Change Management Strategies For ERP System Based on Domestic Corporation Case Analysis

국내 기업 사례분석을 통한 ERP 시스템 변화관리 전략

Currently, many organizations introduce ERP system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integration and managing enterprise resources. Already many organizations have introduce ERP system and the number of introduced ERP system is increasing steadily. Unfortunately, even though organizations have invested much money, previous studies showed the ERP systems had not always turned in good result. It is easy to find studies that suggest successful implementing strategies for ERP systems. Even if the importance of ERP change management has been emphasized, studies for change management are seldom. This study reviewed the previous literature on strategic use of change management in enterprise. In order to establish a successful implementation of ERP, this paper suggests proper solutions to conduct change management according to implementation phase with activity and output, especially analyzing successful organizations in implementing ERP system through consistent change management.

최근 많은 기업들이 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 회사의 전체업무를 통합시키고 실시간으로 모든 업무를 동시에 처리함에 따라 경영환경과 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 대처하고 있다. 이미 많은 기업에서는 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 활용하고 있다. 기업들로부터 ERP 시스템 도입은 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 많은 투자에도 불구하고 ERP 시스템의 도입이 기업의 경영성과에 항상 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 조사되지는 않았다. 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 방안에 대해서는 많은 연구를 찾아 볼 수 있다. 그러나 변화관리에 대해서는 그 중요성은 많이 강조되어 왔지만 연구 결과는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 변화관리에 관련된 논문들을 참고하여 ERP 시스템의 변화관리를 위한 방안으로 지속적인 변화관리를 통하여 ERP 시스템을 성공적으로 구축한 기업을 심도 있게 분석함으로써 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위해서 구축 단계별 변화관리 주요 활동 사항과 산출물을 중심으로 효과적인 변화관리를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
