This study is related with globalization development plans of the convergence systems and policies for domestic fire industry. The current issues are analysed from the condition of the policy enforcement of fire industry promotion and analysis results of the fire industry's environment. Consequently, advanced plans of promotion law and overseas expansion plans for fire industry is proposed, Especially, overseas expansion plans include technology policy strategies and activate plans of overseas expansion support for fire industry. Plans of overseas expansion support for fire industry are discussed in terms of three detailed plans including with diversification of foreign exhibitions support of fire industry, dispatch expansion of overseas market pioneer and expansion of the asian emerging markets. Especially, plans of expansion of the asian emerging markets will lead the strategic performances including with establishment of superiority in domestic fire system, provision of infrastructure abroad in domestic fire industry and of Induction of establishment in domestic fire inspection systems.

Recently, various studies related to ICT convergence have been made. Recently, various studies related to ICT convergence have been made. In the academic field, the demand for ICT convergence is on the rise. For example, Digital Humanities and Area Informatics are representative. Area Studies means to study the culture of a specific area in an integrated way. In this regard, researchers who specialize in researching overseas area generally use websites to obtain information related to the area. The Multilingual Mediterranean Web Service System(MMWS), which is operated by the Institute for Mediterranean Studies of Busan University of Foreign Studies is a web site that provides professional and general information to researchers or ordinary people studying in the Mediterranean area among overseas area. In this paper, we analyzeoverseas web sites the MMWS and discuss how to activate web sites based on the analysis results. In details, it analyze MMWS through log analysis and use Google Analytics, a log analysis system provided by Google for analysis. Also study how to use ICT convergence contents as a website activation method.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of oocyte maturation period, phytohemagglutinin-P (PHA-P) treatment and activation agent on the enucleation, fusion, activation or in vitro development of bovine nuclear transfer embryos. Bovine oocytes were enucleated at 16∼24 h of in vitro maturation (IVM). Adult ear skin cells treated or non-treated with PHA-P were transferred into enucleated oocytes. Reconstituted oocytes treated or non-treated with PHA-P were fused by a pulse of 1.5 kV/cm for 30 $\mu$sec. Fused oocytes were activated with a combination of calcium ionophore (A23187) and cycloheximide (CHXM) or dimethylaminopurine (DMAP), and cultured in vitro for 7∼9 days. Enucleation rate was significantly increased when oocytes were matured for 16∼18 h (70.2∼92.3%, P<0.05) compared to that of oocytes were matured for 20∼24 h (44.3∼53.4%). The location of metaphase-II plate was far off from the 1st polar body as maturation time was increased. PHA-P treatment of donor cells or reconstituted oocytes significantly improved fusion rate (P<0.05). Cleavage and blastocyst formation rates were significantly increased after activation with a combination of A23187 and DMAP (78.6% and 32.9%, respectively) compared to those of embryos activated with a combination of A23l87 and CHXM (48.5 and 15.2%, respectively). From the present result, it is suggested that high enucleation efficiency can obtained by using oocytes matured for 18 h. It also shows that PHA-P treatment can improve the fusion rate, and activation with a combination of A23187 and DMAP can enhance the embryo development.

본 연구의 목적은 전력의 효율적인 사용과 전력-IT융합 산업의 활성화를 위하여 국내 전력-IT융합 산업을 분석하고 발전방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 Van de Ven의 Social System Framework를 기반으로 하여 전력-IT융합 산업을 제도적 장치, 시장소비, 자원 확충 및 기업 활동 부문으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 또한 분석 결과의 검증 및 시사점 도출을 위하여 전력에너지 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 IT기업의 에너지 산업 진출과 전력-IT융합 시장에 대한 정책적 지원이 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 반면 대기업 위주의 시장 경쟁과 인력양성에 대한 지원 부족이 문제점으로 지적되었다. 본 연구는 Social System Framework의 분석 결과 평가에 있어 IT산업에 종사하고 있는 전문가의 의견을 반영하지 못한 한계점이 있으나, 전력-IT융합 산업을 학술적 프레임워크에 근거하여 분석하고 산업 전문가의 의견을 반영하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

