Policy Direction for Fire Products Life Expectancy Legislation (소방용품 내용연수 제도화 정책방안)

  • This study is intended to provide legislative direction for fire products life expectancy. Domestic and international laws relating to fire products life expectancy have been reviewed, and the results of a Fire Safety Manager Consciousness (FSMC) survey were analyzed. The FSMC survey has been designed in order to assist with the establishment of appropriate fire safety policy. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 660 fire safety administrators from 17 municipal and provincial districts, with the intention of gaining expertise on the extension of life-span for 32 fire products. The survey also asked for candidates opinions on future policy direction. Based on the survey results and the review of policies within other nations, we have devised a set of policy issues with the intention of extending the life-span of fire-safety items. The survey result revealed that 79.3% of Fire Safety Managers (FSMs) concurred with the establishment of legislation regarding the maintenance and correct care of fire-safety products. Overall, over 30% of FSMs were in favor of regulations regarding Ddry chemical fire extinguishers (77.3%), fire detectors (44.6%), fire hoses (44.4%), gaseous agent fire extinguisher (40.6%), automatic descending life lines (36.2%), exit lights (35.9%), air respirators (35.9%), extinguishing systems for residential cooking facilities (33.9%), automatic spray-type extinguishing units (33.9%), emergency lights (31.2%), and gas leakage detectors (30.7%). Especially, among these, dry chemical fire extinguishers (60.0%), detectors (20.0%), and fire hose (18.8%) were identified as the fire products primarily in need of maintenance legislation. The general consensus is that fire products older than 10 years need to be replaced. Based on the survey results, there was general agreement that fire product life expectancy is in need of legislation. This study recommends the introduction of fire product life expectancy legislation in phases.

  • 정보화 연수가 ICT활용수업과 맞물려 많은 예산을 들여 교사들의 방학을 차지하고 있지만 정작 일선현장에서는 연수 이수 후에 수료증 말고는 크게 기여를 못하고 있다. 영어연수처럼 분명 수준차가 있는데도 이를 무시하고, 교사가 원하는 연수 내용보다는 개설한 연수에 학교별 인원을 할당하는 식으로는 절대로 연수의 효율성을 기대할 수 없고, 교실의 ICT활용수업도 기대할 수 없다. 본 연구는 연수의 효율성 극대화를 위한 방안의 하나로 컴퓨터관련 자격증과 정보화 연수의 내용을 연계하여 가능한 정보화 연수를 컴퓨터관련 자격증 수강, 응시, 취득으로 유인하여 효율성을 기하고자 하였다. 정보화 연수의 문제점을 지적하고 그 해결책에 대해서도 설문결과를 통하여 제시하였다.

  • This study is to search for a program of professional development of mathematics teachers on the viewpoint of content knowledge of mathematics. To do this, we select algebraic subject as content knowledge for solution of polynomials and develop material for group study based on selected subject. We supply the developed material to teachers and discuss the possibility of application and the acceptability of it. For discussion, we collect data through tests and questionnaire. Through analysing the data, we obtain the positive result.

  • 한국광학기기협회는 한·일 광학기술협력사업의 일환으로 기술세미나, 기술지도, 기술연수 등 다양한 사업을 펼치고 있는 가운데 올해에도 국내 광학업체에서 기술연수단을 구성하여 일본‘InterOpto 2006’참관과 광학세미나 청강, 오하라광학 주식회사 및 니콘 주식회사 견학, 일본 동북대에서의‘차세대 초정밀 광학부품 나노가공’기술교육 등의 연수를 실시했다. 본 고에서는 이번 연수 참가자들의 연수 보고서 내용을 토대로‘InterOpto 2006’ 전시 경향 및 세미나 주요 내용, 오하라광학 공장 현황에 대해 정리해 보았다.

