장애인도 비장애인과 정보접근 기회를 동일하게 가질 권리가 있다. 하지만 청각장애인은 의사소통 수단이나 정보획득의 수단으로부터 소외됨으로써 다양한 사회적 참여에서 배제되기 일쑤였다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 청각장애인을 위한 음성인식을 이용한 자동 자막 시스템을 제안한다. 이 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 음성 특징 파라미터 추출과 DTW에 의한 음성인식을 통해 음성을 추출하여 화면에 자막으로 나타나게 하는 시스템이다.

By providing a variety of information resources and space, the school library provides students with the opportunities for creativity improvement through reading and humanity education, teachers with the opportunities for providing the high quality training by developing teaching methods fit for the students' aptitude and ability. The school library is now playing a greater role as a curriculum-oriented space instead of just a repository for books. This study was intended to survey the perception of librarians in these libraries to find the most optimal location for the school library to ease use for teachers and students. In order to accomplish the object of this study, a questionnaire targeted school librarians around South Korea, and previous studies about school library facilities were analyzed. As a result of the study, factors such as 'buildings, floors, position in building, and size' of school libraries appeared to make a large difference in the satisfaction of school librarians.

Recently, the tendency in the education system orientes to developing people of interdisciplinary abilities, this study was conducted to explore career process and to aware the career through internship participation of nursing students and to investigate effect of convergence program. The study conducted in-depth interview with 14 undergraduate nursing students who participated convergence program at various medical organizations. Collection data was analyized based on grounded theory. The research finding shows that Internship Experience was four categories and 12 themes. Four categories are participation motivation internships, Career Exploration process through internship, various learning for career preparation and career awareness In order to operate effective convergence program, various learning opportunities and building relationships with the members in organizations are provided and organizational system support is needed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the SWH application to problem-solving type inquiry modules. The modules were applied to 23 3rd grade students in middle school located in Chungbuk and the SWH strategy was applied to 3 experimental groups. The blue and green cards were presented at the problem emerging situation to the students to give enough thinking time. Using blue cards students propose solution to the problem in advance individually, then they discuss with group members using green cards and conduct experiments to solve the problem. SWH students exhibited better problem recognition and attitude.

This study investigated the change of pre-service science teachers' epistemological views of education according to the stages of the field education programs application. For this study, surveys and interviews were carried out threes times before and after participation through participant observation of classes and teaching practices. All data recorded and collected of 28 pre-service science teachers who had answered entire surveys were transcribed and analyzed. The conclusion is as follows; before the participant observation of classes, the pre-service science teachers had views of traditional education affected by epistemology of objectivism. After the participant observation of classes, the views of traditional education increased due to in-service teachers that showed teaching methods through the course of the participant observation. However, it was changed significantly into the views of modern education affected by epistemology of constructivism through the course of the teaching practices. Based on the conclusions of this study, it was identified that the field education programs might have both positive and negative influence on the change of the views of education for the pre-service science teachers. Therefore, Pre-service science teachers should have a opportunity to intensify of constructivism epistemological views of education through the field education programs. The teacher training institutions have to provide systematic and organic cooperation with schools.

The intent of this study was to examine what elementary school teachers thought about the adaptation to the information age in education in a bid to seek ways to have the computer equipments utilized enough to justify the efforts and the cost of installation. The purpose of this study was to investigate how teachers recognize the differentiation of gifted education in invention to gifted education in science. An online survey was conducted to more than 500 hundred school teachers to ask (1) if gifted education in invention is necessary as an independent area of gifted education, (2) if gifted education in invention should be differentiated in identification, education programs, councelling, facilities and so on to gifted education in science, and (3) what problems gifted education in invention are facing and how we can promote gifted education in invention. Findings by this study are like the following: 1. Almost all teachers, regardless of whether their duty is related to gifted education in invention or not, recognized the necessity of gifted education in invention as an independent area of gifted education, especially from gifted education in science. 2. Teachers recognized the differentiation of gifted education in invention in diverse aspects of gifted education, like identification, educational programming, and so on, especially to gifted education in science. 3. Teachers recognized the shortage of trained teachers as the most critical obstacles to gifted education in invention, and also thought training programs for teachers as the most important means that can promote gifted education in invention.

The object of this study identifies the weights of SWOT factors in hidden champion. And the other purpose of the study is to test the differences of weight between Korea hidden champion group and Germany theirs group. The survey research is employed for the hidden champion CEOs of two countries. This research is employed the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for the weight of SWOT factors in hidden champion based on an empirical survey done to 61 firms which are to be fostered as Korean type hidden champion and 40 firms which are to be fostered as Germany type hidden champion. And then the t-test assesses whether the weight means of two groups are statistically different from each other. The weights of SWOT factors of hidden champion have been identified. There are the differences of weight between Korea group and Germany group. The order of Korea group's weight is following by the strength (0.3062), the opportunities (0.2344), the threat (0.1804), and the weakness (0.1157). The order of Germany group's weight is following by the strength (0.2603), the opportunities (0.2286), the threat (0.1604), and the weakness (0.1432). The technology capability of strength, the lack of knowledge on overseas market of weakness and the market uncertainty of thereat have statistically differences between two groups. However, the sub-factors of opportunities statistically have no differences.

The purpose of this study was to explore perception about shared decision making of family caregivers of patients with early dementia (PWED). This study was conducted with a sample of 12 family caregivers (mean age = $71.4{\pm}10.4$) of PWED from three dementia safety centers in Seoul. In-depth interviews were done for each participant about shared decision making and data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Six categories and 17 sub-categories identified for participants' perception about shared decision making: means to facilitate communication with patients with dementia, means to secure autonomy of patients, opportunity to facilitate treatment, cause of increasing family caregivers' burden, cause of worsening relationship with patients, and option for choices depending on priority change. The findings of this study can provide a knowledge basis for health care professionals and policy makers to understand how family caregivers of PWED think about shared decision making. It would be of great value to develop educational programs and practical guidelines about shared decision making for PWED and their family, which may contribute to respecting PWED's self-determination right as well as reducing burden of their family.

산란계 경영에 있어서 실제 사업의 처음이 초생추 또는 중추의 입식이라면 노계도태는 그 끝이라고 할 수 있다. 계사를 청소하고 소독을 한 후 입추시기와 품종 등을 신중히 고려해 병아리를 입식하고 각종 백신을 접종하고 세심하게 길러내어 성계로 만들어 놓고 갖은 질병의 지뢰밭을 통과하면서 최대한으로 계란을 낳게 하다보면 어느덧 우리의 알 기계는 노후되어 도태시기를 결정하게 된다. 필자는 지난 15년간 고창양계라는 부화장에 근무하면서 주로 병아리 판매업무에 종사하면서 전국의 사양가분들과 접촉해온 경험이 있는 바, 대부분의 농장주들이 마지막 단계인 이 노계도태를 단순히 병아리를 새로 받기 위해 즉흥적으로 그 시기를 결정하거나, 거꾸로 노계를 도태한 후 서둘러 신규입추를 추진하는 등 실로 비합리적인 경우가 너무 많았음을 기억하면서 이번 기회를 통해 노계도태의 모든 부분을 정리해 보고자 한다.
