최근 글로벌 경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률 하락에 기인하여, 대내외적으로 불투명한 환경하에서 생존하고 발전하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생 시키고 생산방식의 변화와 업무 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 지대하다는 것을 모두 공감 하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 기술혁신역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소벤처 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 지식경영의 성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 기업의 전략적 활동을 조직화하여 가치창출에 사용될 자원 및 조직 능력을 외부 네트워크로부터 획득하게 하는 네트워크 역량이 어떤 역할을 수행하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 즉, 중소벤처기업의 기술 혁신역량이 네트워크 역량을 매개변수로 하여 지식경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술혁신역량이 중소벤처기업의 네트워크 역량을 매개로 삼아, 기술혁신역량이 지식경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 한다. 기술혁신역량을 기반으로 한 경제활동의 불확실성이 높아진 환경 하에서 새로운 변화에 신속히 대응하며, 장기적 경기 침체 극복은 물론이고 거시적 경제 성장과 발전을 이끌어 조직의 지속적 성장과 생존뿐 아니라, 국가의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 조직 내의 가장 중요한 지식경영 성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

본 연구는 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 관련 선행연구를 조사분석한 연구이다. 국내외 중소기업의 글로벌혁신역량에 관한 선행연구를 광범위하게 조사한 후 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 잠재변수를 선정한다. 각 잠재변수별로 유의적으로 판명된 지표를 분석하여 기업내부역량 중 글로벌혁신역량에 중요한 요인인 CEO역량, 기술역량, 마케팅역량, 생산역량, 인적자원역량, 재무역량, 네트워크역량으로 재분류한다. 향후 잠재변수사이의 상관관계를 분석하여 상호교호작용효과를 배제한 잠재변수별 순효과(net effect)를 분석하고자 한다.

This study aims to identify the characteristics of the regional innovation system(RIS) and the determinants of innovation performance of SMEs. Data were collected from a questionnaire survey on 64 SMEs in the Daejeon and Chungcheong regions to uncover the relationship between capabilities, regional innovation capacities and innovation performance. The moderating effects of regional innovation capacities on the relationship between firms' innovation capabilities and performance were also tested. Empirical results revealed that R&D, marketing and entrepreneurial orientation had positive effects. The moderating effect of regional innovation capabilities on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (risk taking) and performance was also confirmed.

This study aims at investigating the path in which entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive capacity, which have a significant influence on the corporate performance of SMEs, are mediated through product innovation performance (product speed, product quality). For the empirical study, 233 questionnaires collected from 1775 SMEs including in Daejeon Techno Park start-ups were analyzed by using structural equation model. The empirical analysis shows that absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on performance through product innovation performance. Therefore, it is suggested that entrepreneurial orientation and absorptive capacity increase product innovation performance in terms of corporate strategy and external information utilization capability, and product innovation performance leads to performance. This paper suggests that entrepreneurial strategy and capacity to utilize external information are important for introducing high quality products faster than others in response to the external environment.

창업기업의 성과는 창업가 개인의 역량 뿐 만 아니라 네트워크 등 기업가 정신이 발현되는 모든 영역의 요소들이 작용한다. 재무적 자원에서부터 기업의 기능별 역량과 자원에 이르기까지 충분하지 않은 창업기업들은 전략적으로 기업이나 대학과 같은 외부 주체들과의 제휴를 추진하여 성과향상을 의도할 수 있다. 전략적 제휴와 기업 성과 간의 관계는 전략경영분야에서 오랫동안 다루어져 온 연구 주제였다. 다만, 창업기업이라는 한정된 역량과 자원 상황에서 창업 기업이 실제로 이러한 전략적 제휴를 통해 재무성과를 향상시키는지에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구는 창업기업의 전략적 제휴가 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 그러한 관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 혁신역량 강화활동으로서 R&D투자와 교육훈련 투자의 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 창업기업이 보유한 인적 여유자원(slack resource)의 역할도 함께 규명하여 창업기업의 전략적 제휴와 관련한 행동적 특성을 논의하고자 한다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 기업이 전략적 제휴를 통해 보다 나은 성과향상을 위한 투자로서 다양한 혁신역량 강화활동 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제시할 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 수출중소기업의 재직자를 대상으로 기술혁신역량과 수출금융제도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향 및 글로벌마케팅역량의 하위 변수인 글로벌확장성을 매개변수로 하여 기술혁신역량과 수출금융제도와 수출성과 간의 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 독립변수는 기술역량의 하위변수인 연구개발역량, 기술축적역량으로 구분하였고, 수출금융제도를 사용하였다. 전국에 거주하는 수출중소기업의 재직자로부터 수집한 설문지 242부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0을 사용하여 3단계 매개모형을 기반으로 회기분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기술혁신역량은 글로벌확장성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술혁신역량은 수출 성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수출금융제도는 글로벌확장성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 수출금융제도는 수출성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 기술혁신역량이 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 수출금융제도가 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 있어서 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