  • 한국광학기기협회에서는‘한·일 광산업 기술협력’을 보다 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 해마다 일본 연수기관 및 기업에 대한 현장연수를 실시하고 있는 가운데, 올해는 처음으로 지난 8월에 일본정밀공학회(JSPE)에서 주최하는‘차세대 초정밀광학부품 나노가공기술연수’를 실시했다. 연수기관은 일본 센다이 소재의 동북대학(Tohoku University)으로 구리야가와 츠네모토 교수가 교육을 담당했다. 주요 연수 내용으로는 마이크로 광학부품가공/초정밀 비구면 렌즈 가공/전기점성유체를 이용한 비구면 렌즈 코아 연마/특수광학렌즈 SPDT 가공/초고속 가공/마이크로 AJM 가공/마이크로 초음파가공이며 본 고에서는 직접 연수에 참가 못한 독자들을 위해 연수내용을 번역 게재하고자 한다. 이달에는 제1장 연삭가공의 기초 게재를 시작으로 11월호에 이어서 나머지 2,3,4장 교육과정내용을 게재할 예정이다.

  • This study is about in-service training structure combined digital competence and pedagogical knowledge in order to improve digital tools skill of a teacher in the school. Meanwhile domestic teacher training has been revealed low-level of applying into a teaching in the k12 school. Thus this study proposed teacher training system with focus on TPK sub-categories of TPACK. The core contents of TPK is to select appropriate digital tool for its teaching & learning. Additionally it is to select elements of teaching & learning associated with an attribute of digital tool. And this study presented modularize of 3 step such as teaching objective, teaching contents, assessment. Also we proposed that this training system should be operated with problem solving method which trainee itself compose TPK elements. And we committed quality investigation about picking up Strategies of TPK elements and the teacher training frame. The Participants concluded having a validity about TPK strategies, teacher training framework.

Development, Implementation, and Evaluation of an In-service Program of Practical Problem Focused Curriculum with Changing Curriculum Development Perspective (2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정 개발 관점의 변화에 따른 실천적 문제 중심 교육과정 연수 프로그램 개발, 실행 및 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop, implement, evaluate in-service program on the practical problem focused Home Economics program. This program is expected to contribute to the enforcement of high quality of teacher's teaching competency and to the readiness for the 2007 newly revised Home Economics curriculum. This study was carried into by followings steps: 1. Program development: Based on the program design, an in-service program of practical problem focused home economics curriculum and teaching-learning materials were developed. 2. Program implementation: The four days/30 hours in-service program was delivered in January, 2008 with 24 participants. Mentor teachers were arranged playing interface role during the program. 3. Program evaluation: Group interview was held and written evaluation was collected from participants, mentor teachers, and home economics curriculum experts. From the results of this study, it is suggested to promote understanding of theory relatively easier than delivered in the in-service program, to extend to a 60 hours program includes more activity and workshop, and to develop in-service programs for the beginner and the advanced groups separately.

  • The curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training has several problems in terms of running and managing training content. The majority part of the program consist of teaming software application manual. Additionally, the program is not organized and some contents overlap. Furthermore teachers are not obliged to participate in training. Especially, it needs to be revised because it is many difference between revised ICT curriculum and 'ICT skill standard for teacher(ISST)'. This study investigates the current curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training, analyzes problems in running and managing training content, and suggests need for revising the curriculum for teacher ICT in-service training.

  • Distance teacher training is on the increase raplidly because of its merit. But distance teacher training's weak points with its quantitative increasement has been proposed. Especially many study said commonly that distance tearcher training has weak points for contents, teaching method, evaluation method. So in this study, we will develop the teaching method of distance teacher training to solve weak points of distance teacher training with microteaching, cognitive apprenticeship model, teacher evaluation method. We think this teaching method will improve a teacher's teaching ability.

  • 한국광학기기협회는 올해에도 국내 광학업체에서 기술연수단을 구성하여 일본 'InterOpto 2007' 참관과 광학세미나 청강, 일본 광학회사 견학 등으로 짜여진 연수를 실시했다. 세계 최대 광산업 전시회로 손꼽히는 InterOpto 전시가 점차 축소되는 듯 하여 아쉬움을 남기지만 전시기간동안 열리는 광산업세미나는 그 명성만큼이나 전시장을 찾은 참관객들에게 알찬 최신 기술정보를 제공하고 있다. 본 고에서는 연수 참가자들의 연수 보고서 내용을 토대로 'InterOpto 2007' 전시 기간동안 열렸던 광산업 세미나 주요 내용을 발췌.정리해 보았다.
