스트레인 게이지 브리지와 한개의 진동변위 탐촉자를 이용하여 평판의 근접장에서 음향 인텐시티를 측정하는 방법에 대하여 설명하였다. 또한 구조감쇠의 모델링을 통하여 음향방사파워에 대한 내부손실파워의 비를 나타내는 계수를 정의하여 내부손실파워의 정도를 평가하는 척도로 사용할 수 있음을 설명하였다. 임의의 경계조건을 가지는 평판에서 2개의 마이크로폰과 1개의 가속계를 이용하여 근사적으로 측정된 음향 인텐시티와 본고에서 제시한 방법으로 측정한 음향 인텐시티가 거의 일치함을 보이므로써 제시된 측정방법의 타당성을 검증하였다. 실험에 사용된 계(system)는 일반적인 해석에서 유체부하를 무시할 수 있는 계로 평판내부의 에너지 흐름에 비하여 외부로 방사되는 소음의 에너지 흐름이 매우 작기 때문에 평판내부의 에너지 흐름으로부터 방사되는 소음의 에너지 흐름을 알아내는 것이 매우 어려울 것으로 예상되었으나 본고에 제시된 방법으로 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 앞으로 본 방법의 측정 오차에 대한 면밀한 고찰이 있어야 할 것이다. 그리고 평판의 내부손실이 비교적 큰 경우에 본 방법의 실험적으로 검증이 필요할 것이다. 또한 실질적인 문제에 응용되어 얼마만큼 유용한 정보를 제공할 것인가를 살펴보아야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal reputation factors that affect the job satisfaction by big data analysis in the social media for corporate reputation and verify the difference between large corporations and small-medium corporations for each factor of internal reputation. The result showed 'Salaries and Benefits' is a major factor that affects the job satisfaction for all research corporations, 'Senior Management' is a major factor for large corporations, and 'Salaries and Benefits' is a major factor for small-medium corporations. As for the difference factors of large corporations and small-medium corporations are 'Job Satisfaction', 'Salaries and Benefits', and 'Work-life Balance'. Unstructured data analysis shows some interesting features to be studied further.

본 논문에서는 이중 푸리에 사인시리즈를 통한 해석법으로 경계조건과 내부 구속조건을 라그랑지 상수들과 스토크 변환법으로 해결하는 방법이며 내부에 변위가 구속되는 평판의 경우에 대하여 FEM 프로그램인 NASTRAN과 본 방법으로 계산한 결과를 고찰하였으며 S-S-S-S의 경계조건에 내부구속조건이 있는 경우 FEM 계산값과 거의 일치하며 F-C-F-F 경우는 5차 모우드에서 최대 3% 정도의 오차를 보이고 있다. 그리고 그 밖의 다른 경계조건의 경우에도 진동해석시 적용이 가능하다. 위의 해석 결과들을 통해 여러 경계조건을 갖는 평판에 내부 구속조건을 갖는 경우 진동해석시 타당한 접근 방법이라 할 수 있다. 앞으로 본 방법을 이용하여 보강판에 여러 경계조건이 구속되어 있는 경우 진동해석에도 이용되어질 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the the effect of organizational reputation on company commitment, turnover intention and the moderating effect of employer trust. Despite the progress of organizational reputation studies, There is a shortage of employee-perspective studies. This study considered the limitation of previous study and the help to the company. This study built a exploratory model that there is causal relationship of organizational reputatio to company commitment, turnover intention and the moderating effect of employer trust on the effect of company commitment, and turnover intention. To test hypotheses empirically, the data was collected from 239 iron and steel company's workers in Po-hang. The study showed following results. First organizational reputation had the effect on the company commitment and turnover intention significantly. a positve reputation in an organization is associate with commitment and negative reputation in an organization is associate with turnover. Second perceived employer trust played the role as the moderating variable in relation with the effect of reputation on the company commitment. The implication of these results to the union and the company, the limitation and the direction of future study were suggested.

This work is concerned with the investigation of end effects of a cylinder on a structure where a circular plate is attached to a solid circular cylinder. Three-dimensional elasticity solutions are used in a cylinder whereas the classical thin plate theory is employed for a plate. The end effect of the cylinder on the flexibility and the structural response is demonstrated by several numerical examples.

내부공진은 2자유도계 이상의 다양한 비선형 시스템에 존재할 수 있으며 모드 사이의 진동에너지의 교환의 원인이 된다. 위에서 설명한 흡진기의 경우처럼 그 시스템의 동작에 필수적인 요소가 되기도 하며 직사각형 평판의 경우처럼 선형이론 으로는 예측불가능한 진폭변조된 진동을 유발하기도 한다. 이론적인 해석의 결과 다양한 분기와 여러가지 형태의 해를 가지며, 특히 주기적 정상해와 혼돈적인 해를 갖는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이러한 주기적 정상해는 구조물에 따라 여러 가지 형태로 나타 나며 평판의 경우는 진폭변조된 움직이는 파형으로, 본문에서는 언급하지 않았지만 현의 경우는 타원의 퀘적의 크기와 주축의 방향의 변화로 나타난다. 이러한 다양한 해들은 구조물의 종류와 형상에 따라 다른 형태로 나타나며 향후 연구의 대상이라 생각되어진다.

Thermal Marangoni flow has been observed inside droplets on heated surfaces, finally resulting in a coffee stain effect. This study aims to visualize and control the thermal Marangoni flow by employing periodic vertical vibration. The variations in the contact angle and internal volume of the droplet as it evaporates is observed by using a combination of continuous light and a still camera. With regard to the internal velocity, the particle image velocimetry system is applied to visualize the internal thermal Marangoni flow. In order to estimate the internal temperature gradient and surface tension on the surface of a droplet, the theoretical model based on the conduction and convection theory of heat transfer is applied. Thus, the internal velocity increases with an increase in plate temperature. The flow directions of the Marangoni and gravitational flows are opposite, and hence, it may be possible to control the coffee stain effect.

진공측정용 센서의 크기보다 더 작은 미세소자 내부의 진공도를 계산에 의해 간접적으로 구하는 방법을 제시하였다. 평판디스플레이용 진공판넬의 설계에 본 연구의 결과를 적용하는 방법에 대해 연구하였으며, 패널의 진공도는 패널과 배기장치의 형상에 강하게 의존하였다.

알루미늄 재질의 찬넬을 흡열판으로 이용하는 평판형 태양열 집열기를 개발하였다. 이러한 흡열판은 찬넬 내부 전체로 전열매체가 흐르기 때문에 집열기의 열적성능을 향상시킬 것으로 예상되며, 모듈화되어 있어 제작 및 설치가 기존 흡열판보다 용이하다는 장점이 있다. 제작된 찬넬형 평판형 태양열 집열기에 대한 집열효율 시험을 수차례 수행하면서 성능을 개선시키고 있으며, 그 결과 기존 상용화된 집열기 수준의 우수한 열적성능을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 알루미늄 재질 흡열판 외에 플라스틱 재질의 찬넬형 흡열판도 적용하였으며, 기타 실용화 및 성능 향상에 필요한 요소들에 대해 연구하였다.
