A Study on the Effects of the Characteristics of e-Learning Contents on the Repurchase Intention mediated by Trust and Relationship Commitment (e-Learning컨텐츠의 특징이 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 신뢰, 관계몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • 본 연구에서는 사이버 교육(e-Learning)에서 컨텐츠 정보특성, 인터페이스 특성, 브랜드인지도, 부가서비스 제공 여부, 강사의 능력, 기술인프라 정도, 놀이성, 지각위험 등이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 세 가지로 나누어 기업의 사내교육대상자, 학원 등 사교육대상자 및 대학교육대상자 등의 사이버 교육의 피교육자 유형에 따라 어떠한 e-Learning의 특성이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는가를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구모형에 포함된 변수는 기존의 연구에 근거하되 e-Learning의 특성적 요인을 포함하여 선정하였다. 사이버 공간에서 구매행위에 관한 연구는 다수의 연구자들(Jarvenpaa 등, 1997; Eugene 등, 1995; Parasuraman 등 1996; Spiller 등, 1998; O'keefs 등, 1998, Li, 등, 1999; Donthu 등, 1999; Macintosh 등, 1997; Garbarino 등, 1999)에 의해 다양한 방법으로 연구가 진행되었지만 본 연구에서는 e-Loaming의 환경적 특성에서 종합적 연구를 하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 인터넷 환경 하에서 행해진 인터넷 컨텐츠의 특성에 관한 연구를 기반으로 사이버 교육(e-Loaming)의 특성과 부합하는 변수들을 연구 모형에 포함하였으며, 또한 사이버 교육에서 새롭게 부각되는 요인들을 부가하여(이승희, 2001; 박광태 등, 2002; Bonk, 2002; Learning Decisions, 2001) 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 근거로 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

Black Consumer Detection in E-Commerce Using Filter Method and Classification Algorithms (Filter Method와 Classification 알고리즘을 이용한 전자상거래 블랙컨슈머 탐지에 대한 연구)

  • Although fast-growing e-commerce markets gave a lot of companies opportunities to expand their customer bases, it is also the case that there are growing number of cases in which the so-called 'black consumers' cause much damage on many companies. In this study, we will implement and optimize a machine learning model that detects black consumers using customer data from e-commerce store. Using filter method for feature selection and 4 different algorithms for classification, we could get the best-performing machine learning model that detects black consumer with F-measure 0.667 and could also yield improvements in performance which are 11.44% in F-measure, 10.51% in AURC, and 22.87% in TPR.

A Study on Designing and Developing a Personalized e-Tutor to Facilitate e-Learning (이러닝 환경에서 학습촉진을 위한 개인화된 e-튜터 설계 및 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study describes the design and development of personalized e-Tutor to facilitate e-Learning. An e-Tutor was developed to provide personalized cognitive, emotional, and social learning supports automatically and integrated into an e-learning system. Fourteen learning supports selected in this study were consisted of eight cognitive, three emotional, and three social factors respectively. Participants were 202 adult learners in corporate training environments. The result indicated that e-Tutor was perceived useful in general. Amongst three, cognitive support was perceived as the most useful. Emotional and social supports of encouraging learners and facilitating interactions among learners were also reported useful to facilitate the desired learning outcomes.

  • The e-Learning contents producing industry has been situated at the difficult status because of excessive competition and small-scale business company in unprofitable contents development market. One of the most important issues is low cost for e-Learning contents development. This paper is focus on analysis of e-Learning contents development cost and suggest the rational alternatives for policy making. In order to make successful study, this paper tell about various contents development cost, comparison analysis among them, and e-Learning contents development cost model. As a result of the study, this paper suggest the rational alternatives of of policy making for e-Learning contents development cost.

