Analysis of Georeferencing Accuracy in 3D Building Modeling Using CAD Plans (CAD 도면을 활용한 3차원 건축물 모델링의 Georeferencing 정확도 분석)

  • Representation of building internal space is an active research area as the need for more geometrically accurate and visually realistic increases. 3 dimensional representation is common ground of research for disciplines such as computer graphics, architectural design and engineering and Geographic Information System (GIS). In many cases CAD plans are the starting point of reconstruction of 3D building models. The main objectives of building reconstruction in GIS applications are visualization and spatial analysis. Hence, CAD plans need to be preprocessed and edited to adapt to the data models of GIS SW and then georeferenced to enable spatial analysis. This study automated the preprocessing of CAD data using AutoCAD VBA (Visual Basic Application), and the processed data was topologically restructured for further analysis in GIS environment. Accuracy of georeferencing CAD data was also examined by comparing the results of coordinate transformation by using digital maps and GPS measurements as the sources of ground control points. The reconstructed buildings were then applied to visualization and network modeling.

  • 다목적 공간 및 공연장은 공연 또는 강연을 위한 공간뿐만 아니라 상점, 식당 및 체육 공간 등 다양한 용도의 공간이 인접되고 있다. 다양한 공간이 인접할 경우 기존의 다목적 공연장에서는 발생하지 않았던 다양한 소음 진동 문제들이 발생한다. 본 연구는 강연 및 공연을 위한 다목적 공간 상부에 식당 및 체육 시설로 활용되는 공간이 배치되어 바닥충격음 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있었다. 바닥충격음의 강당으로의 전달을 차단하기 위하여 기본 구조체에 대한 바닥충격음 차단성능을 측정하여 적절한 저감 대책을 수립하였다. 저감대책으로는 상층부 철골 슬래브와 강당의 철골 구조의 구조적 분리, 유연한 마감재 적용, 슬래브로의 충격진동 차단을 위한 제진재 적용, 이중천장 구조 및 천장내부 흡음구조 형성 등의 종합적인 대책을 수립하였다. 이를 통해 경량충격음 및 중량충격음을 효율적으로 차단하였다. 또한 강당 공간은 강연 및 집회의 공간으로 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위하여 적절한 잔향시간 및 음성 명료도 확보가 필요하다. 플러터 에코, 과도한 잔향시간, 음의 사각지대 등을 최소화하기 위하여 측벽 형태 개선, 천장 반사판 형태를 개선하였다. 또한 측벽에서 진동 등의 영향으로 발생되는 떨림현상을 억제하기 위하여 측벽 내부를 흡음재로 충전하는 등의 대책을 수립하여 적용하였다.

The Study on the Interior Spatial Characteristics of Korean Single-Family Houses which were Designed by Architect (우리나라 단독주택 내부의 평면적 구성방식과 입체적 구성방식에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze interior spatial characteristics of Korean single-family house which were designed by architects. For that purpose, plans, pictures and data of Korean single-family 113 houses which appeared in architectural publications from 1998.7 to 2002.6. were collected. The results of this study are the followings; 1) the ratio of southern-facing is higher in living room and master bedroom than in dining room and kitchen; 2) spatial elements of master bedroom are bedroom, bathroom and dressroom, those of dining room and kitchen are dining room, kitchen and multipurpose room and those of family bathroom are bathroom and restroom; 3) the living room does not located in the center of the plan; 4) the ratio of exterior door is higher in kitchen and master bedroom than in dinning room and living room; 5) stairs located in hall, corridor, livingroom etc., 6) there are void spaces in about half of houses which were collected.

  • 균일하게 분포된 내부발열을 갖는 유체가 든 경사진(수평에서 45.deg.까지)정사각형 단면의 밀폐 공간 내에서의 2차원 자연대류 유동 및 열전달에 관한 수치적인 연구가 수행되었다. 4개 벽면온 도가 동일한 경계조건에서 내부발열로 인한 자연대류 유동이 Rayleigh수 1.5*$10^{5}$까지는 층 류유동 영역의 가정하에서 수치적으로 수렴되었다. 경사진 밀폐 공간에서의 유동형태 및 온도분 포는 수평인 경우에 비하여 윗쪽 벽면 근처에서 그 상이점이 많이 나타났다. 경사각도가 증가함 에 따라 평균 열전달율이 아랫쪽 벽과 오른쪽 벽에서 증가하였고 왼쪽 벽에서 감소하였으며 윗 쪽 벽에서는 거의 일정하였다.다.

