This case describes Lotte Mart's practices and achievement in the aspect of social responsibilities and ethics management and its implications in retail industry. Lotte Mart set ethics management as core business objective, and establishes and operates a variety of ethics management programs for each of customer, shareholders, employees, suppliers and society. By these programs, Lotte Mart could achieve improvement in quality and price competitiveness through better partnership with supplier, get more efficiency in business through higher morale among employees, and gain improved customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

The domestic market of CM at Risk has not been activated yet. It was analyzed duo to the fact that construction owners didn't have confidence in CM at Risk, because of the concerns regarding CM firms reliability, service, specialty, system and feasibility. Therefore, this study analyzed the problems to find the reason for declines in orders through a business diagnosis based on the Business Model Canvas(BMC) and set up the direction of business model improvement with one on one expert interviews. Additionally, we suggested the sub-activities for the business model improvements of CM at Risk service that are divided into 9 building blocks. Through this method, we determined that we would need preceding innovation activities such as good communication with customers, reinforcement of subcontract and excellence in project operations to convert the successful practice and settlement of the CM business model based in BMC. It is expected that the business model suggested from this study would contribute to improvement of CM at Risk competition and the differentiation strategy when compared with other firms. Also, it would be used a basis data to develop CM at Risk business model in the future.

As Korean society becomes more matured, more people consider trust valuable, as a social capital. Researchers introduced trust literatures focusing on public policy, sociology than business. In this paper, it is empirically analyzed how Organizational Justice, Shared Values, Organizational Trust, 3 dimensions of social capital explained by Nahapiet & Ghoshall, together with Job Satisfaction and Innovative Behavior, as a proxy of performance at the organizational level. The results of this study are as below. Firstly Organizational Justice, consisted of 4 sub-variables of Distributional Justice, Procedural Justice, Interpersonal Justice and Informational Justice, classified by Colquitt, affects Job Satisfaction positively. Secondly Shared Values, consisted of 2 sub-variables of CEO's Core Value and Organizational Culture, availing Competing Value Model of Cameron & Quinn, affect Job Satisfaction positively. Thirdly Job Satisfaction, consisted of 2 sub-variables of economical satisfaction and self-efficacy, affects Innovative Behavior positively. Lastly Organizational Trust has mediating effect on the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Innovative Behavior. However, while the direct effect of Job Satisfaction on Innovative Behavior shows 69%, the indirect effect of Organizational Trust on Innovative Behavior shows 31%, which may not be ignorable. Furthermore in case of smaller organization with less than 30 members, the indirect effect of Organizational Trust shows 64%, comparing to 36% of direct effect of Job Satisfaction. This study was able to confirm that organizations need to maintain Organizational Trust as much as they strive to increase Job Satisfaction through securing Organizational Justice and Shared Values in order to effectively increase Innovative Behavior. For small organizations with less than 30 members, they can never achieve Innovative Behavior without Organizational Trust. Conclusively it is acknowledged that Organizational Trust is the most important prior condition for innovation and long-term survival of SME ventures.
The study investigated the impact of ESG management activities on the non-financial performance of organizations, focusing on small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Using data from 78 survey responses, the following results were summarized. Firstly, ESG management activities positively influenced internal customer satisfaction. The correlation coefficient was .679, indicating a moderately strong correlation, and the coefficient of determination (R2) was .461, explaining 46.1% of the variance. Additionally, with a beta value of .679, a t-value of 8.058, and a p-value of .000, ESG management activities had a statistically significant impact on internal customer satisfaction. Secondly, ESG management activities also had a positive impact on corporate trust. The correlation coefficient was .695, indicating a moderately strong correlation, and the coefficient of determination (R2) was .483, explaining 48.3% of the variance. The beta value was .695, the t-value was 8.429, and the significance probability was .000, indicating a significant influence on corporate trust.The study aimed to shed light on the relationship between ESG management activities of small and medium-sized enterprises and their non-financial performance. These results suggest that companies can enhance internal customer satisfaction and corporate trust through fulfilling social responsibilities and practicing sustainable management.
This study examined the influence of social responsibility awareness (economic and social-environmental responsibility) and trust in corporate social responsibility on sustainable diets. The subjects of the study were 468 university students. The main research results were as follows. First, the social responsibility awareness of the study subjects was 4.03±0.72 points for economic responsibility and 3.48±0.81 points for social-environmental responsibility. An awareness of economic responsibility showed differences according to gender. Trust in corporate social responsibility was 3.62±0.61 points, and there was no statistical significance based on gender. Second, the level of a sustainable diet was food safety and consideration (4.06±0.63), knowledge of the environment and diet (3.94±0.68), understanding of the food circulation system (3.45±0.77), and healthy diet (3.26±0.89). Among the factors influencing a sustainable diet, female students had higher attitudes toward food safety and consideration and understanding of the food circulation system than male students. Third, the social responsibility awareness (economic responsibility and social-environmental responsibility) and corporate social responsibility trust variables influenced university students' sustainable diet. Among these, social-environmental responsibility awareness had the highest influence.
Nowadays, social responsibility activities's influence on company's production activity is expanding and corporate social responsibility as sustainability is mandatory. Unlike the past that few companies did social responsibility activity, it is hard to find differences in present that lots of companies are doing social responsibility activity. This research divides social group and corporate group according to the consumer's recognition about company's social responsibility activity and affect-relation of consumer's recognition is confirmed based on the level of authenticity when company does social responsibility activity. As a result, this research states that company's social responsibility activity will make conclusive responsibility on increasing consumer's trust on the company by letting consumers recognize that company's social responsibility activity whiling achieving its seeking goal is not for company's profit, but is sincere action toward social, which means it is the responsibility activity including authenticity.

