본 논문에서는 기능장 2차 실기검정방법에 대한 개선을 하기 위해 전문가들을 통해 사전설문조사를 하여 기준을 마련하였고, 2차 설문조사는 응시자, 예비응시자, 취득자, 전문가들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 그 결과 2차검정방법 개선에 대한 필요성은 3.65점이상으로 필요에 가까운 의견을 주었고, 면접추가에 대한 의견도 사전설문조사에서 나온 의견(3.83점)에는 3.72점이상으로 만족에 가까운 의견을 제시하였다. 사전설문조사에서 나온 결과와 같은 결과를 얻은 종목은 28 종목 중 17종목으로 61%이었다. 면접이 추가된 종목은 2종목, 다른 형태를 가진 종목은 6종목, 새로운 검정방법으로 분류된 종목은 2종목이었다.

먼 미래의 기술로만 여겨졌던 홀로그래피 기술이 모두의 기대보다 빨리 현실로 도래할지 모른다는 전망이 종종 등장하고 있으나 우리의 기술적 현실에는 아직 해결해야 할 어려운 숙제들이 산적해 있다. 그러나 응용 분야의 특성과 디지털 홀로그래피 기술의 특성을 고려하여 우선 상용화 추진이 가능한 유망 분야를 도출한다면 디지털 홀로그래피로의 진화를 용이하게 할 것이다. 본고에서는 홀로그래피 기술의 현 주소를 짚어보고 1) 상용화를 위해 고려해야 할 사항, 2) 상용화 유망 분야, 3) 상용화 가능 시기를 도출하되, 홀로그래피 기술을 개발해온 전문가와 잠재적 이용자를 대상으로 심층 면접을 통해 정성적으로 다양한 가능성을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 또한 이들 집단 간의 의견을 비교함으로써 시사점을 도출해 보고자 하였다.

This study is to investigate the perceptions of high school teachers on the evaluation criteria of the college admission officer interview system and to suggest approaches to improve the interview system. The survey results of teachers' perceptions are the following. First, for 'potential' criteria, teachers consider challenging spirit and students' initiatives are important evaluation criteria. For 'personality' criteria, they contemplate that responsibility, community spirit and flexibility to resolve conflicts are important values. Further, views of life and creativity also need to be seriously considered in the screening process. Second, their satisfaction with the college admission officer system was relatively high (9.34 points). Last, in order to improve the interview screening system, teachers assert that the process to secure fairness is required. Based on the results, suggestions were made for ensuring expertise of college admission officer and improving the alternative policy of the admission officer interview system.

This study aims to summarize characteristics of teacher certification system in China and identify its problems and improvement directions through the analysis of examination contents and examination conditions and so on. The teacher certification examination in China, including written examination and interview, is dominated by Ministry of Education. And all districts and departments put into practice according to their own characteristics and practical situations. Without distinction between normal university students and non-normal university students, only when all specific conditions are met could candidates sit for the examination. Problems of teacher certification examination are as following. The limitation of examination conditions focus on educational requirements and some basic conditions, the negligence of educational experience and practical ability, and interview tends to become apparent and formalistic.

The computed tomography(CT) simulation tool provides virtual experimental environment without using a high cost medical equipment. We made teaching materials for the CT simulation tools and educated the students and entry level of radio-technologists. We divided the experimental objects into two groups; students who took only theoretical classes (group 1) and students who took both theoretical and simulation classes (group 2). The results showed that the group 2 outperformed group 1 significantly, which indicates that the simulation program provides a good educational material for not only students but also radio-technologists.

This study analyzed the characteristics and meaning of care labor by examining the experience of semi-aged caregivers. To that end, in-depth interviews were conducted for a qualitative study of 15 semi-aged caregivers working at elderly care facilities located in the Kyunggi-do region. The interview was conducted with a major focus on three categories: perception of care labor by semi-aged caregivers; stress experienced in the course of care labor; and insights earned through care labor. The analysis showed that semi-aged caregivers have a positive experience through care labor. This finding will contribute to understanding the characteristics and meaning of semi-aged care labor from a different perspective.

South Korea faces elderly care crisis with both low fertility rate and rapid ageing rate. Long-term care insurance in 2008 has taken care burden from family to nation. However, few options, lack of tailored services, and unstable community care plan caused blankness of care in some areas. Especially, increasing dementia rate has become an emergent social issue. Welfare technology could be a useful alternative to fill out the gap between demand and supply. Using FGI method on two groups(high-risk dementia group and MCI group), intimacy, accessibility and preventive way of dementia with welfare technology are analysed in this paper. Despites of a few differences of dementia progress, interests towards technology are expressed. More suggestions using TV and normal telephone to improve daily independence are presented as well. Amongst MCI group, help-service for technology-use at ADS and linkage ways of in-home services are also suggested.

In March 2016, the computer Go program, AlphaGo, defeated Sedol Lee, a Korean professional Go player of 9-dan rank. This victory by AlphaGo shows the rise in popularity of artificial intelligence (AI). Not only was this game a testament to machine performance, it was the type of game that extended the Turing test. When the interrogator cannot differentiate between human being and machine, the machine has passed the test. This article examines the interactions between AI and human beings and studies the social nature of intelligence through the AlphaGo case. Collins insists that knowledge or intelligence is social and embodied, and the interrogators in the Turing test can identify the difference between native members and non-members through their knowledge only. Applying this concept, AlphaGo, as subject A of this test, fulfilled its role of stirring up the classical "truth of human." Meanwhile, Lee as subject B, played to speak the truth by revealing his own qualities. Here, it is also important role that interrogators judge what it is. Many spectators, as interrogators, have intervened to confirm the border between human beings and machines by using their embodied and social knowledge.

In this study, a prototype design model was proposed for developing an online recruitment system through multi-dimensional data crawling and social media analysis, and validates text information and video interview in job application process. This study includes a comparative analysis process through text mining to verify the authenticity of job application paperwork and to effectively hire and allocate workers based on the potential job capability. Based on the prototype system, we conducted performance tests and analyzed the result for key performance indicators such as text mining accuracy and interview STT(speech to text) function recognition rate. If commercialized based on design specifications and prototype development results derived from this study, it may be expected to be utilized as the intelligent online recruitment system technology required in the public and private recruitment markets in the future.

기술경쟁력에 의한 신제품 개발과 더불어 제품의 외형적인 포장 및 포장디자인도 기업의 경쟁요소로 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 포장기술의 지속적인 개발을 통해 해당상품의 특성을 충분히 살림으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 높이고 상품의 품질과 구매력을 높일 수 있도록 하기 위해 전문지식과 실무경험을 갖춘 기술인력 양성이 요구되어 포장기술사 자격제도가 제정되었다. 국내 포장산업의 최고 전문가인 포장기술사는 한국산업인력공단이 주관하고 있으며 1974년 생산관리기술사(디자인 및 포장)로 신설되어 1983년 생산관리기술사(포장)로 변경된 후, 1991년 현재의 포장기술사로 자리잡게 됐다. 포장기술사는 포장기술분야에 관한 고도의 전문지식과 실무경험에 입각하여 포장을 개발하거나 개발된 포장을 진단하며, 물류부문과 연계성을 갖추기 위해 포장 표준화 업무 및 신규사업을 조사하는 등 기술업무를 수행한다. 포장기술사 자격시험은 단답형 및 주관식 논술형인 필기시험과 구술형 면접을 통해 시험이 이뤄진다. 2013년도에는 총 10명의 포장기술사가 합격했다. 본 고에서 2013년도 포장 기술사 최종합격자들을 소개한다.
