The purpose of this study is to empirically identify the influence of social entrepreneurship on the formation of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention. In order to effectively achieve the purpose of the study, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the results of a comprehensive review of relevant prior literature. The research model is set as social entrepreneurship including innovativeness, risk-taking, initiative, and social value orientation as independent variables, and entrepreneurship motivation is divided into intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. For the study, data were collected from a total of 114 social enterprise-related prospective entrepreneurs and early start-ups, and a research model and hypotheses analysis are conducted. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, all four components of social entrepreneurship were found to have a positive effect on intrinsic motivation. However, it is found that innovativeness and initiative among the components of social entrepreneurship has a positive effect on extrinsic motivation, whereas risk-taking and social value orientation has no significant effect on extrinsic motivation. Second, all four components of social entrepreneurship were found to have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, both intrinsic and extrinsic entrepreneurial motivation are found to have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Finally, in the relationship between social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention, both intrinsic and extrinsic entrepreneurial motivation are confirmed to have a positive mediating effect. This study specified the factors of social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship motivation that affect entrepreneurship awareness and behavior targeting social enterprises with differentiated characteristics from existing for-profit enterprises. And through an empirical analysis of the influence relationship between these factors, an attempt was made to derive academic and practical implications.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of performance satisfaction and audience loyalty through the motivation and community satisfaction of non-profit performance attendees in the local community. Motivations were examined by distinguishing between intrinsic and extrinsic factors to understand the profound desires of the audience. A survey was conducted targeting attendees who had experienced non-profit performances in the Jeju area over the past year to gather data. Ultimately, the survey responses from 363 participants were used as the basis for analysis. The results of the analysis indicated that higher levels of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations generally led to greater satisfaction and loyalty towards performances (H1, H2, H3). However, extrinsic motivation did not directly influence loyalty (H4). Nevertheless, both types of motivations were found to positively influence loyalty through performance satisfaction (H5, H8). While satisfaction with performances did not have a direct impact on community satisfaction (H6), audience loyalty was found to have a positive influence on community satisfaction (H7). Regarding motivations, performance satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between motivations and community satisfaction (H9). In the case of audience loyalty, intrinsic motivation showed mediating effects, while extrinsic motivation did not (H10). The process of motivation-satisfaction-loyalty-community satisfaction demonstrated a sequential pathway (H11). In conclusion, if local residents show interest and participate in non-profit performances, they develop a positive perception of the respective community. Therefore, performances provided at the local level should be recognized as crucial elements for the development of the community.

Fostering science-gifted individuals are very important for the future of the nation, and it is especially important to cultivate information-gifted individuals in the age of the fourth industry. There is no standardized curriculum for each gifted education center of the University. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed how effective the curriculum developed on the basis of computing thinking is to affect the characteristics of the information-gifted individuals. The curriculum developed on the components of computing thinking was applied to the information-gifted students of K University. In order to verify the effectiveness of the curriculum, we developed a creative personality test and an intrinsic motivation test, and conducted tests before and after the training. We compared pre-post test results by t-test with R program. The creative personality test consisted of 36 items with 6 factors: risk-taking, self - acceptance, curiosity, humor, dominance, and autonomy.
