The purpose of this study was to develop a Industrial Professional Practice(IPP) at university education as a way of innovation strategy in order to effectively respond industrial needs in dynamic environment. A Industrial Professional Practice model was developed by using a structured on the job training model and had a 7 steps which were "planning Industrial Professional Practice, selecting enterprises and students, matching enterprises and students, job analysis, design and development program, implementation, evaluation and feedback. Based on the Industrial Professional Practice model, the directions for the future studies was discussed.

VoIP는 유무선 인터넷의 IP 망을 기반으로 차세대 유비쿼터스형 전화로 부각될 가능성이 있으며 유선 부문의 VoIP는 특화된 서비스 모델을 바탕으로 급격한 시장확산이 진행되고 있다. 인터넷 전화인 VoIP는 저렴한 비용으로 고품질의 음성 및 화상 서비스를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 데이터 서비스와의 융합을 통해 이용자에게 다양한 편익을 제공한다는 측면에서 향후 성장잠재력이 높을 것으로 전망되고 있다. 특히, 기업에서는 VoIP를 통해 비용을 절감할 뿐만 아니라 VPN 또는 기업 데이터형 솔루션과 결합하여 새로운 경쟁무기로 활용할 유인이 있어 일반인에 비해 적극적인 수용태도를 형성하고 있다. 그런데, 국내 기업의 VoIP 수용현황 및 특성을 분석한 보고서가 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 글에서는 국내 기업에 대한 조사결과를 바탕으로 VoIP 서비스 이용률, 이용방식, 만족 및 불만족 요인, 비이용기업의 잠재적 수요특성을 체계적으로 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 결론적으로 국내 기업에서 VoIP 서비스가 활성화되기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

유니콘기업을 목표로 하고 있는 국내 스타트업들이 아직까지 국내 투자유치와 코스닥시장 IPO를 목표로 삼고 있고, 해외 판로개척, 해외투자 유치 및 M&A를 통한 글로벌 진출이 활성화 되어 있지 않기 때문에 현재까지의 제2벤처붐은 절반의 성공이라 볼 수 있다. 현 정부에서도 스타트업의 글로벌 진출을 중요한 정책 아젠다로 보고 있는 바, 중소벤처기업들의 글로벌 진출 및 사업화 성공 요인을 분석하기 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 중소벤처기업의 글로벌 경영성과에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보기 위해 국제경영이론 중, 글로벌진출 성공요인과 관련된 자원기반관점과 동적역량관점의 선행연구를 검토해보고, 기업의 혁신역량과 개방형 혁신활동이 기업의 글로벌 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 아직까지 스타트업 또는 벤처기업들을 대상으로 글로벌 진출 성공요인을 도출한 연구가 부족하다는 측면에서 본 연구는 기존 연구들과 차별성이 있음을 밝힌다.

Robot technology has become a crucial part of today's business operation. In fact, more manufacturing firms have been utilizing robot technology in order to increase operational efficiency and productivity. Thus, this study develops the research model investigating firms; behavior for process innovation with intelligent robot. Three categories - Technical, Entrepreneur, and Environmental characteristic - are proposed in the research model as determinants of process innovation. These three characteristics include six variables(Perceived Direct Usefulness, Perceived Indirect Usefulness, Innovation, Risk Senstivity, Perceived Industry Pressure, and Perceived Government Pressure) as influencing factors on process innovation. The data from 77 employee at manufacturing firms were analyzed to test proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that all variables with exception of Perceived Government Pressure have a significant influence on process innovation. Based on the study results, theoretical and practical implications for process innovation with intelligent robot technology are discussed.

The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting technology innovation of the innovative IT SMEs. A research model is established based on the previous studies on the technology innovation of SMEs. The model consists of independent variables (Adhocracy culture, R&D capability, IT capability, Leadership, and Appraisal & Reward), an intermediate variable (Knowledge management), and dependent variables (product/service innovation and process innovation). Major research results can be summarized as follows: IT SMEs pursuing technology innovation should: (1) pay attention to innovation oriented culture, IT capability, and evaluation & compensation systems of the company; (2) recognize that knowledge management is an essential activity performed by the company; (3) strengthen the R&D capabilities of the company by not only exerting internal efforts but establishing cooperative network with various parties; and (4) resolve the decoupling problem of the evaluation & compensation system.

Under the environment uncertainty, inno-biz firms are likely to enter into new market with their manager's enthusiasm, know-how, and innovative idea. Therefore, the environment uncertainty would be a new opportunity for their managers with entrepreneurship. The inno-biz firms have limitation on resources that they can utilize, but the industrial infrastructure of the regions that they are located in can be a factor overcoming the limitation of utilizing resources. Using inno-biz firms, this study presents a research model with the effects of environment uncertainty, industrial infra structure, and entrepreneurship on competitive performance. This study examined the relationship showed by the research model, and found the significant relationship by using SEM. And this study found the mediating effect of environment uncertainty, industrial infrastructure, and entrepreneurship on innovative capability. Research results, implications and limitations of this study are provided in conclusion of this study.

This paper examines effect of fitness between innovation and HRM type on firm performance(quality competitiveness, operating profit). Data were extracted from the Korea Labor Institute's workplace panel survey(WPS) from 2015, and the analysis used 3,431 companies. To test the research model, analysis of variance(ANOVA). The model shows that full-innovation/commitment HRM type companies were significantly higher quality competitiveness, and operating profit than other companies. And low-level innovation/control HRM type companies were significantly lower quality competitiveness and operating profit than other companies.

Policy implications were derived by comparing/analyzing innovative SMEs and general SMEs that obtained innovation certification from 2015 to 2021 in terms of survival period. Work experience, scale (employment, capital and debt size, sales and operating profit) Korean standard industry classification (2 digit) was used to select general SMEs similar to innovative SMEs. Survival period was calculated by defining suspension, closure and overdue equivalent to default as events. As a result of the survival analysis, innovative SMEs showed a 9.8% reduction in the risk of delinquency compared to general SMEs, indicating that the survival period of innovative SMEs was significantly longer. In addition, it was found that the work experience and size (employment, capital) of SMEs had a positive effect on the survival period, but debt had a negative effect on the survival period. This means that the innovation certification system centered on innovation capabilities and future growth potential is a significant indicator in terms of survival period. As a result, it was concluded that the benefits and support policies provided by the innovation certification system need to be more systematic and sophisticated by reflecting the work experience and industry for the actual growth and survival of SMEs.
