The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the beauty Probono activities and to find ways to revitalize the related activities. In this study, the research models and hypotheses were set up, and the results of the main analysis were obtained by conducting the questionnaire analysis of 701 beauty majors in the metropolitan area. First, it was found that the participation of Beauty Probono is to utilize beauty technology and knowledge, mainly through volunteer club activities. Second, Satisfaction with beauty Probono activities was highly correlated with recruitment of service organization. The reliability of the service organization tended to be higher as the level of institutional operation and satisfaction through participation were higher. Third, satisfaction with beauty Probono activities was high, and the more trust in organization, the higher the sustainability of activities. The beauty Probono activation plan suggested the development of various public relations channels, strengthened education for volunteers, and transparent management of the volunteer organization. However, this research has limitations in the limitation of research subject, and it is expected that the study of various aspects of beauty student major students will be continued in the future.

This study aims to help revitalize the real-time online education platform market by analyzing the instructor characteristics, content characteristics, and platform characteristics of real-time online education platforms for local learners in China. A total of 670 questionnaires were collected through an online survey and an empirical analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, first, except for attractiveness, which is the characteristic of the instructor, professionalism and sincerity had a significant positive influence on both learning satisfaction. Second, the usefulness, abundance, and appropriateness of content characteristics had a significant positive influence on learning satisfaction. Third, except for interaction, which is a platform characteristic, technology and convenience confirmed a significant positive influence relationship on both learning satisfaction. Fourth, learning satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the intention to continue using. This study presented practical implications for real-time online education platform and future research directions.

The MSIP has implemented "Act on The Development of Cloud Computing and Protection of Its Users" from September 2015 and invigorated the cloud service industry. The act mainly includes the improvement cloud computing reliability and user protection for the development foundation and use activation. In order to expand the cloud market, it is important to increase the reliability of individual users. However, practical discussions and approach for cloud services adoption are still limited. In fact, there is no agreement standard for domestic cloud services. As a user agreement is not standardized, users feel difficulty compare to each agreement of cloud service provider and may be damaged because of unfair terms. Thus, it is necessary to examine the unfairness of cloud service agreement for user protection. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cloud service agreements including Practical Guide to Cloud Service Agreement of Cloud Standards Customer Council and suggests the direction of the standard agreement of cloud services.

The tacit knowledge transfer cultivate the value and mount of tacit knowledge. The tacit knowledge transfer plays the most important role for improving the competitiveness of the organization. Despite the tacit knowledge transfer is very important, the research related with tacit knowledge transfer has not been actively carried out. The barriers to tacit knowledge transfer interfere with the tacit knowledge transfer. The barriers to tacit knowledge transfer are lack of understanding knowledge experts, heavy over-work, insufficient compensation, trust shortage and knowledge stickiness. In order to overcome the barrier of the tacit knowledge transfer, it is necessary to promote knowledge broker. The knowledge broker is the foundation for the tacit knowledge transfer and the critical success factor for efficient tacit knowledge transfer. However, most research related on the knowledge broker had focused on the degree, centrality and density of the knowledge network. The framework is needed to performance indicator for diagnosing the tacit knowledge transfer. Therefore, we suggest the knowledge broker framework based on the social network analysis.

This study organizes policy tasks currently being promoted by the government to revitalize the domestic VR and AR industries, which are evaluated to be stagnant compared to major overseas countries, and aims to derive priorities through analysis of an AHP survey for experts in the VR/AR field, and to seek countermeasures based on the analysis results. As a result of classification based on various previous studies, press releases, and policy data, it was divided into 5 major categories and 16 sub-categories: technical issues, awareness improvement, legal/institutional improvement, government support, and manpower development. As a result of the AHP analysis, in the major category, the "government support" appeared as the top priority policy task, followed by the "manpower development". In the sub-categories, "training new manpower" was the most important policy implementation task, followed by "enhancing technological competitiveness". This study is meaningful in that it selects and presents prioritized policy tasks that clearly reflect the position and perspective of the industry on the policy-making situation exposed to the limitations of time and resources, while also presenting practical improvement plans.

Smart City Technology, which is significant in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, greatly increases the efficiency and productivity of cities nowadays. The purpose of this study is to present a strategic approach for industrial revitalization and overseas export by analyzing the current status of smart city-related companies and discovering high-priority smart city technologies. To this end, the smart city theory and ASEAN smart city were reviewed through prior research, and a survey of companies with domestic smart city technology was conducted. As a result of the survey, it is revealed that companies with smart city technology in Korea are highly willing to export to ASEAN countries. There is a strong desire to export the following technologies: construction, traffic, green·energy, etc. And there was a high willingness to export the following services: IoT, platform, AI, etc. The following solutions have been proposed as solutions to Strategic Plans to Promote the Export: 1) Deregulation and incentives, 2) Global human resource development, 3) Information provision and strengthening of local networks, 4) Financial and public relations support.

최근 스마트폰 사용의 활성화로, 스마트폰 기반의 통신네트워크를 이용하는 IT 기술들과 타 산업과의 융합 산업의 범위가 확대되고 있다. 또한 스마트폰을 사용하는 사용자들에게 더 나은 삶의 질을 제공하기 위하여, 스마트폰-앱에 관련된 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 대형 행사장과 같은 많은 인원이 모이는 곳에서 인원을 통제하거나 다양한 서비스를 제공하는데 어려움이 많이 발생하는데, 스마트폰 앱 설계 및 개발을 통하여 이러한 어려움을 해결하고자 한다. 특히, 증강현실 기술을 이용하여 네트워크 기반의 예약시스템 및 이의 운용방법에 대해서 기술하고, 실제 스마트폰 앱 개발에 앞서, 사전 프로토타이핑을 통해서 시스템을 설계하고 개발하는 방법을 제공하고자 한다.

As an astonishing progress of FTTH infrastructure, the new technologies have been widely studied to use the tantalizing benefits of high bandwidth in fiber optic cable. In this paper, a new VONU is presented to perform all necessary optical functions. It can converts digital and analog CATV signals and satellite-based signal transmitted via one fiber optic cable to electrical signals (electric lights). However, most previous VONU systems have the problems such as interference between difference services, signal distortion, and noise increasing rate. These problems cause the quality deterioration in broadcasting. Therefore, we suggest the new VONU system to solve all problems listed above. In addition, we show that how our system performs well by measuring the real data with implemented system.

Although the data service of the digital broadcasting has been regarded as the representative service of the broadcasting and communication convergence, it, however, has failed to gain the popularity with the viewers due to the viewer's viewing modality of focusing only on the TV programs. Based on the experts' opinions that the data service should step up so that using a data service while watching a TV program creates a synergy effect, the paper proposes a method for allowing a data service to utilize the information of a TV program. The method has a tool for describing the information of a TV program's content, which changes as time goes on and provides a mechanism for transmitting the information in the way compatible to the digital broadcasting standard. As an application of the method, with a domestic data service developing company, we have developed a ticker data service that shows the information (e.g., actors, places, sponsors, etc.) of a drama.

The service oriented architecture (SOA) is gaining more momentum with the advent of Web services on internet. A programmable and machine accessible Web is the vision of many, and might represent a step towards the semantic Web. However, security is a crucial requirement for the serious usage and adoption of the Web services technology. This paper proposes design goals for an distributed access control model for CPC(Collaborative Product Commerce). It then design a processor model for CPC components, along with web services standard and concept that can be used as a basis to design an access control processor independent of a particular CPC service implementation.
