  • 본 연구에서는 조직 구성원의 협업을 위하여 도입되는 그룹지원시스템(group support system; GSS)를 대상으로 GSS의 사용에 미치는 영향과 GSS의 사용으로 인한 개인의 성과의 관계에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 개인의 기술수용 요인에 대한 연구에서 보편적으로 널리 사용되어 온 기술수용모델(technology acceptance model; TAM)과 사용자의 과업과의 연관성을 고려한 과학기술적합(task-technology fit; TTF) 개념, 그리고 적응구조화이론(adaptive structuration theory; AST)을 통합하여 그룹 구성원들이 GSS의 도입의도에 맞게 사용하는 것이 개인과 조직의 성과를 향상시키는지 검증하였다. 연구결과, 높은 TTF는 사용자들이 GSS에 대하여 지각하는 유용성과 용이성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 검증하였다. 또한, TTF가 사용자들의 적절한 사용을 이끌고 있음을 검증하여 TTF 중심의 연구와 AST의 적절한 사용(faithfulness on appropriation; FOA)을 중심으로 하는 두 연구에 대한 통합 모델을 제시하였다.

A Study on the Acceptability for Mobile Payment Platforms by China's Early Elder People (중국 초로(初老) 집단의 모바일 결제 플랫폼에 대한 수용성 연구)

  • According to statistics, the number of mobile payment users in China shows an increasing trend year by year. However, less than half of people over 60 years old use mobile payment. The purpose of this study is to explore the reasons for the low usage rate of mobile payment platforms among the elderly in China. Through literature research, questionnaires and interviews, the author found that the main obstacle for the elderly in China to use mobile payment platforms is acceptance barrier. Then, the user experience research method and technology acceptance model (TAM) were combined to construct a new research model and five hypotheses affecting acceptance behavior in the model were summarized. Finally, the Analysis of Covariance(ANCOVA) was used to test the hypotheses and found that satisfaction (SA), perceived usefulness (PU) and job relevance (JR) had significant coefficients of 0.001, 0.000 and 0.004 respectively, all of which were less than 0.05 and therefore had a significant effect on acceptability. The other two elements, perceived ease of use (PE) and self-efficacy (SE), did not have a significant effect on acceptability. Ultimately, a new user experience acceptability model was constructed to provide theoretical support for mobile payment platform developers and designers to develop products from the acceptability perspective, so as to develop more mobile payment methods suitable for elderly users and improve the acceptance of mobile payment by the elderly.

  • 정보기술과 지식 사회의 발달로 인해 기업의 다양한 업무 프로세스를 대행해주는 비즈니스 프로세스 아웃소싱(Business Process Outsorucing: BPO)이 대표적 아웃소싱 형태로 자리잡아가고 있다. BPO의 수용에 대한 의사결정은 전략적 관점에서 매우 신중하게 이루어져야 함에도 불구하고, 국내 기업을 대상으로 한 BPO의 채택과 확산에 관한 실증적 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 기업의 BPO 수용 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 추출하고, 이러한 요인들이 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증한다. 이를 위해 BPO 수용 관련 위험요인과 혜택요인을 추출하고, 이들 요인이 신뢰를 매개하여 수용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 탐색해 향후 BPO연구를 위한 명제와 모델을 제시한다. 실무적으로는 BPO 수용요인에 관한 검토를 통하여 향후 BPO 추진 기업을 위한 성공적 추진 전략을 제시한다.

A Study on the Reuse Intention of Virtual Reality(VR) Content Using Technology Acceptance Model (기술수용모델을 이용한 가상현실(Virtual Reality : VR) 콘텐츠 재이용 의도에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed factors affecting the perceived fun of VR contents' reuse intention through use of the technology acceptance mode. The factors associated with perceived fun were identified by setting the content quality, VR characteristics, emotional character and flow. The results demonstrate that perceived fun exercises a positive effect on VR characteristics, emotional character and flow, but that high content quality does not have an affect on perceived fun. Also perceived fun, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are all influenced by the intention to reintegrate.

  • This study is to derive the factors that influence the acceptance of LTE smart phones. Using an extended technology acceptance model to look at the factors affecting the acceptance LTE smart phone. Variables and the LTE features on the personal characteristics variables were chosen based on the study. This study was done through a survey. Surveyed LTE smart phone's primary audience, taking into account the age of 20 were analyzed mainly. LTE smart phone's acceptance factors affecting individual innovation, speed, price factors. When formulating marketing strategies in the future, based on the results of this study, elements that can stimulate innovation and speed, not just an individual's stability, if we estimate that we can derive a more meaningful and effective marketing results.

