포장과 법률 - 제품의 포장재질·포장방법에 관한 기준 등에 관한 규칙

  • 제품의 포장재질·포장방법에 관한 기준 등에 관한 규칙(환경부령 제1032호)이 지난 4월 17일자로 공포(시행) 됐다. 해당 법령에는 규제 재검토기한 정비를 위한 17개 법령의 일부개정에 관한 내용을 담고 있다. 특히 제11조 (「제품의 포장재질·포장방법에 관한 기준 등에 관한 규칙」의 개정) 제품의 포장재질·포장방법에 관한 기준 등에 관한 규칙 일부를 개정하였으며, 제12조 각 호 외의 부분 중 "하여야"를 "해야"로 수정하고, 같은 조 제3호를 삭제하였다. 해당 규칙은 공포한 날인 2023년 4월 17일부터 시행되고 있다. 법령 전문과 함께 개정된 상세 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

Analysis of Change of Achievement Standards According to Curriculum of Mathematics in Elementary School: Focusing on Geometry Domain (초등학교 수학과 교육과정에 따른 성취기준 변화 분석: 도형 영역을 중심으로)

  • In this study, we analyzed how the content and achievement criteria of the Geometry domain of Korean elementary school mathematics curriculum have changed. To this end, based on the analysis framework based on the 2015 revised curriculum, the achievement standards for each period were classified into continuous, extinct, and additional types, and their characteristics were examined. In the domain of Geometry, continuous achievement standards accounted for 51% of the total, and there were many achievement standards that remained unchanged in grade and domain. The extinctive achievement standard is 20.4% of the total, and the mathematics contents that were rapidly introduced due to the modernization of mathematics in the 3rd curriculum were eliminated the most from the 4th curriculum, and after the 7th curriculum, With the introduction of staged curriculum and the system of school year group, the contents of learning were either integrated or moved to middle school. The additional achievement standard was 28.6% of the total, and the achievement standard was added the most with the introduction of spatial sensory development in the 7th curriculum. The GAct that the additivel achievement standard is more than the extinction achievement standard in the Geometry domain is the result of the efforts to actively introduce the geometric contents appropriate to the times despite the great flow of curriculum revision of the curriculum reduction. It is hoped that the results of these studies will be used as basic data in the formation of new achievement standards in future curriculum development.

  • 본 연구는 건설교통기술혁신 사업의 일환으로 "국가기준점의 관리 및 위치정보서비스 제공을 위한 전자표지석개발" 과제에 관한 연구내용 및 결과를 중심으로 하고 있으며, 주 내용은 1차년도 연구에서 수행한 전자표지석 개발에 관한 것이다. 국가기준점의 가장 중요한 기능이 측량을 수행하기 위하여 기준이 되는 정확한 위치 데이터를 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 중요성을 감안하여 기준점의 관리 및 보호에 관한 법적인 규제가 마련되어 있으나 현실적으로는 관리에 어려움이 많은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 중요한 국가기준점을 관리하는데 있어 효율적인 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 세부적으로 전자표지석 시스템을 개발하여 기준점 관리에 적용하기 위하여 연구를 수행하였다. 전파를 이용하여 기준점의 현황을 모니터링 가능하도록 기준점의 움직임을 파악할수 있는 센서를 부착한 전자표지석을 설계 및 시제품을 제작하였으며, 테스트 결과 목적했던 성과를 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 보완연구가 완료된다면 기준점 관리에 있어 실제 적용 가능한 연구결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 건설교통기술혁신 사업의 일환으로 '국가기준점의 관리 및 위치정보서비스 제공을 위한 전자표지석 개발' 과제에 관한 연구내용 및 결과를 중심으로 하고 있으며, 주 내용은 2차 년도 연구에서 수행한 TOA(Time Of Arrive) 방식을 적용한 전자표지석 개발에 관한 것이다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 국가기준점을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 새로운 방안을 제시하는 것으로, 기준점의 현황을 실시간 모니터링하고 기준점의 위치파악을 용이하게 할 수 있는 시스템을 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기준점의 현황을 모니터링 가능하도록 기준점의 움직임을 파악할 수 있는 센서를 부착하였고, 편리한 기준점 위치파악을 위하여 TOA(Time Of Arrive) 방식을 적용한 전자표지석의 설계 및 시제품을 제작하였다. 연구결과를 기준점 관리에 활용하기 위한 시제품을 개발하였다.

