거래를 포함한 커뮤니케이션이 효율적으로 발전함에 따라 보다 다양한 채널의 커뮤니케이션이 가능해졌으나, 신뢰 메커니즘이 아직 형성되지 못하여 불확실성과 위험 요소를 야기시킬 수 있기 때문에 정보 사회에서의 신뢰성에 대한 문제는 점점 중요한 의미를 갖게 되었다. 정보사회에서 신뢰를 형성하는 방법은 매우 다양하다. 기존에는 이용자의 경험 및 타인으로부터의 정보입수, 공급자의 신용 및 명성, 정부의 법·제도 등을 토대로 신뢰형성이 이루어져 왔으나, 정보사회에서는 전자서명이라는 새로운 기술과 이러한 기술을 사회적으로 이용가능하게 하는 인증 관리 체계의 도입을 토대로 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 전자서명과 인증제도의 국내·외적인 동향에 대해 분석하고자 한다.

최근 통신 사업자(WISP)들은 공항, 아파트 등 핫스팟 지역에서 무선랜을 공중 액세스망으로 이용한 초고속 무선인터넷 서비스 네트워크를 구축하고 있다. 이러한 가운데 무선랜에서의 보안 결함이 밝혀지고, 무선랜 환경에서의 개인 프라이버시 침해 문제가 사회적인 현안으로 등장하였다. 본 고에서는 무선랜 기반 공중 액세스망의 보안성 강화를 위하여 국제 표준화기구에서 논의하고 있는 가입자 인증 및 키관리 기술의 동향과 향후 전망에 대해서 분석해 보고자 한다.

전력은 공공재화로서 광역정전이나 전역정전이 발생하면 전력공급에 매우 심각한 문제가 발생하므로 이에 대한 합리적인 분석과 효과적인 대책 수립이 필요하다. 송전계통의 주 구성요소인 선로, 철탑, 변압기, 개폐장치들은 장기 사용에 따른 노후화와 같은 문제와 절연의 특성상 초고압전기 절연의 근원적 난점 등으로 다수의 절연파괴 고장이 불시에 발생하게 되어 전력공급의 신뢰성을 떨어뜨리게 된다. 이와 같이 전력기기들은 사전에 진단을 하여 기기의 상태를 알아내는 것이 필요하다. 주요 기기에 대한 진단은 데이터베이스의 구축과 이로부터 고장을 예측하고 신뢰성을 평가하는 것으로 이루어진다. 이를 위해 보다 정교하고 정확한 고장 예측 기술, 진단기술, 신뢰성 평가기술을 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 송전기기의 유지보수를 위한 기기 상태 추정 모델을 제시하고, 송전유지보수 전략 수립을 위한 방법을 제시한다.

스테이블 디퓨전(Stable diffusion)과 같은 텍스트 프롬프트 입력 기반 이미지 생성 AI 기술의 발전으로 원하는 형태의 고품질 이미지를 누구나 손쉽게 생성가능할 것으로 기대하였으나 대부분의 경우 원하는 이미지를 얻기 위해서는 텍스트 프롬프트를 정교하게 조정해가며 많은 실패를 겪어야만 한다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 클립 인터로게이터(CLIP Interrogator)와 같은 유사 이미지를 재생성하기 위한 텍스트 프롬프트 추정 기술이 개발되었으며 몇몇 이미지에 대해 뛰어난 결과를 보였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 텍스트 프롬프트 추정 기술의 활용이 한국화를 재생성할 수 있는지 실험을 통해 가능성을 확인하고 향후 한국화 재생성을 위한 연구 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, when evaluating the technology values in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medicine, we have needed more to estimate those values in consideration of the period and cost for the commercialization to be put into in future. The existing discounted cash flow (DCF) method has limitations in that it can not consider consecutive investment or does not reflect the probabilistic property of commercialized input cost of technology-applied products. However, since the value of technology and investment should be considered as opportunity value and the information of decision-making for resource allocation should be taken into account, it is regarded desirable to apply the concept of real options, and in order to reflect the characteristics of business model for the target technology into the concept of volatility in terms of stock price which we usually apply to in evaluation of a firm's value, we need to consider 'the continuity of stock price (relatively minor change)' and 'positive condition'. Thus, as discussed in a lot of literature, it is necessary to investigate the relationship among volatility, underlying asset values, and cost of commercialization in the Black-Scholes model for estimating the technology value based on real options. This study is expected to provide more elaborated real options model, by mathematically deriving whether the ratio of the present value of the underlying asset to the present value of the commercialization cost, which reflects the uncertainty in the option pricing model (OPM), is divided into the "no action taken" (NAT) area under certain threshold conditions or not, and also presenting the estimation logic for option values according to the observation variables (or input values).

