창업교육이 창업기회를 매개로 대학생의 창업의도에 미치는 영향

  • 최근 코로나19로 인한 경제성장 둔화는 청년 취업률에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 취업난이 극심한 가운데 더 이상 대학의 교육이 청년 취업을 위한 관문이 아닌, 창업을 통한경제 활동의 창구역할과 기회를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 국내의 창업교육 커리큘럼은 단편적, 달발적인 양상을 보이며, 대부분 단일차원에서 창업교육을 정의하는 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 다차원적 개념을 적용하고, 대학생의 창업의도를 높이는데 효과적인 요인을 확인하는 방식으로 진행하였다. 이를 통해 창업교육을 전문성과 다양성의 다차원적 개념을 적용하여 창업교교육의 특성을 확인하고, 대학생의 창업의도를 높이는데 효과적인 요인을 밝히는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 창업기회(창업기회인식, 창업기회발견)의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생의 창업교육이 창업기회를 증진하고, 증진된 창업기회가 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구 가설을 설정하고 인과적 경로를 검증하였다.

A Conceptual Study on the Types of Entrepreneurial Opportunity and Laboratory Start-ups (창업 기회의 유형과 실험실 창업에 대한 개념적 연구)

  • This study focuses on the proposition that the qualities and environmental conditions required for exploring entrepreneurial opportunities and realizing entrepreneurial opportunities depend on the types of entrepreneurial opportunities. In particular, this study aims to identify the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups, which have recently been gaining policy level attention. If the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups is identified as discriminative, appropriate start-up support policies and training programs can be established. For this study, eight major papers were identified among the papers of last 30 years related to the types of entrepreneurial opportunities. After, the classification attributes for each opportunity type were derived. Then, the existing theories of recognition, discovery and creative opportunities were organized, critically reviewed and reorganized. In addition, the substance of laboratory start-ups was verified according to the standardized classification attributes of the revised and reorganized opportunity types and newly classified as 'creative opportunity'. This study also presents networking capabilities and market orientation as examples of the capabilities needed for entrepreneurs of creative opportunity type. The implication of this study is that it makes it easy to discriminate ontological typology of entrepreneurial opportunity, derives important classification attributes, and that it organizes them conceptually. In addition, it critically reconstructs the problems of confusion in the existing typology, and based on this, the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups is determined as creative opportunity. These achievements can contribute to the improvement of start-up policies and start-up training programs according to the types of entrepreneurial opportunity and laboratory start-ups in the future, resulting in realization of actual results at the start-up sites.

A Study on the Business Opportunity Source and Search According to the Characteristic of Entrepreneur (창업자 특성과 사업기회의 상황 간에 관한 연구)

  • This study emphasize the importance of founder having knowledge on detecting entrepreneurship opportunities and analyzed how the founder detects such opportunity using what process. I used people who have found and established a company on own as a survey sample. The result is like the following. First, it's found that most founders had business motivation before the establishment and used skills and knowhow from related area of business for their business establishment that led to the comparably safe business. Second, founders were highly motivated in advance of business establishment and it is found that their chance of establishment was not from the coincidence. Third, it is also found that people had pre-education on business establishment was very on purpose and those who had not had any education had a high chance of coincidence in the establishment. Fourth, it is found that higher the desire for the business achievement, more likely that the founder's business establishment was a plan. Fifth, it is found that higher the awareness of business opportunity and vision, more likely that the founder's business establishment was on plan.

A Study on the University Satisfaction and College Life of Students Admitted through the Affirmative Action Program (기회균형 선발전형 학생들의 대학만족도와 대학생활에 대한 연구)

  • This study was conducted to find out the characteristics of H University's students admitted through affirmative action program. The differences between the affirmative action program enrollment students and all students were compared by descriptive statistics and correlation analysis methods. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted for students who entered the affirmative action program. A qualitative research method was used to analyze the contents of in-depth interviews. The results of the study are as follows. First, the higher the entrance score, the higher the university score for students in the affirmative action program. Second, the college satisfaction of students entering the affirmative action program is higher than that of students enrolled. Third, according to the results of the in-depth interview, the affirmative action program students were both active and not. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish a system in which students can actively prepare for their careers in universities. Accordingly, the expansion of the affirmative action program is likely to contribute to the development of universities.

시니어의 노후준비도와 창업교육 만족도가 자기효능감 및 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향 연구

  • 국내 베이비붐 세대 은퇴가 본격화하며 국내 시니어들의 은퇴후 평생직업 대안에 대한 수요가 폭증하며 창업이 그 대안으로 부상하였지만 주로 자영업창업 중심이어서 효과적인 대안이 되지못하고 있는 현실이다. 본 논문은 시니어들이 노후 대책으로 재대로 된 창업을 준비하도록 창업교육을 통한 만족도 제고를 통해 창업기회를 인식하는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 시니어의 노후준비도와 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구로서 각 변인에 대한 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도가 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향관계와 둘째, 창업교육만족도가 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향을 연구한다. 가설검증 결과로 첫째, 시니어의 노후준비도는 하위 변위에 따라 차이는 있을 수 있으나 시니어의 자기효능감과 창업기회인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 예상된다. 둘째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 자기효능감에는 영향을 미치나 셋째, 시니어의 창업교육만족도가 창업기회인식에는 영향을 미치지 안는 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문은 시니어 창업에 영향을 주는 요인 중 하나로 노후준비도를 살펴봄으로써 시니어가 가진 노후준비 특성이 창업기회인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검정했다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 또한 시니어의 창업 활성화 및 노동력 활용 방안으로 창업교육의 확대 필요성과 시니어 창업 교육 프로그램의 확대 등 창업을 준비할 수 있는 사회 분위기와 제도적 지원 및 프로그램 설계 필요성을 시사한다.

