The purpose of this study is to suggest new methodologies for documenting locality in digital environment, reformulation the Cox's documentation model focused on cooperative acquisition of documentary heritage institutions. This study defines the concepts of locality, space and place, relation of collective memory to archives, and analyzes the four approaches of documentation comparatively. Based on these analyses, it suggests the categories of documenting locality, and the directions of archive portal design for collective memory of locality.

유비쿼터스 환경이 도래하면서 언제, 어느 곳에서든 네트?을 사용하여 정당한 사용자임을 확인하고자 하는 요구가 증대하고 있다. 기존의 사용자 인증 방식은 인증기관으로부터 받은 인증서와 비밀키를 하드웨어 장치나 스마트카드 등의 보조 기억장치에 저장하여 휴대하고 다녀야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 또한 사용자의 비밀키를 키위탁 센터에 위탁하여 필요할 때 사용할 수 있도록 하고 있으나 여러 가지 위협으로부터 안전할 수 없는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 휴대의 불편함과 여러 가지 위협으로부터 보호하고, 사용자가 언제 어디서든 인증을 제공받을 수 있는 동적 키생성 및 키복구 모듈을 제안한다.

정보기술혁명에 의해 대량의 정보와 지식이 다양한 매체에 기록되어 있는 지금, 기록의 중요성을 인식하고 효과적으로 관리하여 새로운 정보와 지식을 창조하고, 인류 기억의 보고의 풍부한 전승을 꾀하여, 이것에 의해 사회의 진보와 발전에 공헌할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 그 때문에 디지털 시대에 기록관리의 역할이 광범위하게 논의되어야 하며, 다면적으로 검토, 연구되어야 한다. 그러나 종이 필름 전자매체에 관계없이, 기록관리시스템을 도입하고 장기에 걸쳐 유지관리하지 않으면 아니 되었다. 지금까지는 민간기업이나 각 관청에서 일시적으로 기록관리 시스템을 도입하여 활용하였으나, 대부분 일시적으로 활용하였을뿐 지속적인 유지관리를 시행하여 온 기관이 적은 실정이다. 앞으로는 지속적이고 체계적인 기록관리시스템의 구축과 유지가 더욱 더 필요한 것이다. 또한 기록관리에 대한 제반 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 일본 한국 중국 등 극동아시아지역에 있어서의 기록관리학회가 긴밀한 협력관계에 구축하고, 기록관리의 보급과 사회적 지위의 향상을 목표로 노력해야 할 것이다.

휴대용 저장장치의 발달로 인하여 많은 보안상의 문제점들이 나타나고 있으며, 특히 공공기관 혹은 기업체 내에서 USB메모리 등 보조기억매체를 활용한 정보유출이 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 전송이 허가된 문서에 인증패킷의 삽입 후 실시간 패킷분석을 이용하여 휴대용 저장장치로 전송하는 문서의 이동경로 확인 및 허가되지 않은 문서들에 대한 제어가 가능하도록 시스템을 제안하게 되었다.

The object of study is to verify the accuracy of internet survey by comparing database data and internet survey. Internet survey was conducted on August, 2012. Respondents were subscribers of KISTI NDSL. Variables were age, organization as demographic variables, number of use, and period of use as attitude variables. Mismatch rates of age, organization, number of use, and period, are 7.5%, 5%, 92%, and 55% respectively. We could estimate the mismatch rate for age as 3% as a pessimistic point of view, and 1% as an optimistic point of view by detail verification. The mismatch rates of organization are 4.5% as a pessimistic point of view, and 2% as an optimistic point of view. The mismatch rates for the frequency of use, the period of use are very high, because measurement error, problems in memory, and internet attitude, etc. Implication of this study is that data of internet survey could be reliable. Many further researches are needed for verification of internet survey.

