Effects of Internal Marketing, Organizational Commitment and Business Performance : Focused on the Nurses (내부마케팅과 직장애착도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 : 간호사를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between internal marketing, organizational commitment and business performance. Therefore this study is helped to build the strategies that is more efficient internal marketing and organizational commitment for the hospital business. A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 284 registered nurses from two university hospitals, two general hospitals and two maternal-child hospital in one region. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression through the SPSS WIN program. The predicting factors for communication and organizational commitment had the explanation power of 41.5% in business performance by the individual. The hospital size, compensation and segmentation system comprise about 53.2% of business performance by the organizations. So, nursing leaders should be interest in the strategies for good business performance. It is possible that they implement the policies to suitable internal marketing strategies and the program to improve organizational commitment for nurses.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the status and problems, and suggest the proper improvement of provincial rotation hunting system in Korea. There were many problems in recently provincial rotation hunting system, such as, difficulty of budget interiority, low participation rate of hunters, low specialization degree of officers on their job, and extremity of illegal capture of wildlife by the absence of wildlife manager. The municipal hunting system, which have many merits, such as, increase of hunters' participation and income of municipality, creation of engagement, and prohibit of illegal capture of wildlife would be suggest for the improvement of hunting system.

  • 임베디드 기기의 사용 이력을 정확히 파악하는 방식으로는 기기 내부에 자동으로 저장된 로그 데이터를 분석하는 방법이 있으며, 저장된 로그 데이터를 분석하기 위해서는 데이터 정제 및 변환 과정이 필요한데, 이 과정에서 임베디드 기기에 저장된 방대한 양의 로그 데이터로 인해 많은 시간과 인력이 소요되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 임베디드 기기의 로그 데이터를 데이터베이스로 관리하고 이로부터 사용 이력 분석 데이터 셋을 입력, 출력, 기능부분으로 나누어 추출하는 일련의 프로세스를 설계하였고 또한 이 과정이 자동화가 되도록 구현하였으며, 이를 통해 임베디드 기기의 로그 데이터를 분석할 때 시간과 인력을 절약할 수 있다는 가능성을 확인하였다.

우리나라 항공기산업의 산업연관효과의 변동추이

  • 우리나라 항공기 산업은 아직도 발전의 초기단계로 크게 심한 해외의존성으로 인해 항공기산업 내부에서 공급되는 주요정밀 부품은 주로 외국으로부터 도입하는 등 여전히 취약한 산업구조를 지니고 있기 때문에 생산유발효과나 부가가치유발효과 등 산업연관효과를 크게 나타나고 있지 않다. 이러한 낮은 연관효과로 인해 부가가치율의 크기는 크지 않지만, 영업잉여는 높은 불균형적 부가가치구조를 지니고 있다. 또한 항공기산업의 육성 및 발전을 도모할 수 있는 인력과 시설투자가 여전히 미약한 수준이어서 기술적, 산업적 측면에서 취약성을 노출시키고 있다. 따라서 안정적 생산물량의 확보, 기술자립도의 증가, 지속적인 인력 및 투자수준의 제고 등을 위한 효율적이고 장기적인 발전전략수립이 절실히 요구된다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 우리나라 항공기산업의 발전의 추진방향은 기술자립도의 제고를 통한 대외의존성의 약화, 고부가가치화, 수요창출을 기반으로 하는 생산계획 수립, 제도완화 및 부서의 통합기능을 강조하는 정부개입 등의 방법에서 모색되어야 할 것이다.

The Effects of Internal Competence and Growth Stages on the Performance of Venture Business : the Moderating Effect in Connection with Government Funding Utilization (벤처기업의 내부역량과 성장단계가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 : 정부 지원자금 활용의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • Recently, the Moon administration established the Ministry of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Startups, as part of its national strategy for start-up and innovation growth led by small and medium-sized venture companies. In a slowing economy, as venture companies with excellent internal competencies are seen to be favorable to growth, the government funding for technology development is becoming increasingly important. Previous studies examine the internal competence factors that can strengthen competitiveness through self-efforts and the influence structure of growth stage, which is an important factor in industrial environment, on business performance. As the government support for venture firms has been strengthened, the effect of government funding on the management performance and technological innovation performance of venture firms have been recently discussed in various ways. However, there is a lack of precedent research on the moderating effect of the utilization of government funding on the existing influence structure in which firm's internal competence and growth stages affects business performance. Therefore, this study examined whether the internal competencies of the venture firms and the stage of growth have direct effects on business performance and analyzed the moderating effect in connection with government funding utilization under these influence structures. The results of the study are as follows. First, the utilization of government funding in the venture firms whose R&D personnel ratio is relatively low, not to have own brands and showed an increase of employees has a significantly positive influence on business performance. Second, the moderating effects of the government funding utilization at the high growth stage of the venture firms are shown significantly. These results suggest that the venture policy linked to the job creation of the present government requires not only the support considering R&D personnel but also the necessity of supporting human resources policy to a greater extent and further study on the effectiveness of venture firms in the high growth stage.

