EC(Electronic Commerce) reduces the middle love of business process and makes the gap doser between suppliers and consumers. EC also makes it possible to products and much more satisfaction to consumers reducing costs. Thus when we study EC, we need to consider business side of EC as well as its technical side. With that point, this study classifies the business factors of EC systematically. This study does not enumerate bits of the factors but present a business technology framework to analyze the mutual relations among the factors.

본 연구는 소프트웨어적인 기술인 경영정보시스템(MIS)의 발전과정을 기술추격 관점에서 분석한다. 분석사례로는 창업 당시 후발업체로 선진국 기업을 모방하였지만 현재는 MIS 분야에서 선도적인 위치에 서게 된 POSCO를 선정하였다. 기술추격과정 분석을 위해 김인수의 기술혁신단계모델, Henderson and Clark의 유동기 진입이론, Doering and Parayre의 불확실한 기술에 대한 의사결정이론, Nolan의 MIS 발전단계모델 등 네 가지 모델을 활용하였다. 연구결과, POSCO의 MIS기술 발전과정은 기술후진국이 밟는 전형적인 기술추격과정, 즉 경화기${\rightarrow}$과도기${\rightarrow}$유동기로 이행하면서 모방에서 혁신으로 그 위상이 바뀐 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 장치산업이라는 철강산업의 산업적 특성으로 제조기술 및 MIS기술이 커다란 기술패러다임의 변화 없이 유동기로 진입하였으며, MIS 분야에 대한 기업경영자의 역할이 기술추격의 주요 성공요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 POSCO는 MIS분야에서 착수${\rightarrow}$확장${\rightarrow}$공식화${\rightarrow}$통합의 단계를 거쳐 왔을 뿐만 아니라, 반복적인 피드백 혹은 반복학습을 통하여 MIS 기술능력을 축적한 결과 기술 추종적 위치에서 기술 선도적 위치로 전환된 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 기업의 기술혁신전략 수립 시에 기술혁신의 진행경로, 산업기술의 특성, 의사결정자의 역할, 반복학습 및 피이드백의 중요성 등이 고려될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

This paper studies the technology management strategy for activating the industry-academia cooperation in open innovation environment. For this, the importance and concept of technology management balancing the internal innovation and utilization of external innovation resources, and industry-academia cooperation were theoretically reviewed. For the successful technology management in open innovation environment firms should adopt the industry-academia cooperation strategy. The technology management strategy for activating the industry-academia cooperation of the firm can be summarized as follows; Firstly, technology strategy for academia-industry cooperation utilizing the strategic technology roadmap should be prepared and executed. Secondly, the firm should adopt the open innovation system and transform their NIH(Not-Invented-Here) culture for open culture. Finally, for activating the networking with various innovation actors, industry-academia cooperation supporting system should be prepared.

기업 전략 경영의 자원기반 접근방법(resource based approach)에서 핵심역량에 대한 중요성이 부각되면서 지식이 기업 핵심역량의 원천의 하나로 인식되고 있으며 지식 근로자는 지식 사회의 중심적 역할을 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 지식 경영을 도입하고 있는 기업의 반 이상이 가시적 성과를 얻지 못하고 있는 실정이며 이것은 지식경영을 단순한 정보기술로 간주하거나 명확한 목표와 전략 없이 도입하는 데에서 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 지식의 원천이 데이터베이스나 인터넷보다는 사람의 머리 속에 더 풍부하게 존재한다는 측면에서 휴먼 네트워크를 생성하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지식의 흐름을 정의하고 지식 행렬을 산출하며 이를 토대로 조직의 구성원간의 네트워크를 생성한다. 마지막으로는 각 구성원들의 중요도와 네트워크의 구조적 특성을 분석하였다. 이 결과는 지식 경영에서의 전략을 수립하는 데 의미 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

특허는 기업이 보유한 다양한 정보를 포함하고 있는 것으로 기술혁신 능력과 기술 경쟁력을 측정하는 척도로 여겨져, 특허의 품질이나 특성을 파악하기 위해 다양한 지표가 개발되어 왔다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 실무자나 연구자들에 의해 폭넓게 연구 되어온 다양한 특허 지표들을 특허 지표들이 가지는 의미와 특성에 따라 특허 지표 요인, 즉 시장성, 권리성, 기술성으로 분류하여, 어떤 요인들이 기업의 경영성과에 주요한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 한다.

This study analyzes the effects of the absorptive capacity on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities and the management performance. Based on previous studies, the absorptive capacity is sub-classified into the exploratory absorptive capacity and the exploitative absorptive capacity, which are set as independent variables, to analyze their effects on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities. In short, the absorptive capacity has positive effects on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities. In addition, the technology innovation capacity and the technology commercialization capacity have positive effects on the management performance. The findings confirm that the absorptive capacity is an important factor impacting on the corporate innovation, and suggest that businesses should recognize the importance of the absorptive capacity as a guideline for developing their strategies for technological innovation.

