In addition to the OTT video production service represented by Nexflix and YouTube, a personalized recommendation system for content with artificial intelligence has become common. YouTube's personalized recommendation service system consists of two neural networks, one neural network consisting of a recommendation candidate generation model and the other consisting of a ranking network. Netflix's video recommendation system consists of two data classification systems, divided into content-based filtering and collaborative filtering. As the online platform-led content production is activated by the Corona Pandemic, the field of virtual influencers using artificial intelligence is emerging. Virtual influencers are produced with GAN (Generative Adversarial Networks) artificial intelligence, and are unsupervised learning algorithms in which two opposing systems compete with each other. This study also researched the possibility of developing AI platform based on individual recommendation and virtual influencer (metabus) as a core content of OTT in the future.

This study was carried out to provide basic data for improving oral health management plans by identifying the actual conditions of dental treatment use and criteria for selecting dental medical institutions for foreign students. The survey method was a survey of 145 foreign students at S University, and the collected data was conducted with the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the analysis, dental caries treatment was the most common among all nationalities in the dental experience. When the oral health education program was important, the will to use dental treatment in the future was positive. Therefore, in the future, it is required to revitalize oral health education programs and provide health care information for foreign students.

The research purpose is analyzing the relationship between the coworker relations and the burnout of professionals in community rehabilitation facilities for the disabled. And this study verifies the mediating effect of organizational commitment between the two variables. We conducted a survey of professionals working in 14 facilities of Daejeon and Chungnam area, and the 352 data were utilized for analysis. The analysis results are as follows. 1) The coworker relations of professionals influenced the burnout negatively and the organizational commitment positively. 2) In addition, the mediating effect of organizational commitment was testified between the coworker relations and the burnout. Based on these research findings, several measures were suggested to reduce the professionals' burnout.

This study developed a smartwatch and a wind speed system in accordance with the necessity of a device that provides the information required in marine leisure. Based on a marine leisure smartwatch with a multi-sensor, a gyro box, and a wind speed system, external data such as GPS, motion, humidity, temperature, air pressure, and heart rate can be collected. In addition, the collected external environment data can be managed through an application on a smartphone, which is an Android-based mobile device. The developed smartwatch and wind speed system are expected to contribute to increasing accessibility and revitalization of the marine leisure industry. In addition, in terms of safety and education, the need for a device that provides marine information is large, so it is expected to increase the possibility of entering the high value-added market and improve the product localization rate.

The importance of online marketing is emerging due to the prevalence of COVID-19. In order to respond to the changing business environment, we have collected ten years of sales data of SME bakery company that have experienced a decrease in sales due to the COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, we found that switching from offline markets to omnichannel B2B and B2C markets and taking 'small quantity batch production' to 'mass production in a small variety can improve management. This study presented online and offline marketing strategies through data analysis of small and medium-sized bakery companies, which have relatively insufficient digital capabilities compared to large companies, and could be a guideline for many SMEs.

In order to support women with career breaks to re-enter the labor market, it is not only necessary to discover and select promising jobs, but also to provide objective and accurate job information on selected promising jobs so that women with career breaks can make reasonable career choices. need arises. It can be pointed out that the government support course has no burden of tuition compared to the general course, and because the quality of education is high, it is possible to select trainees with a high willingness to find employment through competition in the recruitment process. In addition, the government support process secures relatively high-quality programs and instructors, increasing trainees' concentration, satisfaction, and willingness to find a job. Job literacy and employment preparation education are obligatory, job design support through job counseling, and continuous follow-up support. The system also works. Accordingly, if systematic and continuous development and support are made in the process of selecting promising occupations for women with career breaks and designing education and training programs, it is expected that women with career breaks will be more active in their re-entry into the labor market.

Under the government's principle of paying for emissions, the RFID-based pay-as-you-go system, which charges fees in proportion to emissions, was fully implemented in 2012. As of the end of 2018, the penetration rate is about 40% based on 149 local governments and multi-family apartments nationwide. The introduction of equipment showed a reduction effect of about 20-30%. Problems with existing equipment also began to appear. This study tried to improve by applying and integrating the existing technologies to solve the fundamental problems of these inlets. In other words, the plan is to improve the environment around the food waste meter by changing the design so that the hopper goes deep into the food waste bin inside the food waste meter so that the food waste becomes full and is designed smoothly when replacing the collection container.

Recently, Chat GPT artificial intelligence (AI) is of keen interest to all governments, companies, and military sectors around the world. In the existing era of literacy AI, it has entered an era in which communication with humans is possible with generative AI that creates words, writings, and pictures. Due to the complexity of the current laws and ordinances issued during the recent national crisis in Korea and the ambiguity of the timing of application of laws and ordinances, the golden time of situational measures was often missed. For these reasons, it was not able to respond properly to every major disaster and military conflict with North Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to revise the National Crisis Management Basic Act, which can act as a national tower in the event of a national crisis, and to promote artificial intelligence governance by linking artificial intelligence technology with the civil, government, military, and police.

Due to the development of fintech technology, financial transactions using smart phones are being activated. The password for user authentication during financial transactions is entered through the virtual keypad displayed on the screen of the smart phone. When the password is entered, the attacker can find out the password by capturing it with a high-resolution camera or spying over the shoulder. A virtual keypad with security applied to prevent such an attack is difficult to input on a small touch-screen, and there is still a vulnerability in peeping attacks. In this paper, the entire keypad is divided into several groups and displayed on a small screen, touching the group to which the character to be input belongs, and then touching the corresponding character within the group. The proposed method selects the group to which the character to be input belongs, and displays the keypad in the group on a small screen with no more than 10 keypads, so that the size of the keypad can be enlarged more than twice compared to the existing method, and the location is randomly placed, hence location of the touch attacks can be blocked.

The purpose of this study is examining the status of Education Welfare Priority Support Project and providing constructive strategies for future direction. In order to collect data, we have used on-line survey, in-depth interview personnels in charge of 17 school districts and open forum with municipal board members of education along with related literature review. As results, since 2003, the effectiveness of the Education Welfare Priority Support Project has been proved and the areas have been expanded. Furthermore, institutional stability has been confirmed along with the supports of enforcement ordinance of the Elementary and Secondary Education Acts and Ministry of Education Ordinances. However, since the management authority of the project has transferred to 17 provincial offices of education, it shows the tendency of that the overall programs were not fully activated and gradually stagnated. According to these issues, we proposed various implemental policy suggestions though the revision of Article 28 of elementary and secondary education-related law.