Performing arts is an intangible arts that disappears immediately at the moment it is presented and remains only in the memory of the performer's body and audience. The same repetition, restoration and reproduction of the disappeared performance is impossible, but artists of all times and places have tried various recording methodology to leave their performances in the tangible form. The performing arts archive is where performing arts are recorded, preserved, and utilized. In the fourth industrial Revolution era, library institutions in developed countries are turning into institutions that support creative activity by not only artists but also the general public. Korea's performing arts archives should also shift from the role of an old archive to a platform to create new cultural contents. This paper summarizes the changes in the Korean performing arts archive and presents the creative application of the performing arts archive in response to the fourth industrial revolution.

The National September 11 Memorial is the institution that collects, assesses, arranges, uses, exhibits, and preserves collections related to the terror attack on September 11, 2001 (9/11), and the explosion incident at the World Trade Center (WTC) on February 26, 1996. After the 9/11 incident, various groups, including the LMDC and the PANYNJ, have participated in the establishment of this organization. Since its initial establishment, the necessity for memorial institutions and detailed characteristics had been discussed in meetings to gather citizens' opinions. Furthermore, the enactment of the 9/11 Memorial Act has secured the institution's stable operation and management. To properly manage disaster-related collections, a just agreement among the citizens and the government should be made to arrive at rational decision-making. This instution can provide answers regarding those ways. Moreover, managing disaster-related collections should be discussed as an important means of remembering, preserving memories, educating, revealing the truth, and preparing academic information and sources. As a result, collaborative governance in records management after a disaster is expected.

Disaster of Sewol took place in one year. Meanwhile, the victim's family and the call time record academics have tried to record it. Erected in the National September 11 Memorial Museum to honor the Sept. 11 attacks and provide a variety of programs to chaerok dictation of the people involved with 9/11. To remember the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing 'Our Marathon' of crowdsourcing digital archive was built. In the archives of the local universities and institutions were created to collaborate actively and gathering oral history. Pan Am Flight 103 pieces terror has established an archive from Syracuse University. Here, neither graduates, faculty, and to the victim's family and friends gather and oral hitory. Disaster-related Sewol neither should be able to be used as in the case of foreign well, and it should continue to honor the victims of the collection. It also ought to occasion again to avoid this disaster on earth.

This study is concerned on Why The Certified Security certification is needed and How to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. Theses days are required The Certified Certificate in all the industry. And in this point of view, the certified certificate is a kind of confirmation by an authority to the person who has how much special knowledge and practice in a certain field. Moreover, in the functionalism society the certified certificate system would be very positive effect to the related industry and society as official measurement by an authority. The security is freedom from fear and anxiety. Which means the security can not be operated in isolation from citizen's safe-living expectation, and which is also dealing with valuable human being's life. For getting the better purpose the security industry employees should have more organized special training and education. As my understanding the certified certificate exam system is the confirmation by an authority, the certified certificate is only neutral evidence to get the confidence and credit from the clients. In this point of view the core point is How to control The Certified Certificate by a credied authority.

A highly sophisticated expertise and systematic and integrated management of security operation are essential for a crowded stadium. a special object of security guarding. Nonetheless, the recent incident in a singing concert hall reveals the overall problem like the lacking safety management system. lacking deployment of professional security personnel, absence of safety manuals and safety measures, as well as the lack of professionalism of private sector security companies. In this study, we presented three categories that needed improvement, like the legal and institutional improvement, improvement of policy and improvement of operation which are required to set up the model to operate the optimal private sector security duties. For the revision of law and institution for a better and more desirable method, we discussed the revision of related laws and regulations pursuant to the security operation at places where events are held, including the revision of law on security guarding work, regulation on common housing management, uniformity of security guarding, and law on performance. For the improvement of policies, we discussed the introduction of security consultants, strengthening the security instructor system, expansion of relevant organizations, establishment of mutual cooperation, privatization of profitable events, improvement of awareness about the security activities provided by private sector, policy for the professionalism of private security operation, expansion of security exhibition and seminar. For the improvement of operation. we discussed professional security techniques. such as the technique of security consulting, the application of CPTED technique, the technique for the integration of system, the method of operation, the establishment of a system to support public security operations and volunteers, establishment of a manual for security guarding performance, modernization and high tech-oriented equipment, organization of security guarding entity in which the industry, academic society and government participates together.