A Comparative Analysis of South Korean and the U.S. Home Economics Curricula and Achievement Standards (한국과 미국의 가정과 교육과정과 성취기준 비교 분석 연구)

  • The concepts of core competencies and achievement standards were newly introduced within national curriculum documents since the 2009 Revised National Curriculum. The purpose of this introduction was to develop a curriculum that reflects unique characteristics of each subject and for the effectiveness of student evaluation. The purpose of this study was to suggest a direction for the future national curriculum and achievement standards development through comparing the national curriculum and standards between South Korea and the U.S. In particular, this study focused on two aspects: 1) the hierarchical relationships and the structural system of achievement standards in the curricula of two countries, and 2) the details of differences in two countries' achievement standards of a specific content area, 'family'. The results are as follows: the Korean national curriculum includes core competencies was included in the objective statement, and standards were provided as a lower-level system, while the U.S. national standards was composed of hierarchical system of comprehensive standards(higher-level), contents standards(middle-level), and competencies(lower-level). This may be attributable to the difference in the definition of competencies. The analysis results of detailed contents of the curriculum was related to the terminologies used in curriculum documents of the two countries. For example, work and family balance was frequently mentioned in Korean document, while the U.S. national curriculum just displayed multiple roles of individuals rather than using the term explicitly. Also, terms such as happiness and welfare were frequently mentioned in Korean curriculum, while 'well-being' was more frequently used in the U.S. curriculum. These differences in usage of terms reflects the differences in cultural values and perspectives of the two countries.

A Content Analysis of Picture Book Reviews in Korean Periodicals (국내 정기간행물에 나타난 그림책 서평의 내용분석)

  • In this study, the picture book reviews shown in Korean periodicals were analyzed to provide the developmental foundation for picture book reviews and expand the professional area of librarians as the producers of book review. Through the literature research and the Delphi Technique the desirable standard of book reviews was suggested, the contents in domestic book review mediums were analyzed for the rightness of describing based on the standard of the book review and henceforward the way of development was suggested. The result from analysis of book review showed that the outstanding book reviews should be more produced based on the desirable standard of book review and the evaluative statements should be developed more than the descriptive statements. Depending on the mediums the contents of the book review were different by the book reviewers' occupations, so the book reviewers should develop their professional knowledges in literature and art. Because the longer book review made the outstanding book review with the rightness of the desirable standard of book review, the certain quantity of book review should be needed and the role of librarians as the book reviewers should be further extended.

Analysis of Objects, Contents and Formative Evaluation for Computer Textbooks for Elementary School Grades in Korea (초등학교 저학년 컴퓨터 교과서 목표.내용 및 평가의 분석)

  • This study attempts to analyze fifteen computer textbooks for the first and second grades. The textbooks were analyzed by the following characteristics: goals, contents, and formative evaluation. Evaluation criteria from previous works were selected for advantages and identify the problems. In addition, advice for teachers using these books is proposed. The results of the analyses of current computer textbooks are the following: Firstly, in the area of goals and contents, most textbooks clearly define learning goals for each unit. Secondly, in the area of content, some textbooks have a large volume for first and second grade students, and they do not provide enough integration with other subjects. Finally, they do not provide formative evaluation to achieve for goals.

Framework of seismic design specification for telecommunication (통신설비 적용 내진 규격기준 프레임워크)

  • The telecommunication facilities by the basic law of telecommunication were added to the protection law against natural disasters as a scope of seismic design application on January 2007 since legal regulation had been reinforced in our country as in the circumstance that earthquakes are now frequently occurred in several areas over the world. This paper handles an establishing provision of concrete seismic design specification for applying to telecommunication facilities. For this purpose, this paper classified the parts of telecommunication facilities as being the correspondents to apply seismic design and analyzes the procedure of the design specification of building structure as the part of building construction law as a basic reference for seismic design application. And the method of introducing the foreign specification is presented. Thereon seismic design measures to be introduced into legal regulation are suggested for telecommunication service endurance against earthquake.

  • 방송통신 기술기준은 국가에서 정하는 강제표준으로서 통신사업자 및 관련 기관이 준수해야 하는 의무 사항을 규정하고 있다. 2017년에는 "방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정"이 개정 공포(대통령령 제27998호, 2017.4.25.)되어 국내 통신설비 환경에 큰 변화를 가져 올 기술적 요건들을 의무화하고 있다. 건축물의 지하층부터 지상층까지 구내용 이동통신설비를 설치하도록 하여 어디에서나 이동통신이 가능한 환경을 구축하고, 구내통신망의 설계시 구내 간선계에 광신호를 다중화하여 전송하는 기술적 방안을 선택할 수 있도록 함으로써 공사비 절감 및 유지관리의 용이 화를 유도하는 등 다양한 내용을 내포하고 있다. 본고에서는 최근 개정된 "방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정"의 주요 내용들과 후속적인 조치로서 이루어져야 할 사항들에 대해 살펴 보고자 한다.
