  • 국화과에 속하는 Solidago속 식물의 정유가 꽃, 잎, 줄기등 이 식물 전 기관에 분포되어있는 이생세포간근에 함유되어 있다는 사실에 기초를 두고, 선기능을 가진 세포들이 일반세포에 비해 강한 dehydrogenase활성을 나타낸다는 사실을 이용하여 2,3,4-triphenyltetrazoliumchloride를 써서 분비강주변의 세포들의 선기능을 조직화학적으로 증명하였다.

Ship Collision Behaviors of Offshore Wind Tower on Bucket Foundation (버켓기초를 가진 해상풍력타워의 선박충돌 거동)

  • In this paper, the various parametric study of collisions between a offshore wind tower and vessels were performed to estimate the ultimate behaviors of the bucket foundation and the tower. Additionally, the stability of the foundation and the energy dissipation capacities of the tower were analyzed. The results shows that the collision energy of the vessel was mainly dissipated by the plastic deformation energy of the tower and the foundation system shown enough bearing capacity against to this severe loading condition.

  • Flexible circular cantilever beams when excited externally introduce a lot of dynamic characteristics. The non-linear elements that these flexible beams develop include non-linearity due to inertia terms, spring, and damping. They show different characteristics of motion from each other. In the modes of lower order, the non-linearity due to spring is prevalent, while the non-linearity due to inertia Is prevalent in the modes of higher order. To analyze these effects the non-linear phenomena are analyzed experimentally. When the response characteristics of non-linear vibration are analyzed using autospectrum, it is possible to analyze the subharmonic and superharmonic mot ion by comparison. The phase change is analyzed using the method of phase portrait and the non-linear characteristics of response characteristics that are developed in flexible structures can be predicted and applied to the stage of design.

  • 다가올 미래 사회와 4차 산업혁명 시대에는 창의성(Creation)과 융합(Convergence)을 기반으로 다양한 분야에서의 문제해결력이 요구되며, 컴퓨팅 사고력(CT, Computational Thinking)은 문제 해결을 위한 필수 사고로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 발맞춰, 성균SW교육원(SSEN)에서는 다른 전공을 가진 학생에게도 컴퓨팅 사고력 중심의 SW기초교육을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 성균SW교육원에서 시행하는 비전공자를 위한 컴퓨팅사고력 중심의 SW기초교육 체계에 대해 소개하고, 비전공자 SW교육에 대해 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 제시한다.

  • 본 고에서는 최근 IT-NT 융합 기술 중 각광받고 있는 양자 정보통신 기술의 기초 이론 및 최신 동향 그리고, 실제적인 시스템 구현을 위한 구성 요소들을 살펴보고자 한다. 양자정보통신 기술은 광자(光子)의 양자역학적 특성에 기반을 둔 기술로서 양자 이론과 밀접한 관련을 가진 기술 분야이다. 일반적으로 양자정보처리 기술은 크게 양자 컴퓨터(quantum computer)와 양자 암호화(quantum cryptography) 기술, 양자 통신(quantum communication) 등으로 구분된다. 양자정보통신의 각 분야 기술이 아직은 기초연구 수준에 있지만 세계적으로 그 중요성을 인식하고 대규모 투자를 아끼지 않는 분야이기 때문에, 이 분야에 대한 투자를 소홀히 하면 기술 종속 또는 기술 후진국으로 전락할 수도 있다. 그러므로, 본 고에서는 외국의 기술 발전 추세에 대처하고 자체적인 관련 기반 기술을 확보하기 위한 기초 이론과 기술 동향에 대해 간략히 살펴보기로 한다.

Seismic Response of Structure on Flexible Foundation (유연한 기초 위에 세워진 구조물의 지진거동)

  • Seismic analyses of structures were carried out in the past assuming a right base and Ignoring the characteristics of foundations and the properties of the underlying soil. Resent soil-structure interaction studies show that seismic response of structure can be affected significantly by these fators. Typical effects of the soil-structure interaction are the kinematic interaction of a rigid massiess foundation and the inertial interaction between underlying soil and structure. The kinematic interaction effect is particularly important for embedded foundations and can be ignored for surface foundations with vertically propagating waves. In this study, seismic response of structure was investigated with four buildings in Mexico City considering only the inertial interaction effect and using the E-W components of the 1985 Mexico City earthquake records. The study was carried out for surface foundations and pile foundations with linear and nonlinear soil conditions, comparing the results with those of the rigid base.

  • In this study, a shaking table test was performed for the evaluation of the failure capacity of an anchor foundation system in the case of an aged condition. For the shaking table test, three kinds of specimens were manufactured as follows: 1) a non-damaged anchor; 2) a specimen with cracks running through the anchor; and 3) a specimen with cracks along the expected corn-shape fracture away from the anchor. A dynamic characteristic was determined through a measurement of the frequency response function (FRF), and the seismic capacity was evaluated by using a shaking table test. Failure capacities were calculated using an acceleration response and it was compared with the anchor design code.

Shear Lag in Framed Tube Structures with Multiple Internal Tubes (복수의 내부 튜브를 가진 골조 튜브 구조물의 Shear Lag)

  • A simple numerical modelling technique is proposed for estimating the shear lag effects of framed-tube system with multiple internal tubes. The tube(s)-in-tube structure is analysed by using an analogy approach in which each tube is individually modelled by a beam that can accounts for the flexural and shear deformations, as well as the shear lag effects. The numerical analysis is based on the minimum potential energy principle in conjunction with the variational approach. The shear lag phenomenon of such structures is studied with additional bending stresses. Structural parameters governing the shear lag behaviour in tube(s)-in-tube structures are also investigated through thirty-three numerical examples.

Modifications of RC/TS(Resonant Column and Torsional Shear) Device for the Large Strain (대변형율 시험을 위한 공진주 비틂전단 시험기의 수정)

  • Conventional RC/TS(resonant column and torsional shear) device usesa specimen with an aspect ratio(height-to-diameter) of 2:1 and this generates a maximum shear strain in the sample of about 1.5% at the maximum rotation of the drives system. The objective of this study is to modify RC/TS device to generate higher strain amplitude. The modifications include a new base pedestal to overcome the limitations in the travel of the drive system and modification of coil wiring to increase torque. The effects of the new coil wire on torque in the electro magnetic drive system were evaluated and the application of modified device was illustrated using sand soil.