With the recent paradigm shift towards 'sustainable management', corporate social responsibility is recognized as an important factor for the continuous and long-term growth of a company. This study examines how the perception of CRM performing companies and NGOs affect attitude toward donation. In addition, it was empirically investigates how the perception of donation affects the SNS word of mouth intention. In this study, a total of 180 usable responses were obtained for analysis, and SPSS and AMOS 26.0 were used to verify the validity and hypothesis of the study. As a result of the study, it was found that validity and reliability were secured. As a result of the hypothesis testing, all the hypotheses were supported, but the effect of the perception of the company implementing CRM on the donation attitude was very weakly supported. This study suggests that raising a positive awareness of CRM-performing companies and NGOs collaborating with them is an effective strategy to increase donation attitudes and SNS word-of-mouth intentions for CRM.
The research focuses on the interactional justice of organizational members and supervisors within Chinese organizations. In terms of organizational performance, the focus is on creativity by members, based on the need for innovation today. Furthermore, it verifies the influence of moral leadership on members' innovative behavior and the various effects of trust on members' superiors. This study empirically examined 330 Chinese small practitioners and identified the role of interactional justice in increasing the creative influence of organizational members to date in Chinese small. This study will propose ways to increase the level of creative and reduce the level of procedural justice, and discuss future research directions related to this.

This study intends to apply the concept of reputation as a tool to positively build an evaluation of the CEO, the CEO of a company. It aims to develop tools to manage the reputation of the CEO and empirically explore the value of the tools use. As a result of the study, reliability, customer management, strategic vision, employee management, and social responsibility were derived as the constituent factors of CEO reputation, and it was confirmed that the relationship between CEO reputation and organizational favorability was statistically causal. Furthermore, the relationship between CEO reputation and product purchase intention was also statistically significant. It was confirmed that if the CEO's reputation was positively managed, it could help the stakeholders to evaluate the company to which the CEO belongs, as well as to purchase the products provided by the company. One of the ways to be well-received by various stakeholders in a corporate environment where uncertainty is intensifying is a reputation management system for CEOs, and CEOs themselves should recognize that their reputation can affect the organization and pay attention to reputation management.
