오늘날 무선통신시스템은 제한된 주파수 자원을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 다양한 기술이 적용되어 있다. 적응변조기법은 현재 채널 상황에 적응하여 적절한 변조방식을 선택하는 방법으로 통신시스템의 수율(throughput)을 높일 수 있어 대부분의 무선통신 시스템에서 사용되고 있다. 변조 선택의 기준으로는 보통 현 채널의 신호대간섭비(SNR)가 사용되며, 채널의 통계적 특성을 이용하면 변조 선택을 위한 SNR 경계 결정을 최적화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 송신단에서 안테나 선택을 하고 (transmit antenna selection) 수신단에서 MRC(maximal-ratio combining)를 사용하는 TAS/MRC 시스템에서 적응변조기법을 적용했을 때, 변조 선택을 위한 SNR 경계 결정법을 살펴보고 그 성능을 분석한다.

High school credit system refers to a system in which a student selects the desired content according to his/her subject and completes accumulated credits to reach graduation when a certain standard is reached. The purpose of this study is to identify the advantages and disadvantages to the technology and home economics education after the introduction of the high school credit system by analyzing the status of high school elective subjects in technology and home economics areas, and the perceptions and needs of teachers and experts as the introduction of the high school credit system approaches. A survey was conducted to all professors in the Department of Home Economics Education or Technology Education, along with a national sample of the secondary school teachers of Home Economics and Technology, and responses of 282 teachers and 36 experts were analyzed. Results are as follows: First, in general high schools, the formation and operation of elective courses in technical and home economics were very insufficient. Second, there was a large number of requests for the expansion of elective courses in technology and home economics among the high school teachers. Third, in order to take advantage of the high school credit system, it was recognized that elective courses in technology and home economics should be established not only in consideration of secondary school education, but in relation to their connections with majors in universities. Improving the structure of electives in this direction is expected to play a positive role in allowing elective courses in technology and home economics to contribute to ensuring students' free choice.

국내에서 스프링클러 설계 시 주로 적용하는 배관스케줄방식은 용도분류에 의해 결정되는 스케줄로, 배관의 구경이 선택되고 배관의 크기에 따라 설치될 수 있는 스프링클러헤드의 개수가 주어져 있는 스프링클러설비이다. 이는 NFPA13의 배관스케줄방식을 준용한 것이나 적용의 오류로 인하여 잘못된 설계를 수행하고 있다. 이를 시정하기 위하여 국내 기술기준과 NFPA13기준을 확인하고 문제점의 지적 및 바른 배관스케줄방식의 적용을 제시하고자 한다.

기업간의 경쟁이 심화되고 정보의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확대되어 가는 상황에서 다량의 데이터로부터 가치 있는 데이터를 추출하는 CRM 데이터 마이닝은 중대한 관심사가 아닐 수 없다. 본 연구는 데이터마이닝의 여러 활용 분야 중 고객세분화를 위해 최근 많이 사용되고 있는 데이터마이닝 기법인 로지스틱 회귀분석, 의사결정나무, 신경망 알고리즘 기법들을 비교하며, 이를 실제 아파트 고객의 데이터를 이용하여 검증하고자 한다. 따라서, 아파트 고객 세분화를 위한 데이터마이닝 수행시 기법 선택의 기준과 비교 평가의 기준을 제시하는 데 연구목적 있다.

인터넷의 발달로 사회의 기반구조가 종이사회에서 사이버 사회로 전환됨에 따라 정보보호제품이 중요한 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 이러한 정보보호제품의 안전한 선택 및 사용을 위한 기본적인 선택기준은 신뢰 기관의 안전성 평가 결과일 것이다. 이러한 안전성 평가는 현재 세계적으로 공통 평가를 위한 체계를 준비중에 있으며, 가장 대표적인 것이 CC(Common Criteria)기반의 정보보호제품 평가이다. 그러나 CC기반의 평가기준에서는 정보보호분야의 핵심기술인 암호알고리즘에 대한 평가는 수행하지 않고 각 국이 독자적으로 하도록 규정하고 있으며, 이를 구현한 암호모듈에 대한 평가 또한 독자적으로 하도록 하고 있다. 암호모듈에 대한 안전성 평가로 가장 널리 참조되는 것은 미국의 NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology)가 수행하는 CMVP(Cryptographic Module Validation Program)이며, 세계적으로 인정받고 있다. 본 고에서는 현재까지 수행되고 있는 정보보호제품에 탑재된 암호모듈의 평가체계에 대해 비교 분석하여 정리 하고자 한다.