SNS, Game, Media Play, DMB, 모바일 결제 등 다양한 기능을 손쉽게 설치하여 이용할 수 있는 스마트 폰의 장점으로 인해 스마트 폰 이용률이 급증하고 있다. 특히 안드로이드 운영체제 기반의 스마트 폰 환경에서는 오픈소스로 인하여 더욱 손쉽게 어플리케이션을 개발 및 배포가 가능하여 수많은 사용자들이 다양한 어플리케이션을 이용하고 있다. 하지만 이런 장점의 이면에는 악의적인 어플리케이션의 개발 및 배포, 또한 용이하여 보안사고의 위험성도 존재한다. 앞으로도 스마트 폰의 취약점을 이용한 개인정보 유출 및 위 변조 공격들이 더욱 정교해지고 다양화될 것으로 예상되어 이를 대응할 수 있는 보안기술의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 특히 민감한 정보를 다루는 금융 어플리케이션을 실행하는 데에는 높은 보안을 제공하는 기술 도입이 더욱더 필요하다. 기존에 제안된 방식들은 소프트웨어로 구현되어 있어 악의적인 공격에 대응하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 높은 보안성으로 주목받는 기술로, 하드웨어 기반의 보안 기술이 있지만 아직 하드웨어적인 자원의 부족 등으로 활성화에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 자원 제약이 있는 하드웨어 보안 기술을 효과적으로 활용하여 보다 안전하게 금융 어플리케이션을 실행 및 관리를 할 수 있는 보안 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

RFID 기술은 유비쿼터스 사회로 가는 첫걸음으로 인식되면서 많은 연구와 활용방안이 논의되고 있다. 항만 물류의 화물 컨테이너 보호 분야도 그 좋은 예이다. 즉, 화물 컨테이너를 안전하게 잠그고 열며, 화물 정보를 보호하기 위한 전기적 잠금 장치로써 RFID 기술이 활용될 수 있다. 본 고에서는 화물 컨테이너 운송의 안전성을 지원하기 위한 국제 표준화 현황을 살펴보고, 실제 상용화에 박차를 가하고 있는 대표적인 RFID 장치인 전자봉인(eSeal)과 컨테이너 보안장치(CSD)의 기술적 특징에 관하여 논한다. 본 고에서의 주요 관심은 전자 장치로서의 화물 컨테이너 보호용 RFID 태그와 리더 기술이며, 특히 화물 컨테이너의 중요 데이터를 보호하여 컨테이너 운송 시스템의 효율성과 보안성을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 데이터 보호 요구사항을 정리하며 결론을 맺는다.

The purpose of this study was to develop an integrated program to improve the creative and emotional ability of lower grade students. This program aimed to cultivate creative thinking and creative personality for problem solving, and to learn how to interact positively with others by developing emotional expression and control. Creative thinking ability includes fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, imagination, and sensitivity. Creative personality includes curiosity, sensitivity, adventure, humor, independence, task commitment, and problem solving leadership. We selected 6 creative thinking skills such as mind-map and brainstorming. Emotional factors consist of self /other understanding, control of emotional effect, self-expression emotionally, and respect for others for cooperation. The integrated program consisted of 12 themes, and the class time was set to 40 minutes, which is the same as the elementary curriculum. The program was conducted by a teacher with 10 years' experience.

This paper presents a logical structure analysis method which transforms Web documents into XML ones. The proposed method consists of three phases: visual grouping, element identification, and logical grouping. To produce a logical structure more accurately, the proposed method defines a document model that is able to describe logical structure information of topic-specific document class. Since the proposed method is based on a visual structure from the visual grouping phase as well as a document model that describes logical structure information of a document type, it supports sophisticated structure analysis. Experimental results with HTML documents from the Web show that the method has performed logical structure analysis successfully compared with previous works. Particularly, the method generates XML documents as the result of structure analysis, so that it enhances the reusability of documents.

This study analyzed the diffusion process of digital convergence products focused on camera phon to compare the traditional adoption-diffusion model with use-diffusion model proposed by Shih and Venkatesh(2004). The results suggested that observability, perceived usefulness, innovativeness, relative advantage have effects on the intention of repurchase in the adoption-diffusion model. On the other hand, the intention of repurchase has been affected by technological sophistication, satisfaction, innovativeness, relative advantage in the use-diffusion model. These results imply that the traditional adoption-diffusion model could be applied to the cases of the digital convergence products. In addition, the results also show that the use-diffusion model is superior to the traditional model in analyzing the diffusion of digital convergence products.
