Agricultural is recognised as being the leading contributor to groundwater. As a consequence, the consumer have to has bear the high expenses of water supplied to be treated. Importantly, the cost of water supplied is a function of the water quality as well as the scale of drinking water treatments. The relationship between the consumer payment and water quality improvement was affected by the scale of drinking water treatments directly. Hence when we achieve the high quality and low cost in the case of groundwater treatment for drinking, it is needed to consider both water quality and plant scale.

IT 자산관리(ITAM, IT Asset Management)는 조직이 소유한 IT 자산과 관련된 모든 이력 변경 정보, 비용, 계약 및 구매/리스 데이터를 관리하는 것이다. 자산 취득 및 처분에 관한 기술, 재무 및 계약 정보를 취득하고 통합한다. 그리고 유지하는 과정. 비즈니스의 효율성과 효율성을 높이기 위해 IT 인프라의 서비스 및 리소스에 대한 자산 관리의 4가지 요소(4C, 특성: 자산 수명 주기 정보, 구성: H/W와 S/W 정보, 계약: 서비스 및 보증, 종합관리: 보증 정보, 비용 및 재무 정보)는 회사 인프라 자원의 TCO 및 ROI를 개선하고 생산성의 범위를 확장하는 것을 목표로 한다. IT 자산 관리의 필요성은 사업에 필요한 IT 자산 정보 제공, 비용 관리, 구매 결정에 필요한 정보 제공, 소프트웨어 라이선스 및 하드웨어 자원의 재활용 촉진, 장치 노후화로 인한 추가 비용 방지를 위한 것이다. 비용 예측 및 관리, 내부 통제 및 외부 감사 대응, 사업부별 IT 비용 및 활용도 분석을 유지 및 지원한다. 사업부의 IT 자원 사용으로 인한 문제는 업무 효율성을 저하시키고 IT 부서의 업무를 증가시키며 결과적으로 기업의 비용을 증가시키며 이것이, IT 자산 관리의 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 적용 사례를 통해 더 나은 관리 방안을 마련하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

The dynamics of business cycles has been changed by the macroscopic economic forces because of the introduction of new technical know-how each year. These the dynamics of business has a significant influence on the investment of enterprise in the information communication field. Today, the most important goal of the IT investment is simply not to lower the production cost any more, but to improve the usefulness for the customers and partners in order to obtain the optimized mass products. Therefore, the enterprises have been concentrating their all abilities on the automation, integration, and optimization of business process using BPM. In addition, they are concentrating their efforts on the business expansion by approaching the technical aspect using RFID application system. However, in order to accomplish a successful enterprise ability, the technical view, business process view, and organization view must be considered together. We suggested the method considering organization view, via the technical element, i.e., RFID system for approaching the business process. Furthermore, we tried the optimization of assignment using Context Analysis methodology and proposed the method to reduce the element with respect to the time, human, and expense by applying the Case Study method that minimizes the iteration times through the transmitted processing procedure and type. The proposed method gave us the expectation that it will bring out the innovative improvement with respect to the time, expense, quality, and customer's satisfaction in the process from the analysis of business process to the analysis and design of system.

현재 정보(S/W, 컨테츠 등)의 이동은 지리적 한계와 거래비용(Transaction Cost)의 문제를 고려하지 않는다. 이는 정보 중심의 사회로 가는 견인차 역할을 하고 있는 통신 기술의 발전으로 가능하였다. 동시에 통신기술(Internet)의 발달은 S/W의 불법복제 등으로 인한 창작의욕 및 SI 산업 발전에 부정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로도 작용하고 있다. 이에 지속적인 SI 산업 발전을 위한 S/W의 효율적인 보호를 위해서는 기존의 제도적 연구(법률)와 기술적 연구(암호, 은닉기술, 등)를 종합적으로 고찰하여야 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 기존의 국내외 SI 관련 저작권과 S/W 보호를 위한 기술 그리고 법률적 해결방안을 종합적으로 함께 고찰하여 보다 효과적인 S/W 보안을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

