본 연구는 지리교육의 내용 선정과 조직에 대한 기초 연구로써, 우리나라 제 7차 사회과 규과정에서 명시하고 있는 지리교육의 방향, 내용 및 조직을 분석하고 뉴욕주의 2000년 에 제시된 그것과 비교하였다. 우리나라와 미국의 지리교육의 내용과 조직에 대한 연구는 양국의 교육과정 개발 관점에 대한 분석과 더불어 현대 사회에서 교과로써 경쟁력을 갖춘 지리교육의 방향 및 지리적 지식의 성격에 대한 논의를 바탕으로 한다. 뉴욕주의 지리교육은 <기본으로의 복귀> 분위기 속에서 지리교육에서 학습해야 할 6가지 핵심 요소를 추출하고 그에 따라 내용을 체계화한 반면 우리 나라의 경우 한국과 세계의 지역지리, 계통 지리의 내용을 나열적으로 학습하도록 하였다. 그러나 백과사전식 내용 구성은 정보화 사회에서 지리교육의 역할을 스스로 축소시키고 지리교육에 대한 학생의 관심과 흥미를 감소시키는 결과를 초래한다. 미국 뉴욕주의 지리 내용과 조직은 우리나라 지리교육과정의 내용 구성 방향에 많은 시사점을 줄 수 있다. 지리교육의 생장력을 키우기 위한 지리 내용은 현대 사회 및 학습자의 요구와 지리학의 경향과 쟁점에 근거하여 그 핵심 요소가 선정되어야 하고, 지역적 방법과 계통적 방법을 적절하게 결함시켜 역동적이고 흥미있게 조직되어야 한다.되어야 한다.

제 7 차 교육과정에서 경제지리 과목이 심화 선택 과목으로 새롭게 설정되었다. 그러나 제 6차 교육과정 한국지리 과목의 경제지리 교육내용을 단순 확대.심화시켜 구성하였기 때문에, 그 동안의 비판과 문제점을 해결하지 못하고 있다. 지리교육에서 경제 지리교육내용의 선정 및 조직 바법은 산업별 분류방법, 주제 중심방법, 경제과정 중심방법으로 분류할 수 있는데, 기존은 교육과정은 산업별 분류방법을 근간으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 공급자의입장에서 나열적으로 교육내용을 선정.조직하고 있는 기존 방법의 문제점을 개선하고, 실생활에서 학습의 유용성을 확인시켜 학습자의 관심과 흥미를 갖게 하며, 다양한 형태의 교수-학습 활동이 가능하도록 하면서, 심화 선택 과목의 특성을 살릴 수 있는 경제 지리 과목의 교육내용 선정 및 조직 대안으로 지역문제 중심방법을 제안한다.

This study derives the main areas of information organization that should be covered in the formal curriculum of Library and Information Science, and suggests content elements for each area. Literature research, content analysis, survey and expert evaluation were conducted. Based upon these, information organization field was composed of four areas: information organization in general, classification, inventory, and practice, and a total of 31 content elements were presented. The content elements derived from each area through this study can be used as basic and helpful data when designing syllabus or teaching subjects in the field. In addition, it is possible to expand the content elements of each area of the information organization field through the research method used in this study. Finally, the results of this study will be used as basic materials when conducting the educational contents of information organization field.

제7차 국민공통기본 교육과정에서는 교육내용 조직이나 수준별 교육과정의 편성에 있어서 연속성의 보장을 제도화할 수 있다는 특징을 지니고 있다. 다시 말해 학교급별에 따라 교과의 명칭만 다를 뿐 교과의 성격, 목표, 지도내용 등에서 체계적으로 편성되었다는 특징을 지니고 있다. 그러나 이러한 취지와는 달리 교육과정 구성에 있어서는 다르게 조직되었다. 특히 의생활 교육내용의 경우 일부 학년에 국한되어 제시되고 있거나, 내용구조도 체계화되어 있지 않다. 이것은 7차 교육과정에서도 의생활 교육내용이 체계적으로 편성되지 않았다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 제7차 교육과정에 따라 집필된 초$\cdot$중$\cdot$고등학교 교과서를 중심으로 의생활 교육내용의 체계에 관하여 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 앞으로 가정과 교육과정에서 의생활 교육내용의 조직과 선정에 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 둔다. 교과서 분석에는 체계적 내용분석(systematic content analysis) 방법을 채택하였다. 체계적 내용분석은 교육내용의 임의적 서술을 체계적으로 정리하는 것을 의미한다. 의생활 교육이 그 가치와 위치를 정립하려면 그 분야만이 가지는 독특한 영역이 있어야 하는데 이는 체계적인 이론을 통해서만 드러낸다. 체계적인 이론은 우리가 교육현상을 바르게 지각하고 이해하며 그 실체를 볼 수 있게 하는 틀을 마련해 준다는 의미에서 이 방법을 채택하였다.