20세기 말까지만 해도 경제발전은 자원고갈과 자연환경파괴를 통한 대량생산 및 대량소비를 전제로 하여 이루어 졌다고 평가할 수 있다. 그 결과 세계의 자연환경은 급속히 훼손되었으며, 환경오염은 이제 인류의 생존을 위협하는 단계에 이르렀다. 이 같은 위기상황에 대처하기 위하여 지난 1980년대부터 선진국을 중심으로 환경경영에 대한 인식이 확산되기 시작하였다. 무엇보다도 자연환경의 보존을 요구하는 사회적 압력은 기업으로 하여금 환경경영의 필요성을 깨닫게 하였다. 환경경영이란 환경보전을 요구하는 이해 관계자들로부터의 요구에 기업이 이에 적극적으로 대응함으로써 환경보호와 경영성과를 동시에 달성하는 종합적인 경영을 의미한다. 환경경영은 기업의 전 활동에 걸친 전사적인 전략적 차원의 활동으로 기업 경영이 어느 한 기능분야에 국한된 개념이 아니다. 궁극적으로 환경보호와 성장의 조화라는 기업의 목표달성을 위해 기업의 생산, 재무. 인사조직, 마케팅, 회계정보 시스템등의 활동이 모두 통합되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 환경경영에 영향을 미치는 주요한 정책들과 방안들, 환경경영의 인센티브제도론 비롯하여 환경경영의 제도와 기업사례에 대하여 고찰하였다. 특히 최근 들어 환경 경영이 기업의 가치에 미치는 영향에 대한 구체적 연구들에 대해서도 검토하고자 하였다.

This study is based on the analysis of technology innovation performance for Inno-biz. The primary purposes of this study are to help the government formulate Inno-biz related supporting policies and improve the fitness of evaluation models for Inno-biz. In this study the definition of "the outcome of technology innovation" includes technology competitiveness changes, technology forecasting as well as the outcome of technology innovation. For this analysis, 55 independent variables were used and categorized into ability of technology innovation, ability of commercialization, and ability of technology management. The results indicate that all three variable groups have positively influenced the outcome of technology innovation. Especially ability of technology innovation is highly related to technology competitiveness and business in future. The ability of commercialization enhances technology competitiveness and predictability in major business indexes; however it doesn't influence business performance in a short-term period. The ability of technology management enables businesses to forecast technology changes, but doesn't effect short-term business outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to develop a competency model that enhances the management capabilities of vocational training institutions and to identify the priorities of educational needs. After reviewing prior studies to tentatively establish a competency model, a training needs assessment was conducted in the field using this model. Data for the analysis were collected through a survey conducted among vocational training institutions. Following the needs assessment, a new management competency model for vocational training institutions was formulated, comprising six competencies and 26 competency dimensions, by eliminating the dimensions considered relatively less important. The competency model developed through this study is anticipated to be utilized in creating management education programs for directors of domestic vocational training institutions.

디지털 융합(Digital Convergence)이 모든 분야에서 급속히 전개됨으로서 기업들은 전략적으로 IT를 전사적으로 활용하면서 글로벌 시대의 경쟁 기업들에 비해 보다 빠른 신기술 습득을 적용함으로써 생존 경쟁의 우위 확보 전략이 점차 강화되고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술의 발전 방향도 전사적 데이터 및 비즈니스 프로세스의 통합을 통하여 전 영역에 걸쳐 신기술을 이용하여 표준화와 통합화로 진보되고 있다. 그러나 글로벌 경쟁체제인 세계화가 가속화 되고 있는 기업들의 품질 경영 활동이 실시간으로 처리되지 못함에 따라 각종 경영혁신 활동에 대한 통제/관리와 비용 절감 노력이 기업 역량 강화에 유기적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 일반적으로 제조 부문이나 사무간접(관리)부문에서도 적용 가능한 6시그마 추진 방법론을 기반으로 목표관리 및 방침관리인 Top-Down 프로세스인 순공학 품질경영 활동인 뿐만 아니라, 현장의 창의적인 품질경영 활동을 통한 Bottom-Up 프로세스인 역공학 품질경영 활동에서도 적용 가능한 실시간 동시공학적인 품질경영 활동의 프레임워크를 설계하도록 한다. 또한 가치 흐름 분석을 통해 낭비 요인을 철저하게 제거하고, 프로세스의 흐름을 최적화하여 원하는 품질경영 활동이 프로젝트로 발전하여 기업경영에 실시간으로 반영될 수 있는 전사적 통합 품질경영 활동 시스템을 제안하도록 한다.