입체영상콘텐츠 촬영기술은 촬영현장에서 리그라는 특수장비를 이용해 입체영상기술을 관할하는 스태프인 스테레오그래퍼, 영상콘텐츠의 전반적인 촬영기술을 주관하는 촬영감독의 협업을 통해 진행된다. 그러나 현재 한국의 입체영상콘텐츠 제작은 태동기에 있고 워크플로우는 아직 정착되지 않은 상태다. 본 연구는 입체영상콘텐츠 제작 사례를 기초로 입체영상 습득과 관련된 스태프의 직능을 구체적으로 분석함과 동시에, 높은 품질의 입체영상콘텐츠를 습득하고, 시간과 비용 면에서 효율적인 워크플로우를 디자인하였다.

본 연구는 한정된 비용으로 효율적/효과적인 기업성과를 도출하기 위해서는 R&D와 마케팅 부문의 연계가 필요하다는 기본관점에서 시작하였다. 연구 결과 R&D와 마케팅 연계 정도와 기술개발성공건수와는 무의미한 관계로 나타났으며 기술상용화건수와 매출액과는 유의한 (+)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, R&D와 마케팅 연계는 기술개발 자체와는 관계가 없으며 개발된 기술의 경제적 성공에는 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다양한 정보기술과의 융합을 통해 구현되는 가상현실 기술은 사용자의 체험 영역을 확대하고, 물리적 에너지 및 각종 비용 절감 등의 효과로 인해, 기존의 게임, 군사 훈련 등과 같은 제한된 시뮬레이션 분야를 넘어, 제조업, 서비스 산업, 예술분야, 국방 및 의료 등 다양한 분야로 확장될 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 특히, 대표적인 IT 글로벌 기업들이 최근 가상현실을 차세대 성장 동력으로 정하고 준비를 하고 있기에, 이전과 달리 대중화 가능성이 높은 편이다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 가상현실을 위한 기기들의 기술동향과 활용 가능성 및 관련 정책 방향에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

해상환경에 설치된 광파표지는 정기적으로 광학특성 검사를 수행하지만, 사람이 접근하기 힘든 지역에 위치한 표지는 측정선을 활용하여 측정한다. 이러한 측정방법은 비용문제, 안전문제, 측정오차 등의 문제가 있어 새로운 측정방법이 필요한 상황이다. 또한, 항만배후광의 영향으로 인한 항로표지 시인성 저하 문제를 분석하기 위해 휘도계 장비를 사용하지만, 환경적 제약으로 정확한 측정과 분석이 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문은 항로표지와 항만배후광의 광휘도 분석을 위한 측정방법과 알고리즘 설계에 관한 내용이다.

In this study, after applying the finite failure NHPP Rayleigh distribution model and NHPP Inverse Rayleigh distribution model which are widely used in the field of software reliability to the software development cost model, the attributes of development cost and optimal release time were compared and analyzed. To analyze the attributes of software development cost, software failure time data was used, parametric estimation was applied to the maximum likelihood estimation method, and nonlinear equations were calculated using the bisection method. As a result, it was confirmed that Rayleigh model is relatively superior to Inverse Rayleigh model because software development cost is relatively low and software release time is also fast. Through this study, the development cost attributes of the Rayleigh model and the Inverse Rayleigh model without the existing research examples were newly analyzed. In addition, we expect that software developers will be able to use this study as a basic guideline for exploring software reliability improvement method and development cost attributes.

This paper focused on finding a cost-effective LTE mobile network design methodology, suitable for socio-economic circumstances of developing countries. Developing countries have different requirements and circumstances compared with those of developed countries that had deployed LTE networks in advance, thus a differentiated way of design and deployment methods are necessary. This paper analyzed LTE design-related attributes of developing countries, identified relevant technological requirements and appropriate technologies, and suggested design methodologies. These suggestions were verified through the case studies of several developing countries that a Korean telecommunication company (Korean telecom company A) had participated in the LTE design and deployment for future reference by other developing countries.