  • In this study, entrepreneurship opportunities, get in anywhere, in any situation, whether in respect to entrepreneurship through empirical research is to analyze. In addition, young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship opportunities to target the source and a realistic opportunity to investigate the nature of the search in terms of effective support for young entrepreneurs and operational plans to seek the help. Entrepreneurship opportunities of the origins of the existing studies individually being taken were young entrepreneurs and selected for this study the national and international literature base, and objectives of the study to achieve the city "Young Entrepreneurs 1000 Project" participants, survey through the empirical foundation of their opportunities and entrepreneurship opportunities origins analyzed the relationship between sources. Source of entrepreneurship opportunities in the establishment will include the nature of existing research (intentional / unintentional), business opportunities generated background (source), business opportunity lead, business opportunity lead contact situation (the nature of chance encounters), the business idea was dealt with using here, a new source of opportunity factor established by adding the capital adequacy ratio of capital has been studied. Also 10 years ago by byeong-ju, Jo. entrepreneurship opportunities in Korea for the first time research on the relationship between the source after source of opportunities than in previous research literature on factors leading to the establishment an opportunity to add a set of relationships between sources were analyzed.

The Effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Opportunity Recognition and Evaluation: A Focus on Small Business Entrepreneurs (창업교육이 기회인식 및 평가에 미치는 영향: 소상공인을 중심으로)

  • Entrepreneurship based on valuable opportunities has a positive effect on long-term economic growth. This study examines the entrepreneurship education offered to small business entrepreneurs from the perspective of opportunity-driven entrepreneurship in order to suggest improvements and future direction for small business entrepreneurship education. Also, we tried to investigate entrepreneurial behaviors related to opportunity development more effectively by considering entrepreneurial self-efficacy and regulatory focus that play a crucial role in opportunity development process as mediating variables. Conducted was an online survey of small business owners nationwide who have completed entrepreneurship education provided by the government, and 345 online survey data were used for empirical analysis. The results show that entrepreneurship education for small business entrepreneurs positively influences entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is positively related to both opportunity recognition and evaluation as well as the promotion and prevention focus. Entrepreneurship education, which includes theoretically and practically oriented courses, has a positive impact on both the promotion and prevention focus. The promotion focus of small business entrepreneurs was found to have a positive effect on opportunity recognition, but not on opportunity evaluation. Also, the preventive focus of small business entrepreneurs does not have a significant effect on both opportunity recognition and evaluation. The current entrepreneurship education for small business entrepreneurs does not have a significant impact on their opportunity recognition and evaluation. These results suggest that the current entrepreneurship education for small business entrepreneurs needs improvements to promote opportunity-driven entrepreneurship.

한국(韓國) 주가지수선물시장(株價指數先物市場)에서의 차익거래(差益去來)에 관한 연구(硏究)

  • 본 논문에서는 1996년 5월 3일에 한국에서 주가지수선물거래가 시작된 이후 선물가격 형성이 적정하게 이루어지고 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 실제 선물가격과 이론가치를 비교하고 차익거래 기회와 만기간 스프레드거래 기회에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 KOSPI 200 지수선물시장에서 선물가격은 이론가치에 비하여 지속적으로 저평가되는 현상을 나타냈으며, 증권거래소 회원사 뿐만이 아니라 비회원사에게도 선물매입/현물매도 차익거래 기회가 빈번하게 지속적으로 발생하였으며, 선물가격과 차익거래 밴드와의 괴리율 수준이 크게 나타났다. 두번째 근월물(원월물) 선물가격이 첫 번째 근월물(근월물) 선물가격에 비하여 지속적으로 저평가되는 현상을 나타냈으며, 거래소 회원사에게 원월물 매입/근윌물 매도 스프레드거래 기회가 존재하였으나 원월물 선물의 낮은 거래량을 고려하면 스프레드거래 기회는 제한적이었다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 분석기간을 네 기간으로 구분하여 조사한 결과 첫번째 기간부터 세번째 기간까지(1996.5-1997.4)는 선물가격의 저평가 현상이 지속적으로 나타나고 차익거래 기회도 빈번하게 발생하였으나 네번째 기간(1997.5-1997.8)에는 선물가격과 현물지수 사이의 가격불균형이 크게 축소되었고 차익거래 기회 빈도 및 괴리율 수준이 크게 감소되었다.

  • Recently, technology intelligence (TI) activities that support technological and/or market innovation have been important for many organizations to develop their competitiveness in trend of strengthening innovation-led economy. It is required to thorough understanding of TI-related activities and investigating methodology that can support these activities to facilitate technology opportunity exploration activities and increase the possibility of innovation. Thus, this research aims at first, investigating the taxonomy of objectives, information and methodology for technology opportunity development (TOD) through literature survey, second, deriving the TOD needs and current status analysis by conducting interview with various domestic firms, and finally, proposing an integrated framework of TI by synthesizing the results of the aforementioned investigation. Therefore, this research can suggest the strategic and political implications on TOD activities and moreover, propose a theoretical foundation to develop a supporting system for TI.