  • We conducted the analysis using the data of the '2019 Korean Middle and Elderly Technology Acceptance Survey' to verify the comprehensive senior technology acceptance model. In this study, we examined the significant effect the relationship between behavioral intention to use the diital health devices and perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, gerontechnology self-efficacy, gerontechnology anxiety, facilitating conditions, attitude to life and satisfaction through the structural equation. The results of the research model are as follows. First, the usefulness and ease of use had significant effects on intention to use. Second, the self-efficacy had significant effects on the intention to use. But they had negative effect. Third, perceived usefulness, self-efficacy and anxiety had significant effects on ease of use. Lastly, self-efficacy, facilitating conditions, attitude to life and satisfaction had significant effects on perceived usefulness. These findings highlight that verified the comprehensive senior technology acceptance model in Korea.

A Study on Effects of Service Quality and Technology Acceptance Model in China - The Moderate Effect on Reliability -

  • This paper shows the result of a survey about the users using Didi Chuxing in China to analyze the effect of the service quality and technology acceptance model (TAM) on customer satisfaction. There are 314 valid responsiveness out of the 414 for 9 days, which had been analyzed with SPSS and AMOS. In the analysis result, the academic implications are as follows. First, it was analyzed that the quality of service had a positive(+) effect on the technology acceptance model. Second, it was analyzed that the technology acceptance model had a positive effect on the attitude and customer satisfaction. Third, in the analysis result of the moderate effect, attitude and customer satisfaction vary partially according to whether types of reliability. The practical implications are as follows: First, it is necessary to provide service quality factors to customers. Second, It is necessary to suggest ways that customers can gain reliability. These findings also have limitations and research directions. First, the variety of samples is needed. Second, an analysis is required according to the type of vehicle use. Therefore, future research and analysis will need to be subdivided.

A Meta-analysis and Review of External Factors based on the Technology Acceptance Model : Focusing on the Journals Related to Smartphone in Korea (기술수용모델 선행요인에 관한 문헌적 고찰 및 메타분석)

  • A Meta-analysis refers to a statistical literature synthesis method from the quantitative results of many known empirical studies. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of external factors based on the technology acceptance model for Smartphone-related researches. This study surveyed 106 research papers that established causal relationships in the technology acceptance model published in Korean academic journals during 2008 and 2013. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the playfulness has the highest effect size in the path from external factors to the perceived usefulness, with the effect size(0.536). Also the self efficacy showed the highest effect size(0.626) in the path from external factors to the perceived ease of use. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.

A Study on Factors Affecting the Intention to Use the Metaverse by Applying the Extended Technology Acceptance Model(ETAM) : Focused on the Virtual World Metaverse (확장된 기술수용모델(ETAM)을 적용한 메타버스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인연구: 가상세계 메타버스를 중심으로)

  • This study empirically analyzed factors affecting consumers' intention to use metaverse by applying the extended technology acceptance model. In other words, the factors affecting the intention to use the metaverse were set as content quality, perceived enjoyment, social influence, self-efficacy, and investigated from the perspective of the expanded technology acceptance model. For this end, a survey was conducted on 296 university students in Seoul, and the collected data from 267 students were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result, it was found that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which are the antecedent variables of the extended technology acceptance model, affect the intention to use the metaverse, and perceived ease of use has an effect on perceived usefulness. Content quality and perceived enjoyment had an effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention to use metaverse. Social influence was found to affect perceived usefulness and intention to use metaverse. Also, self-efficacy was found to affect perceived ease of use and intention to use metaverse.

  • This study presents two dimensional views of IT-use behaviors. It examines public employee's IT-use behavior as manifested in two ways: acceptance on IT, utilization on IT. This study investigates levels of employee's the acceptance and utilization on IT in the Korean Central Government(ministry and agency) and analyses factors affecting public employee's the acceptance and utilization on task-related IT in the public sector. This study tries to examine the variables affecting the acceptance and utilization on IT; especially, the influences of such variables as leadership, task-related communication with people, task motivation, IT usability and ease of uses, task understanding in the context of Korean Central Government. Based on a questionnaire survey in Korean Central Government(8 ministries, 5 agencies) that have implemented Government Knowledge Management System(GKMS), 311 valid instruments were received and analyzed using various statistics and structural equation model(SEM). And this study will adopt try to delineate pre and intervening conditions for public employee's the acceptance and utilization. According to the results of interviews and SEM analysis suggests that the influence of task-understanding, organizational communication, IS usability were statistically significant in the acceptance and utilization on IT. And it is also hoped that the path-analytic model suggested in this study helps reveal the causal chains between the acceptance and the utilization. Especially, task-understanding proves to be important in encouraging public employee's the acceptance and utilization. This result illustrates why task-understanding people are the key to utilize the task-related IT in public organization.
