탁월한 성과를 내던 기업이 갑작스럽게 좌초되곤 한다. 이때 그 주된 문제점을 들여다보면 빠지지 않는 문제가 하나 있다. 바로, 소통(疏通)의 문제다. 고객과의 소통에 실패해 고객의 마음을 잘못 읽었거나, 조직 내부 소통의 장벽을 쌓고 있는 경우이다. 창의성의 시대에는 이 같은 소통의 문제가 더 중요한 이슈로 떠오를 전망이다. 아무리 좋은 품질과 비용 우위를 갖춘 제품일지라도 고객 마음 속에 울림을 주지 못한다면 시장으로부터 외면 받을 가능성이 크다. 개개인의 창의성이 집단의 창의성으로 승화되는 것은 서로의 다양한 지식과 경험을 자유롭게 소통할 수 있을 때 가능하다. 이와 같이 소통은 고객 가치 창출의 근간, 집단 창의성 발현의 토대 등의 중요한 밑거름이 되고 있다. 집단의 창의성을 극대화하기 위해서는 다양한 경험과 지식을 가진 인재들이 서로 통섭 할 수 있게 해야하며, 이들의 창의적 아이디어가 잘 공유될 수 있는 시스템과 제도가 뒷받침되어야 한다. 또한, 건전한 피드백이 숨쉬는 상호 신뢰와 협력적 조직 문화가 구축되어야 한다. 무엇보다 CEO가 그 선봉장 역할을 할 필요가 있다. 또한 조직 내부의 집단 지성이 고객과의 소통으로 이어질 수 있도록 할 수 있을 때 진정한 고객 가치 창출이 가능하며, 지속적인 성과 창출을 하는 기업으로 거듭날 수 있을 것이다.

Traditional financial approaches have been failed to satisfy the firms in evaluating the payoffs from information technology(IT) investment. This research developed a processed-oriented model to evaluate the impacts of IT on the primary business activities within the value chain. The model proposed in this research incorporates corporate goals for IT and strategic alignment as key measurements of IT impacts. We found that corporate goals for IT can be classified into one of four categories: unfocused, operations focus, market focus, and dual focus(operations and market focus), using survey data collected from 137 corporate executives in Korea. The empirical analysis confirms that corporate goals for IT are useful indicators of impacts from IT in that executives in firms with more focused goals for IT perceive higher payoffs from IT in the value chain. We also found that strategic alignment contributes to higher perceived levels of IT payoffs.

The purpose of the present study is to analyze how and to what degree multinational companies organize and operate their supply chains in accordance with the strategic resource of knowledge in their multinational management, and what kind of influence knowledge oriented global supply chain management has on the management performance of multinational corporations. For this purpose, the current research proposed a measurement model to provide specific shape to the concept of knowledge oriented global supply chain management by adopting the knowledge creation process proposed by Nonaka (1994), and conducted an empirical analysis of what kind of impact the knowledge management system and the knowledge creation process of companies have on the performance of their global supply chain management. The result of the empirical analysis of 113 multinational companies verified the validity and reliability of the measurement model proposed in this study. In addition, the comparative study of the sampled companies by grouping them according to the level of knowledge orientation in global supply chain management indicated that the enterprises that effectively manage the knowledge created within the global supply chain presented overall superiority on the performance of global supply chain management.

This study investigates and analyzed to whole public offering listed company whether enterprise's integration information system exercises some influence on business users. Many medium and small enterprise introduce and operate new integrated system, but there was difficulty in Productivity Analysis that is real by unstableness of system, preservation and insufficiency of management control etc. Therefore, in this study, designed study model and research hypothesis laying stress on information strategy, system quality, information quality of information support agents to measure integration information system to relative stable enterprise. This study may become data that is useful in stable system introduction in various field of industry hereafter medium and small enterprises. This study Was construed by thing which degree that give influence of positive in user satisfaction as findings information system quality, quality of service, information support agents is good in study analysis is very high. The other side, information strategy was expose for factor that do not exert big influence on user's satisfaction, and got sequence that is affected in some degree if user satisfaction is high in details article.

Currently, many organizations introduce ERP system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integration and managing enterprise resources. Already many organizations have introduce ERP system and the number of introduced ERP system is increasing steadily. Unfortunately, even though organizations have invested much money, previous studies showed the ERP systems had not always turned in good result. It is easy to find studies that suggest successful implementing strategies for ERP systems. Even if the importance of ERP change management has been emphasized, studies for change management are seldom. This study reviewed the previous literature on strategic use of change management in enterprise. In order to establish a successful implementation of ERP, this paper suggests proper solutions to conduct change management according to implementation phase with activity and output, especially analyzing successful organizations in implementing ERP system through consistent change management.

This study empirically verified whether or not employee education and information technology have impact on the enhancement of financial performance to Korean construction companies. As a result, the increasing of education & IT expenses turned out to be affected the improvement of sales performance. The influences of these increased expenses are effective at the only year just after expenditure. The positive effect of education & IT expenses increasing have an effect on operating profitability as well such as increasing of operating income. Additionally, the effect of education expenses are more positive in general construction & building construction than other subdivision of construction industry. The positive effect of IT expenses increasing in specialty construction industry overwhelm the other subdivisions. The results suggest that increased investment to the education & IT systems of Korean construction companies can lead improvement of sales and operating income.

This report has continuously improved in Information Security Level of Information Communication Service Companies which are applicable to Information Security Safety Inspection System. Also, it presents a decided methodology after verified propriety and considered the pre-research or expropriation by being developed the way of Information Security Safety Result Measurement. Management territory weighted value was established and it was given according to the point of view and the strategy target and the and outcome index to consider overall to a measurement item. Accordingly, an outome to the Information Security Check Service is analyzed by this paper and measurement model and oucome analysis methodology are shown with this, and gives help to analyze an outcome. Also it make sure the the substantial information security check service will be accomplished, prevent a maintenance accident beforehand and improve an enterprise outcome independently by institutional system performance securement and enterprise.g corporate performance.

본 연구는 A카드 회사에서 현재 실시하고 텔레마케팅 시스템에 데이터마이닝 기법 가운데 하나인 CHAID, CART 알고리즘 및 신경망 기법을 적용하여 모텔을 개발하고 개발된 모델들의 성과를 분석한다. 이를 통하여 어떻게 기업이 데이터베이스와 데이터마이닝 기법을 마케팅에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는가에 대한 방안을 제시하고 여러 모델들의 성과를 비교 분석하는 방안을 함께 제시한다.

This paper investigates the relation between operating performance and initial underpricing of companies that go public. A significant decline in operating performance subsequent to the initial public offering(IPO) is found. Additionally there is a significant positive relation between post-IPO operating performance and the level of initial underpricing.