VANET(Vehicle Ad hoc NETwork)에서는 차량들이 불규칙한 움직임과 빠른 이동성을 가진다. 이러한 VANET 의 특성 때문에 메시지를 목적지까지 올바르게 전송하기 위해 전송 차량의 다음 홉 선택은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 직선도로나 교차로에서 사용되는 메시지 전송 프로토콜로는 $90^{\circ}$커브에서 메시지 전송 실패를 가져올 수 있는 경우에 대해 기술하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 커브에서 중앙선을 기준으로 전송 차량이 있는 도로와 그 반대편 도로의 범위를 구하여 전송 차량이 다음 홉 선택 시 자신과 동일한 도로에 위치한 차량만 고려하도록 함으로써 신뢰성 있는 다음 홉 선택이 이루어지도록 하는 방안을 제안한다.

공정거래위원회가 하도급계약 추정제에 따른 통지나 회신 방법 규정, 기술재료의 정의 등을 골자로 하는 '하도급거래공정화에관한법률시행령' 개정안을 마련하고 지난 7월 26일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 하도급계약 추정제는 하도급거래에서 수급사업자를 보호하기 위해 수급사업자가 구두로 맺은 계약에 대해 확인을 요청할 때 원사업자가 15일 이내에 이를 부인하지 않으면 계약이 있었던 것으로 추정하는 제도이다. 공정위는 또 수급사업자가 원사업자에게 위탁을 받은 작업의 내용과 하도급대금, 위탁받은 일시, 원사업자와 수급사업자의 사업자명과 주소 그밖의 원사업자에게 위탁한 내용 등으로 정했다. 개정된 하도급법에는 원사업자가 수급사업자에게 기술자료를 제공하도록 강요하지 못하도록 기술자료의 범위도 정했다. 또한 상습적으로 법을 위반하는 사업자의 명단을 공개하는 기준도 마련됐다. 명단 공개 기준은 최근 3년간 벌점이 4점을 초과한 자로서, 사업자명과 대표자, 사업장 주소 공개와 함께 공정위 인터넷 홈페이지에 이를 게시할 때는 그 기간을 1년으로 했다. 이와 함께 입찰명세서와 낙찰자결정 품의서, 견적서, 현장설명서, 설계설명서 등 하도급대금결정 관련서류를 의무적으로 보존토록 하고 하도급대금 지급보증기관에 소방산업공제조합을 추가해 원사업자의 지급보증기관 선택 범위를 확대했다.

우리는 지금 이제껏 우리가 사용해 오던 재래식 포소화약제를 버리고 새로운 대안을 찾아야 하는 갈림길에 서 있다. 미래에도 예전처럼 소화능력에 대한 우리의 신뢰를 저버리지 않으면서 친환경적인 포는 과연 어떤 것이어야 하나? 미래형 포소화약제의 선택 방향과 그 한계를 알아보고 소비자들의 판단 기준을 짚어보기로 한다.

시설재배에 있어 재배작형 및 육종방법의 다양화와 새로운 병해, 연작에 따른 토양병해 농약의 과용과 연용으로 인한 약제내성균 출현 등 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 특히 토양병해는 연작연수가 증가할수록 병원균의 증가와 축적을 조정하여 연중 문제가 되고 큰 피해를 입을 수 있다. 병 발생 전에 식물체를 건강하게 재배하기 위한 환경조건을 잘 조절하여 예방차원에서 합리적인 시설환경관리와 각종 작물병해에 등록되어 있는 농약을 선택한 후 안전사용기준을 준수하는 것이 병해관리의 기본이다.

Any object located in the earth's gravitational field experiences a force in the direction of the center of the earth. In order to describe the motion of objects in the field, the solutions to a system of simultaneous vector kinematic equations need to be obtained. In the analysis of freely-falling objects, the reference direction +y is usually defined to be the downward direction. In the analysis of the motion of objects thrown upward, the reference direction +y is usually defined to be the upward direction. In the analysis of the motion of objects thrown downward, the reference direction +y is usually defined to be the downward direction. In this paper, we show that the choice of reference axis in either upward or direction gives the same results by adopting a scalar product of two vectors in solving the vector kinematic equations. It is rare to find other examples of using a scalar product of two vectors in solving vector kinematic equations describing the motion of objects. An application of this study is that we can arbitrarily choose the reference direction for objects moving in a horizontal direction, including projectile motions.