해양수산부와 산업통산자원부가 공동으로 추진하고 있는 자율운항선박 기술개발 프로젝트의 핵심기술은 지능항해시스템, 기관자동화시스템, 성능실증센터 및 실증기술, 운용기술 및 표준화로 나누어지며, 대한민국은 2025년까지 자율운항수준을 대양에서는 IMO Level 3, 연안에서는 IMO Level 2까지 달성하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 한편, 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸인 대한민국은 세계물류 이동의 거점임과 동시에 어선 등록 척수가 매년 6만 5년여 척이 넘는 어업이 활성화된 나라이며, 주요 어업 해역인 남해안은 대표적 무역항인 부산항, 광양항 등으로 통하는 항로와 중첩되기 때문에 자율운항선박의 원활한 운항을 위해서는 어업이라는 변수가 반드시 고려되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 핵심기술 중 지능항해시스템 기술개발과 관련, 어업이 지능항해에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 어구, 어법, 어선으로 분류하여 고찰하였고, 발생 가능한 변수를 줄이기 위한 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

KREONET is a national research network that supports research and development of advanced scientific application for about 200 KREONET members including national research institute, government office, university and research institution of commercial company with high performance networking service. In order to fulfil user satisfaction, this paper provides a solution for the issues in KREOENT service through investigating problems and analyzing user satisfaction survey during 2014 and 2015. Moreover it offers KREONET promotion strategy with user customization service.

근래의 무선망 및 인터넷의 초고속화에 따라 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스가 활성화되고 있으며, 특히 방송 통신 융합망의 등장으로 인해 압축 부호화 기술만을 개발하던 시기와 달리 멀티미디어의 생성, 전송 및 소비 환경의 다양한 조건들에서 QoS(Quality of Service)를 보장하기 위해 비디오 부호화의 스케일러빌러티를 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 스케일러블 비디오 부호화의 개요에 대해 설명하고, 차세대 압축 표준인 HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding)를 기반으로 시간적, 공간적, 화질적 스케일러빌러티를 제공하는 SHVC(Scalable HEVC)의 표준화와 이를 이용한 기술 개발 동향을 소개한다.

This paper analyzes the independent financial advisory business that is not yet active in Korea and proposes a plan to activate the independent financial advisory business using fintech technology. A bill was enacted in 2017 for the domestic independent financial advisory business, but it has not been activated much until now for various reasons. Although existing studies have proposed solutions in various ways, there is no clear solution yet. This paper proposes a new method of revitalizing the independent financial advisory business through fintech technology using the trust system that has recently attracted attention. Digital securities fintech technology using blockchain distributed ledger technology presents new possibilities in the real estate and music copyright markets, and related fintech venture companies continue to emerge in Korea. By combining these digital securities fintech technologies and the business process of ETF, a method was derived so that independent financial advisors can have their own financial products. The proposed model is more decentralized than the existing financial product sales structure, and presents the possibility of a protocol economy through a structure close to a private blockchain while complying with the existing financial order. This paper is meaningful in that it presented new solutions to completely different markets from information convergence perspectives on two completely different markets, and we hope that more business solutions will emerge through knowledge management activities that converge various perspectives in the future.

In Korea SMB's have concentrated on IT convergecy, but have no power to push the detailed policy on IT convergency. So it's necessary to consider the polocies and plans for it. It is most important to add a conventional ideas to the improvement of technical products or enlarge the markets. To develop the SMB's IT convergency, the first, a plan for consilidating R&D capacity of SMB. The second, To prepare the protection solutions of convergency performance and promote the utilization review. The third, to enlarge the SMB's convergency infra-structures.

본 고에서는 상이한 두 가지 추정방법을 적용하여 IT 융합산업 규모를 추정하고, 추정한 결과를 통하여 추정에 적용한 두 가지 방법에 대한 상호 신뢰 혹은 보완 사항을 파악하고자 한다. 그래서, 산업연관표와 field survey를 통하여 IT 융합산업 규모를 추정한 각각의 내용을 기술하고, 추정한 IT 융합산업의 규모를 바탕으로 향후 10년간을 전망하였다. 또한, 각 추정 방법에 있어서의 제약 등의 확인과 더불어 IT 융합산업의 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 기술한다.
