elderly Welfare in 2014 selected from ARTE Culture and Arts Culture and Arts Education Support Project as beneficiary organizations in the field of dance education. The materials and data of this study have been collected through 1 to 1 in-dept interviews with them. As a result, social welfare workers were recognizing senior dance education as emotional, recognizable, mental, social art activities rather than simple physical activities. And the senior citizens stimulate individual positive emotions and cognitive and have given feedback on and on. So, snowball effect that satisfactory feel of our lives get increased occurs. Finally, senior dance education provided at welfare institutions can be considered healing art activity to improve quality of life gradually through continuous interaction among individuals and communities.

As aged population has increased and family structures have changed in current industrialized society, weakened traditional family functions, increased economic activities of women, changed senses of value and changed status and role of senior people have caused may problems. So as it is getting harder to expect family support for the aged, more senior care facilities are needed. In this aspect, to activate senior welfare facilities, the following directions are required: First, facilities should be expanded in governmental level; Second, regional networks and various programs should be developed according to regional characteristics; Third, the environment of senior welfare facilities should be improved; Fourth, marketing strategies that are appropriate for characteristics of clients are needed through development of supporters; Fifth, treatment of senior welfare facility staff should be improved and the number of the professional staff should increase.

The increased needs for medical cost containment and the quality of life improvement for the low-income elderly with chronic disease require the complementary relationship between hospital care and community health services. This study investigated the current status of the linkage between Korean hospital care and community services using Seoul Welfare Panel Study(SWPS) data. Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the effects of experiences of hospitalization and outpatient health services on use and needs of community health services. The analysis results indicated that the elderly with chronic disease who have not experienced outpatient health services were unlikely to receive health and social services in the community. Even those who have experienced hospitalization were not provided complementary health services in the community despite the increasing demand.

Elderly welfare practitioners study on job performance systems and information security management though important information, including personal information, social services for the elderly extent of protection is insufficient. The elder welfare institution engaged in information security of whether the research was conducted to enhance information security capabilities against How does affect the information security acts as a parameter. The empirical research was conducted by latent mean analysis by gender of workers. As a result of the study, there were differences among the groups according to gender in relation to information security awareness, information security capacity enhancement, and information security behavior. There were gender differences in information security behavior. It has been found that the strengthening of information security has an important influence on information security behavior.

The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental materials for architectural planning of the Multipurpose Senior Center according to regional characteristics, and to analyze the Multipurpose Senior Center at the view of the program and utilization. For the analysis of the actual condition are surveyed 164 respondents und programs in four facilities in Deajeon. The results of this study are as follows; 1. the characteristics, problems and demands of the section of social education, the counseling, the medical rehabilitation, the sports education, etc. 2. the consideration factors for the planning of the program and volume of the Multipurpose Senior Center on the basic of the rate of increase in population of the Elderly in regions.

The aims of the study is to analyse the participation satisfaction and the intension continuing participation through volunteering of the elderly who take part in the employment promotion programme for the elderly. The major findings can be summarised as follows; first, although the level of satisfaction of the public sector programme participants seems relatively high, the satisfaction level on the payments is not. Secondly, there was differences in the level of volunteering intension according to different kinds of the programmes. Thirdly, higher socio-economic status, the sorts of the programme, and the level of satisfaction affects the odds of the participation intention of the elderly. Based on these findings, the study suggests various directions of the employment promotion programme for the elderly such as need assessment for the elderly, the increase of the payment, promoting the quality of employment, and the administrative system for supporting elderly volunteering.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job-demands on social worker's organizational commitment. Espically this study focused on the moderating effect of LMX between job-demands and organizational commitment. The sample consisted of 189 social workers in 33 Senior Welfare Centers. The date was analyses using descriptive and multiple regression methods. The major findings of the study firstly were job-demands had negative effect on the social worker's organizational commitment and LMX had positive effect on the social worker's organizational commitment. Secondly, LMX had mederating effect between job-demands and organizational commitment. All these findings were discussed on Social Welfare Center and research.

The study looked into the effect of internet utilization (utilization frequency and utilization ability in internet) on the life satisfaction level for the elderly in depth. In order to verify the correlation of two variables, a mediating model structured by ego integrity was used which gave out the Seoul welfare panel data created by Seoul welfare foundation in 2010. The total sample size was a group of 1862 elders aged over 60. When it came to our research methods, structured equation analysis was applied to verify the mediating effect and theoretical background. The findings are as follows: First, elderly's utilization frequency in internet is not an influencing factor to life satisfaction and elderly's utilization ability in internet is an influencing factor to life satisfaction. Second, the level of social activity did function as partial mediator on relationship between elderly's utilization ability in internet and life satisfaction. This study indicates theoretical and practical interventions to promote elderly's utilization in internet.

연구목적은 고령화의 사회에서 노인들이 지속적인 일을 통해 사회구성원으로 참여하도록하는 노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 노인일자리 사업에 의 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 KJ지역에 거주하는 65세 이상의 노인 중 노인일자리 사업에 참여중인 노인 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하려고 한다. 이 논문의 주요연구내용은 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 2023년 11월부터 설문조사를 진행하여 결과를 spss 27.0을 활용하여 분석하려고 한다. 연구결과는 노인일자리 사업 참여가 생활만족도와 성공적 노화에 유의한 영향을 미치고 생활만족도는 매개효과가 있을 것으로 본다.