우리나라의 중소기업은 국가경제의 근간을 이루고 있으며, 고용창출, 기술혁신, 산업의 다양성 등 여러 측면에서 국민경제 발전에 있어서 실질적인 원동력이 되고 있다. 이로 인해 중소기업은 기술혁신을 통해서 혁신역량을 확보하는 것이 더욱더 중요해졌으며, 내부자원의 한계로 인해 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보와 여러 가지 도움들을 외부와의 협업과 다양한 네트워크 활동을 통해 습득해 나가고 있다. 더 나아가서 시장기회를 포착하고 조직 성장을 위한 수단들을 모색하기 위한 수단으로 기업가 정신 또한 필요하다. 본 연구는 ICT중소기업의 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어 기업가 정신과 기업의 혁신역량이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 했으며, 사회적 자본이 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 1,200개 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석을 했다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가 정신은 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐으며, 사회적 자본 변수가 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 혁신 역량이 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 사회적 자본 변수가 조절효과를 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 기업가 정신이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 사회적 자본이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

In Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) compared to major, competence of CEO relatively has a large impact on management performance, so the biggest factor to strengthen the competitiveness is the competence of CEO. Meanwhile, a consultant is defined as a subject of execution that directly and indirectly participates in management by inducing objective and rational decision-making on various management issues and problems facing companies. The management expertise, problem-solving skills, communication skills, insights, and leadership that a consultant must have in order to perform his or her duties are the same as the role and capabilities that the CEO must have in enhancing the company's performance and competitiveness. Therefore, through previous studies, this study divided consultant competences of CEO into job competence, communication competence, learning competence, and innovation competence and tried to understand whether those competences affect corporate's innovation performance and management performance. The survey was conducted on SMEs and the analysis techniques were reliability and validity analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation analysis. As a result, it was found that the CEO's job competence, communication competence, learning competence, and innovation competence had a significant effect on innovation performance of the company, and second, innovation performance had a significant effect on the management performance. Through, this study derived a common factor of consultant competences of SMEs CEO, and derived implications for the competence characteristics of the CEO necessary to improve the performance of SMEs.

This paper aims at analyzing the effect of the relationship between innovation intermediaries and firms on firms' absorptive capacity from the perspectives of social capital. And it also analyzes how firms' innovation environment influences on their absorptive capacity in this process. For this purpose, we carry out an empirical analysis on 200 firms in the Daedeok Innopolis, which is the representative innovation cluster in Korea. According to this study, firm's absorptive capacity is positively affected by the reliability and frequency of firms' communication with innovation intermediaries. However, the geographic proximity does not have significant influence. Also, the innovation environmental factors play a positive moderating role in the absorptive capacity of firms, and the social factors have a distinct significant influence on it directly. Based on these findings, this paper would make a contribution to recognize the importance of innovation intermediaries in innovation process and their role as preceding factors to firms' absorptive capacity, as well as innovative environment in the innovation process.

This study empirically analyzed the relationship with major influencing factors in enhancing innovation capability of start-ups and their influence on innovation performance. If the existing innovation competency studies were analyzed from a general corporate perspective, In this study, it was analyzed from the perspective of start-up companies with less than 7 years of founding. As a result of a survey on startups, learning competency among the sub-variables of innovation competency, R&D competency and marketing competency are significant positive (+) consistent with both organizational competence related to organizational culture and organizational goals, technology commercialization competency, and close product competency. Has been shown to affect. The technical competence part does not have a significant effect on the product competency. However, it could not be interpreted that the importance of these competencies was low. This is because although technical competence did not directly affect product competency, it was analyzed as a meaningful result in relation to R&D competency. In addition, the characteristics of the company were classified into technology orientation and market orientation, and the relationship between each sub-variable was analyzed. The technical competence of a technology-oriented company did not have a significant effect on the product competency, but it was found that it had an effective effect on the R&D capacity. It is also consistent with the research findings that the initial survival rate is low as the characteristics of start-ups are often based on technology and ideas. Based on these results, There is a difference in major innovation capabilities according to the growth stage of a company. From a practical point of view, I would like to present approaches and implications for strengthening the competence of start-ups.