교과목표가 설정되면 교과목표를 달성하기 위해 교육내용을 선정하고 조직해야 한다. 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육내용을 선정하고 조직하기 위해 먼저 교과목표가 설정되어야 하나 현재 컴퓨터 교과가 정식 교과로 인정받지 못해 교과목표는 재량활동 2시간 중 1시간을 의무적으로 실시하는 정보통신 기술교육의 목표를 교과의 목표로 참고하고 본 연구를 실시하였다. 현재 정보통신 기술교육 시간에 사용하는 교재에는 교육내용 선정과 조직에 관한 이론이 아주 짧게 언급되어 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육내용 선정과 조직의 방법을 교육학 이론을 바탕으로 정리하고 4가지 기준을 이용 컴퓨터 교육과정 계열화 도표를 제시해 보고자 한다.

This study proposes a device for the organizational frameworks and essential (content) elements of world realms in world regional geography subject. Here, the term 'organizational framework' means the method of realms division, reasonable number and naming of realms, and approaches to reams inclusively. And the term 'essential elements' designate the core elements as big ideas that every student must study through world reams. To approach these thesis, the author suggests that there is a growing trend of a combined regional concept to apply for reams division, that it is necessary to rationalize the number of realms and to prepare rather a synthetic approach to realms than a single one. And then, the author presents five essential elements as big ideas of world reams that composed of four by thematic approach and one by global-issue approach. But, this study emphasizes that in organizing the essential elements for a realm it is a better strategy to bring elements selectively with a realm because certain element fulfils function specially to certain realm.

This study was to draw some managerial implications by examining the role of content career plateau, an individual's perception that one's own career is stagnated, in the relationship between the members' perception on HR practices and organizational commitment/turnover intention. The result showed that the perception on education/training practices has positive influence on organizational commitment, and a negative effect on turnover intention and career plateau. However, the perception on evaluation/compensation was shown to have no direct impact either on organizational commitment or on turnover intention. In addition, career plateau served as a partial mediator only between the perception on education/training practices and the attitudinal variables. Based on the results, some managerial/practical implications and suggestions for future research on career plateau are discussed.

This study is to analyze the effect of job relatedness of content in learning, job stress and organization communication on turnover intention and to examine whether the job satisfaction has a mediating effect by using HCCP 2013 panel data. The data was analyzed through Windows SPSS 23.0 program. Major findings of the study were as follows. First, It has significant result that job relatedness of content in learning, job stress and organization communication affects turnover intention. Second, job satisfaction mediates between job relatedness of content in learning and turnover intention. The job relatedness of content in learning level is higher, the turnover intention will be lower through mediating job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction is also significant effect between job stress and turnover intention. Although the job stress gets higher, the turnover intention can be lower because of job satisfaction. Finally, the relationship between organization communication and turnover intention is mediated by job satisfaction. Therefore, the company should prepare employee's turnover intention to control through this study.

This paper investigates the relationship between R&D professionals' career plateau and organizational commitment in which career plateau's sub-dimensions consist of structural and job-content plateau. Further, it aims to examine the moderating effect of age and creative behavior of R&D professionals on the relationship between career plateau and organizational commitment. Empirical data were collected from 418 R&D professionals who work for Government sponsored research institutions. The results showed that the relationship between structural plateau and organizational commitment is differently related depending on age level. That is, the negative relationship between structural plateau and organizational commitment is stronger for junior R&D professionals. Furthermore, the relationship between job-content plateau and organizational commitment is negatively related, and differs in the strength depending on the creative behavior level of R&D professionals. For one with stronger characteristics of creative behavior, job-content plateau is more negatively related to organizational commitment. Based on the results, some implications are suggested on the career plateau issues of R&D professionals who work for government sponsored research institutions. Finally, it is discussed on the limitations of this study and further research directions.