An Exploratory Study on the Interaction among Local Broadcast Stations based on Market Environment (시장 환경에 입각한 지역 지상파 방송사 조직의 상호작용 특성에 대한 탐사적 연구)

  • This study analyzes the latest statistics for 3 years based on the traits of market environment, internal organization characteristics(the size and distribution of workforce), and financial structure, and then, investigates the interactivity traits and drawbacks between organization and market environment, among the local broadcast stations, and, among the type of work in the internal organization, by interviewing with broadcasters working at the local stations. Major findings of this studies are : at first, statistically, the conditions of local market environment, the size of local station workforce, financial structure are very poor. And, the interactivity among the local broadcast stations have so many difficulties because of a conflict of interest. So, for getting over a difficult situation at the local stations, in addition to planning to support local stations with various policies, government and local stations should seek for solution to overcome the conflict of interest jointly.

The Effects of the Tournament Inflow and Outflow on the Relationship between Pay Dispersion and Organizational Performance (보상 격차와 조직성과 간 관계에 있어 토너먼트 내 인력 유입과 유출이 미치는 효과)

  • This study examines the effect of pay dispersion on labor productivity by focusing on the inflow of newcomers into the tournament and the outflow of stayers from the tournament. According to tournament theory, the expansion of pay dispersion within the organization contributes to enhanced organizational performance by attracting high performers externally and by removing low performers internally within the organization. However, previous studies regarding tournament theory have overlooked the participant aspects. Therefore, this study explores how external hiring and involuntary turnover influence the effect of pay dispersion on labor productivity. This paper hypothesizes that pay dispersion will have a positive effect on labor productivity. Moreover, this paper predicts that the inflow of new competitors will strengthen the positive effects of pay dispersion on labor productivity, whereas the outflow of incumbents will weaken this relationship. Empirical results showed that pay dispersion increased labor productivity and the inflow of newcomers strengthened this positive relationship. However, contrary to our prediction, the outflow of incumbents weakened the positive effect between pay dispersion and labor productivity. These theoretical arguments and empirical findings highlight the proper conditions should be equipped to practically achieve the positive effect of pay dispersion on labor productivity.

How Does the Internal Colonialism of Local Broadcasting Work? Focusing on Governance Including the Appointment of CEO and Its Improvement (지역방송의 내부 식민지는 어떻게 작동하는가? 사장선임 등 지배구조 분석과 개선방안)

  • This study pays attention to the assumption that the governance including the appointment of CEO is a key factor in the internal colonialism of local broadcasting. To evaluate the tendencies, it collects and analyzes the profile of CEOs, directors, and shareholders of the 17 regional affiliates of MBC and 9 local commercial broadcasting companies between the early and mid-1990s and 2015. It also discusses the local broadcasting personnel and its operations. By doing so, the study attempts to reveal how the internal colonialism of local broadcasting works. It finds out that the governance of regional broadcasters of MBC is controlled by the head office located in Seoul. At the same time, the governance of local commercial broadcasters is encroached by the tyrannical practices of major shareholders caused by the non-separation of ownership and management. These kinds of abnormal management of governance tend to constrain the investment on personnel and production. Finally, this study suggests some desirable directions of governance focusing on the appointment of CEO in terms of both legislative system and self-regulation. They include establishing a new proviso for programming protocols in local broadcasting, introducing a CEO & non-executive director nomination committee, and so forth.

  • 기업은 퇴직자, 외부용역, 협력업체 등의 감사, 내부고발 및 정보유출 등을 확인하기 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 감사 대상 분석을 위한 인력 충원의 어려움, 비용 소모 및 소요 시간 증가, 업무 효용성 저하 등을 비롯하여, 지속적으로 늘어나는 정보량으로 인해 정보감사 수행에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보감사 수행시간의 단축 및 협업 등을 위하여 디지털 포렌식 분석도구인 AccessData사(社)의 AD LAB을 활용하여 효율적인 정보감사를 수행할 수 있는 적용 방안을 제시한다.

  • 현장이 개설되어 공사가 진행되어지는 중에 발생하는 예상할 수 있는 악재들, 즉 주변민원, 기능인력부족, 자재나 장비 파동, 급격한 기후의 변화(폭설, 폭우 등), 예상보다 긴 장마, 가설물의 붕괴 및 전도 등의 요인들은 그 원인이 현장내부가 아닌 외적인 환경에 의한 것이었고 따라서 단위현장 1개소가 아닌 일정지역에 있는 현장들이 공통으로 겪게되는 일종의 난관이었다. 그러나 현장 내에서 작업 중에 발생하는 사망사고는 일단 현장내 원인으로 발생되고, 타 현장과는 공유할 수 없는 사안이라는 점에서 앞서 밝힌 외적요인들과는 근본적으로 다르다 하겠다.(중략)