  • This study identified the important categories and items about evaluation criteria of e-learning quality assurance by comparing evaluation criteria between Korea and France case. For deriving the conclusion, this research analyzed the Korea quality assurance case which is consist of success or failure for evaluation of quality assurance, and built the generic quality model of e-learning evaluation criteria. A generic model about evaluation criteria, categories, and item of e-learning quality assurance, which should be reflected on French quality criteria, were developed based on statistical approach. This research suggests a evaluation criteria which can be applied to African and Asian countries, that are related to AUF, as well as Korea. The result of this study can be applied to all organizations around the world which prepare for e-learning quality assurance, and at the same time it will be a valuable resource for companies or institutions which want to be evaluated e-learning quality assurance.

  • In these days mobile handsets have come to be used at almost every user. The performance improvement of mobile devices and networks have made this trend possible. As a great variety of mobile applications are published, the necessity of running large-scale mobile applications becomes greater than before. To accomplish this, the existing researchers have developed mobile cluster computing libraries like Mobile-JPVM. In this paper, we implement a compute-intensive Animated GIF generating application and its cell phone viewer software using Mobile-JPVM library. We find out by the real execution of our softwares on the KTF handsets that they can sufficiently run on cellular phones. Our Animated GIF generator and its viewer are going to be commercially used for the mobile fashion advertisement systems.

  • e-Learning has been mushrooming with wide range of learning groups from pedagogy to andragogy. Despite of increasing e-learning opportunities, many people doubt whether e-learning learners really learn something. The related research papers emphasized that e-Learning would be a failure in terms of understanding of e-learners and intuitive learning activities for activating learner's long-term memory span. The current learning strategies in e-Learning may be based on the traditional classroom, and this results in boring and ineffective learning outcomes. This paper analyzed that how learners have received e-Learning for the last few years from the research and explained what could be the failing aspects of e-Learning. To be successful, e-Learning should consider the e-Learner's individualized teaming style and thinking patterns. When considering of various e-Learning components, the quality of e-learning should not be focused on any specific single factor, but develop every individual factor to the high level of quality. In conclusion, this paper suggest that we need new understand of e-Learning and e-Learner. Also the e-Learning strategies should be examined throughly whether they are on the side of learners and realized how they learn from e-Learning. Finally, we should add enormous imagination into e-Learning for next generation because their teaming patterns significantly differ from their parent's generation.

  • 본 연구에서는 기업에서의 e-Learning학습을 지원하기 위한 SNS기반의 소통 형 학습 및 협업 학습 지원 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 e-Learning시스템에서 학습하고 평가하는 것을 넘어 SNS상에서 학습자 간 토론과 소통으로 학습자에게 보다 효과적인 학습환경을 제공하고 있다. 또한 학습자는 학습이 업무에 반영될 수 있도록 실제 학습자 업무 조직 별 토론과 팀 과제를 통해 실행 방법과 계획을 수립하게 함으로써 보다 효과적으로 학습이 업무에 활용될 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. SNS기반의 소통 형 학습시스템은 학습자에게 학습동기부여를 제공하여 보다 능동적인 학습참여를 유도하여 학습을 지원하고 있다.

  • South Korea is one of major trading partner of Philippines. Many Korean manufacturers and tour companies have branches in the Philippines. Korean companies need to enhance Korean language capabilities for Filipino employee. South Korea has many successive experiences for e-learning. In this paper, we developed Learning Management System (LMS) for Philippines. LMS was implemented in JAVA, ASP and HTML. All lectures are stored in database managed by MS SQL-server.

  • By its nature, software part of the construction industry such as engineering and so forth has been kept secret to outside, as it determines a company$^{\circ}{\phi}s$ competitiveness. As a result, construction field knowledge usually disappears with the end of a project. The objective of this study is to develop the knowledge management (BM) learning model tuned in to construction area in order to manage project-related knowledge and promote the knowledge management. This study presented a learning model for knowledge management in the construction field, with the aim to integrate a series of processes. The model is composed of EIP, EDMS, knowledge and failure cases management, CoP and e-Learning.
