The purpose of this study is to derive policy implications in allocating day care centers for the elderly with more efficiency and/or equity by calculating and analysing the accessibility scores of individual dongs to day care centers for the elderly in Seoul using GIS spatial analysis techniques. The study finds that the spatial distribution of the centers does not respond to the distribution of the potential users very well and that dongs in Gangseo-gu and Songpa-gu at the outskirt of Seoul has the lowest level of accessibility. The findings of the study has policy implications in the management of day care centers for the elderly. First, in order to improve the accessibility of the elderly to the centers, an increase in the number and the capacity of the centers needs to be made especially in areas with lower level of services provided. Second, if policy decision is made in the way to increase the capacity of the existing centers rather than to increase the number of centers due to, for example, the budget limit, capacity expansion needs to be made in the centers with higher proximity in order for more elderly people to use the centers more frequently with easy access. Finally, this type of accessibility analysis techniques needs to be used to allocate, expand, and evaluate other types of care facilities for the elderly and social welfare facilities in order to preserve the welfare right of the users of the facility who usually have a lower mobility and to assure the necessity of the resource investment.

고령화 시대에 있어서 노인복지시설을 이용하는 많은 노인들이 본인의 의지와 관계없이 일반적으로 경험하게 되는 건강관리 관련 프로그램은 대체의학과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 대체의학을 노인관련 의료복지에 적용함으로써 노인성질환에 대한 예방과 치료에 활용하고 치료를 통하여 노인의료복지의 수준을 제고하는데 노력을 할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 노인들의 일상생활에서의 대체의학의 요법을 통해서 포괄적인 건강증진을 위한 실천적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

This study examined cases of duplication and confliction of legislation related to fire safety in long-term care facilities. In addition, the aim was to provide implications about those cases in the perspectives of welfare for the aged. In relation to fire protection facilities, long-term care facilities are regulated by the Building Act and Fire Protection Act. Among those Acts, certain gaps, and conflicts by duplicated regulations were found. Although the related-acts have improved gradually, unsolved issues and retroactive applications still remained. The problems stated above were defined by reviewing specific cases and legal improvements in the perspectives of welfare for the aged were suggested.

Being rapidly increased in population of the Elderly supporting of the Elderly is no longer family's and personal problems. It is social issue that demand measures by the government. Though many kinds of welfare policies for the Elderly have been established, it is not sufficient both in quality and quantity. In order to support residents of region, welfare facilities which based on community welfare have been supplied. This study is targeted on health facility for the elderly of Japan. First purpose, it is to acheive basic information about health facility. Second purpose of this study is to basic data for planning of facility.

Purpose: This study is designed to provide care workers with basic data on the development of job training programs for enhancing professionalism of senior care services by identifying and analyzing job recognition and education requirements according to the type of work place. Methods: Data were collected from April to July 2019 from 177 care workers working at the Elderly Care Facilities, Elderly Housing Welfare Facilities and Rehabilitation Facilities in the B Metropolitan City. It was analyzed using the SPSS Win 21.0 Statistical Program. Results: The results of job recognition of care worker according to the type of work place shows as follows. As for health care welfare facilities for senior citizens and residential welfare facilities for the elderly was the highest level for physical change and mobile care protection belonging to basic care protection technologies. For the rehabilitation and welfare facility, human rights and prevention of abuse among senior citizens which is belonging to occupational ethics and attitudes of care workers showed the highest. Conclusion: It is required for differentiated job training to enhance capacity for care workers according to the type of work place, and it is needed to developed systematic and specific customized hands-on training to perform, not for simple knowledge.

Elderly welfare practitioners study on job performance systems and information security management though important information, including personal information, social services for the elderly extent of protection is insufficient. The elder welfare institution engaged in information security of whether the research was conducted to enhance information security capabilities against How does affect the information security acts as a parameter. The empirical research was conducted by latent mean analysis by gender of workers. As a result of the study, there were differences among the groups according to gender in relation to information security awareness, information security capacity enhancement, and information security behavior. There were gender differences in information security behavior. It has been found that the strengthening of information security has an important influence on information security behavior.

노인인구가 증가하면서 노인 건강관리를 비롯한 여러가지 복지대책이 중요한 사회적 관심사로 대두되고 있다. 그중에서도 치매노인의 관리 문제는 노인 복지 측면에서, 반드시 해결해야 할 최대의 과제로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나 외국에 비해 양로원 시설도 충분히 갖추어지지 못한 우리의 실정에서 이 치매노인을 위한 복지는 사실상 전무한 상태다. 이러한 가운데서 지난 1월 우리나라 최초로 서울시 북부노인종합복지관(서울시 노원구 하계동 중계 9단지 내)에서 치매탁로소를 열어, 치매노인이 있는 가정에 새로운 희망을 던져주고 있다. 서울시 거주 치매노인이면 누구나 이용할 수 있는 치매탁로소의 개소 의의와 이용방법을 소개한다.

This study has a purpose of analyzing the difference of care giver's subjective awareness of self-efficacy and job satisfaction according to the types of welfare facilities, before studying the structural relationship between the management variables about workers at the welfare facilities for improving the quality of elderly medical welfare service. As a result of empirical analysis, there was no awareness difference of care givers according to the types of the elderly medical welfare facilities, but in general it was emphasized that the care givers' satisfaction with self-efficacy and job satisfaction was very essential in providing the elderly medical service. Therefore, this study has significance that it provided the theoretical fundament for efficient management method about the workers of the elderly medical welfare facilities.

Elderly welfare facilities are extremely susceptible to mass casualties in disastrous situations, such as fire, due to the limited physical and mental abilities of their residents. This study examined the status of fire safety management, including the structural problems of elderly welfare facilities, problems of the installation and management of firefighting systems, and problems regarding of fire safety managers. After the Sejong Medical Welfare Facility fire, these problems have been complemented by retrofitting firefighting systems in accordance with the revision of the relevant laws and regulations. On the other hand, the overall status of fire safety management is still insufficient. Therefore, it is important to improve the stability of buildings and firefighting systems as well as fire safety management through additional revision of the relevant laws and regulations.
