최근 정부 R&D 방향을 보면 정부출연연의 역할은 중장기, 대규모 신규사업발굴에 초점을 두고 있으며 출연연 자체적으로 연구기획에 많은 투자와 노력을 하고 있다. 하지만, 출연연 주요사업 연구개발계획서에 철저한 준비가 되어야 함에도 기획 전문지식이 체계적으로 축적되지 않았으며 연구기획에 대한 좋은 본보기를 요구하는 연구자들이 지속적으로 이어져왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 논리적이고 심도있는 검토를 거치는 사전평가 과정인 국가연구개발 예비타당성조사 사업을 본보기로 제안하며 주요사업 기획에 도움이 되는 평가항목들과 내용을 메타분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 KISTEP에서 공개한 예비타당성조사 보고서의 평가항목들 중에서 출연연 주요사업에 적용될 수 있는 기술적 타당성 평가항목들을 선별한다. 그리고, 선별된 평가항목들끼리의 내용분석을 통해 사업 타당성에 대한 지적사항을 항목별로 정리하여 시사점을 찾아내고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 주요사업 대규모, 중장기 연구기획 시 실무적으로 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine validity of developed Logo-Autobiography for College students (LAC). The LAC was developed based on Frankl's logotherapy and Logo-Autobiography program for middle-aged women. Eleven college students participated in 6 sessions of LAC after 3 psychiatric nurse practitioners confirmed content validity of the program. Focus group interviews were conducted to identify participation experiences and to examine validity of the program sessions. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis method. A total of 9 themes were emerged from the data; 1)Realizing my existence, 2)Discovering my uniqueness of existence, 3)Thinking my future, 4)Experiences of encounter, 5)My uniqueness, 6)Experiences of successful coping, 7)Realizing freedom of attitude choice, 8)Needs of self-transcendence, and 9)Discovering my existence. The emerged 9 themes were all evaluated to be consistent with the objectives and topics of each session. We suggest a randomized experimental study to examine effects of LAC on college students' mental health.

An assessment tool's validity is crucial because its scores are used as basis of decision making. This study assessed the content validity of the indicators for environmental assessment of construction activities. Pool of candidate indicators were constituted from the literature review, and CVR(Content Validity Rate) approach was adopted to investigate the content validity. As a result, 14 indicators are effective and five of them are content valid and retained from the pool.

Environmental Impact is getting more attention in many feasibility studies for railroad-related projects and research items. For sustainable growth and green transportation, the benefits typically used for feasibility studies in railway-related projects, are composed mostly of economic criterions which is not considering growing attention on changing paradigm. Based on the analysis of current methodologies, improvements in estimating environmental impact especially on noise and pollution are suggested.

This study was conducted to test the assessment validity and examine the cut-off scores for driving risk as a part of the Self-report Assessment Forecasting Elderly Driving Risk (SAFE-DR) development project. The 132 senior drivers were categorized as either risky of 58 or safe of 74 drivers through the Drivers 65 Plus. Based on this initial assessment, we analyzed the risk prediction cut-offs. Furthermore, we tested the construct, content, and predictive validity. The cut-off score for the prediction of driving risk was found to be 74.5 points. The positive predictive value was 88.6%, and the negative predictive value was 86.3% about the cut-off score, signifying an excellent level of discrimination. Convergent validity, nomological validity, and content validity were found to be appropriate. Therefore, this study confirms that SAFE-DR is an appropriate assessment that can be used to screen dangerous elderly drivers.

식품의약품안전처는 화장품 포장뿐만 아니라 개개점포의 업태나 취급상품의 종류 및 내부 진열상태 등에 따라 소비자가 쉽게 알아볼 수 있는 방법으로 표시할 수 있도록 화장품 가격 표시방법을 개선함으로써 화장품 가격 표시방법을 합리화하고, 구체적 타당성을 도모하고자 일부 내용을 개정고시했다. 주요 내용과 신구조문을 비교해 살펴보도록 한다.

The study demonstrated the pre-feasibility evaluation of the new agricultual technology R&D project and the ways to improve it. The study created new criteria for pre-feasibility evaluation based on the results acquired from the examination and analysis of pre-feasibility evaluation systems and criteria of various institutions at home and abroad in order to understand the current state of the evaluation method conducted by the Rural Development Administration and to seek ways for its improvement. The new criteria include indices for technicity, marketability, and feasibility. Based on these, questionnaires were prepared and the answers on them were statistically analyzed to set weights between indices. It was found that feasibility appeared the highest, in particular, feasibilities related to budget appropriateness, novelty, possibility of demand for the technology, and potential of commercialization appeared high. Referring to this conclusion, a simple operation process of pre-feasibility evaluation was introduced in the study.

In these days the online full-text database are increasing, but conventional full-text information retrieval system has been proved with high recall ratio and low precision ratio. One of the disadvantages of full-text IR system is that it is not designed to reflect the user's information need it is due to the fact that full-text IR system has been designed based on physical and logical structure of document without considering the content of document. Therefore, the purpose of the study examined feasibility of document content structure in full-text IR system by resolving such disadvantages of conventional system. 180 Journal articles have been analyzed to find common structure of document content and finally general model of the structure of journal articles were developed. The result shows that have relation to between user's cogntive schema structure, user's information need and contents structure of document. Thus it is concluded that full-text IR system need to be designed by using document content structure in order to meet user's information need more effectively.