  • This study analyzed behavior of the segment lining considering connection type between inner-slab and segment lining for a double deck tunnel by Shield TBM. In order to establish the design requirements of inner-slab and segment lining in double deck tunnel, inner structure of double deck tunnel at each purpose was analyzed and compared connection type between inner-slab and segment lining. And analyses have been carried out through the beam-spring model by MIDAS Civil 2012. As a result of this study, inner-slab, connection type of between inner-slab and segment lining and Lateral earth pressure coefficients were analyzed to verify the significant design factors.

  • 구글 어스(Google Earth)란 도구는 인공위성에서 찍은 사진들을 바탕을 3차원 지구 타원체에 바탕에 입힌 도구이다. 이 도구는 3차원 공간에서 OpenAPI등을 이용하여 3차원객체를 지구 타원체상에 구현 할 수 있다. 이러한 점들 때문에 많은 사람들이 주요 건축물을 구현하거나 실외 이동객체(자동차, 비행기 등)를 구현하여 더욱더 지구와 가까운 모형으로 구현을 해 왔다. 하지만 공간 정보란 것은 실외 공간정보만이 아닌 건물의 내부 구조나 쇼핑몰상의 유동 인구의 움직임등과 같은 정보도 존재한다. 이 연구는 구글 어스 상에서 내부 구조를 가진 건물을 구축하고 이곳을 탐색할 수 있게 해 주며 또한 실내 이동 객체들의 실시간 움직임을 구현한다.

  • This study analyzes the space in A Brighter Summer Day, covering the meaning of space from inside to outside of the film extended. A violent spaces in the inside causes Xiao Si'r's homicide, including society, house, and school. In the external space, the film's form presents director's attitude and will resisting against dominant system of society with an audience's space. The audience join the space being the director's intention, actively interpreting this film, doing self-reflection and taking an opportunity for social participation.

An Efficient Processing Technique for Similarity based Visual Queries (효율적인 유사 시각질의 처리)

  • Visual information retrieval and image databases are very important applications of spatial access methods. The quaries for these applications are visual and based not on exact match but on dubjective similarity. The individual aperations of spatial access methods are much more expensive than those of conventional one-dimensional access methods. Also, because the visual queries are much more complex than textual queries, an efficient processing technique for visual queries is one of the critical requirements in the development of large and scalable image databases. Therefore, efficient translation and execution for the complex visual queries are not less important than those of textual databases. In this paper, we introduce our cognitive and topological studies that are required to process subjective visual queries effectively. Then, we propose an efficient translation and execution techniques for similarity based visual queries by conducting these related studies.

Natural Convection Flow and Heat Transfer in a Fluid Heated Internally within an Inclined Rectangular Enclosure (경사진 직사각형 공간내에서 내부적으로 가열되는 유체의 자연대류유동 및 열전달)

  • A asic study is performed on two-dimensional natural convective flow and heat transfer in a fluid heated internally within an inclined rectangular enclosures. For Rayleign numbers from 1.0*10$^{4}$to 1.5*10$^{5}$ , aspect ratio of 1/4, 1/3 and 1/2, and inclined angle from 0deg to 90deg, the governing equations were solved numerically and the experiments were performed by MachZehnder interferometer using low salinity water as a test fluid. For aspect ratios adapted in present study, the natural convection occures the most intensive at inclined angle of 0deg. This became weak at inclined angles of 60deg and 30deg in case of aspect ratios of 1/3 and 1/2 respectively. The intensity of flow was roughly in proportion to Rayliegh numbers and in proportion to the forth power of aspect ratios.

  • An experimental study was carried out to investigate the effect of the inclination angle on the nucleate pool boiling of saturated water at atmospheric pressure. We considered an annulus with a gap of 5 mm and a bottom opening. The inner tube of the annulus was heated, and the outer diameter and the length of the tube were 25.4 mm and 500 mm, respectively. The inclination angle was varied from horizontal to vertical. The results were compared to those for an annulus with a larger gap and a single tube. In the small-gap annulus, the effect of the inclination angle on the heat transfer was not significant. However, an early onset of the critical heat flux was observed at 80 kW/$m^2$ when the annulus was horizontal. Liquid agitation and bubble coalescence were considered to be the major heat-transfer mechanisms.
