기술거래 시장의 활성화에 대한 연구개발서비스 분야 종사자들의 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 특히 공공 및 민간 분야의 휴면 기술(특허)에 대한 이전 거래를 통해 불필요한 특허유지 비용을 줄이고 부가적인 기술료 창출 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재까지 기술이전(거래), 현물출자, 기술금융(융자, 담보대출) 등 다양한 목적으로 실무에서 활용되어 온 기술가치평가 모형의 한계점을 고민해 보고, 이에 대한 개선방안으로서 몬테카를로 최소자승법 기반의 확률론적 가치평가 모형을 제시한다. 기존의 가치평가 모형은 평가산출을 위한 입력변수의 확정적 값들에 기반하여 가치액이 산출되었으나, 대표적 기법인 현금흐름 할인법이나 로열티공제법의 경우 미래의 수익예상기간, 예상매출액 등에서는 불확실성(uncertainty)가 내재되어 있다. 따라서 특정 분포(distribution)에 대한 확률론적 가능성을 가정하고 이에 대한 수학적 최적화 논리로부터 몬테카를로 최소자승 관게에 의한 변수결정 및 가치평가액 산정을 할 수 있는 평가모듈을 개발한다. 향후 연구에서는 기 평가된 사례결과를 딥러닝(deep learning) 방식으로 학습하여, 발생가능성 높은 각 변수값의 범위들을 산출하고 이로부터 기술가치 범위를 추론하는 시스템을 개발하는 것도 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Globally Integrated Enterprise(GIE) has recently emerged as a popular concept in multinational enterprises(MNEs). In this paper, we use the AAA triangle in order to explain the degrees of adaptation, aggregation and arbitrage in IBM, P&G and NOKIA. The AAA triangle provides a basis for understanding GIE on the topic. This research also examines IT collaboration in order to provide practical guidance for implementation of AAA triangle. From the case study, several results are derived. First, we suggest a step-by-step approach for GIE to enhance global value creation with a situation. Second, we emphasize the importance of IT collaboration in process of introducing the AAA strategies. We believe that the issues we have raised in this paper will be useful to MNEs. In terms of the AAA triangle, this would be best thought of as a lateral shift to a new area of business, where the organization would have more of a competitive advantage.

Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.

The current construction industry mainly uses paper-based construction documents which are produced during the whole life cycle. The paper-based information hinders to reuse the construction information, due to the inefficiency to exchange and share the construction information between designers and constructors. To overcome these problems, construction CALS/EC (Continuous Acquisition and Life Cycle Support/Electronic Commerce) has been proposed by the government. It supports efficient reusing, sharing and exchanging the construction information using digitalized drawings and documentations. This study intends to show the future applying methodologies of using the standardized key technologies in the construction CALS/EC based on the case study of Korea and several countries.

오늘날 컴퓨터 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 기업의 비즈니스 과정에서 발생 하는 정보의 공유와 이용을 통해, 경영혁신을 이루기 위한 새로운 정보화 시스템의 태동은 물론 기존 정보화 시스템의 또 다른 발전을 가져오고 있다. 그 중 21세기 산업정보화 전략 으로 요즈음 새롭게 등장한 CALS(Computer-acided Acquisition & Logistic Support)는 기 존의 정보화 시스템보다 광범위하고, 그 효과 또한 대단히 큰 정보화 시스템이라고 할 수 있다. CALS는 서류에 의존하는 기술정보의 생성 및 교환을 디지틀 정보로 생성, 교환하는 환경으로 전환하고, 업무처리 절차를 근본적으로 재구성해 개별적으로 자동화, 전산화된 체 계를 연계·통합시켜 디지틀 정보 교환체계를 구축하며, 통합 정보 데이터베이스를 구축해 관련기관과 관련업체간의 정보공유 환경을 실현함으로써 비즈니스 스피드의 향상, 고객 서 비스의 개선, 비용절감, 그리고 종합적인 품질향상 등을 도모하고자 하는 전략이다. 본 연구 에서는 CALS의 정의와 출현 배경 등을 살펴보고, CALS의 개념을 군수산업과 제조업 및 상 거래 등에 적용하여 보고자 하였으며, CALS 전략과 BPR을 비롯한 기타 정보기술 전략과의 개념적 관계를 고찰하여 보았다. 또한 CALS 개념의 도입과 적용에 관한 사례로서 크라이슬 러사와 보잉사의 개발 프로세스 리엔지니어링 사례를 분석하여 보았다. 그리고 CALS의 개 념을 성공적으로 도입하기 위한 주요 요인을 사례를 통하여 분석하였으며, CALS의 향후 발 전방향과 과제를 개괄적으로 연구하고자 하였다.

Due to the recent development in electronic financial services, transactions of electronic prepayment are rapidly increasing. The increased transactions of electronic prepayment, however, also leads to the increased fraud attempts. It is mainly because electronic prepayment can easily be converted into cash. The objective of this paper is to develop a methodology that can effectively detect fraud transactions in electronic prepayment, by using sequential pattern mining techniques. To validate our approach, experiments on real transaction data were conducted and the applicability of the proposed method was demonstrated. As a result, the accuracy of the proposed method has been 95.6 percent, showing that the proposed method can effectively detect fraud transactions. The proposed method could be used to reduce the damage caused by the fraud attempts of electronic prepayment.

오늘날 전 세계적으로 연결되어 있는 인터넷을 통해 사용자들은 아무런 제약 없이 의사소통 및 거래 등 다양한 활동을 할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 인터넷상의 자유를 범죄의 수단으로 한 인터넷상의 사이버 범죄가 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 특히 인터넷 중 하나로 분류되는 다크웹에서는 심각한 중대 범죄들이 많이 발생하고 있는데, 다크웹은 일반 네트워크와 달리 암호화 기술을 사용하는 특정 네트워크를 통해서만 접속이 가능하기 때문에 사용자에게 익명성과 비밀성을 제공할 수 웹 사이트이다. 이러한 다크웹의 특성으로 인해 마약 거래, 아동 포르노 유포, 개인정보 유출 등 다양한 사이버 범죄가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다크웹 상에서 발생하는 주요 범죄 사례를 알아보고 이에 대한 포렌식 수사 기법의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

사회의 글로벌화와 다원화로 인한 행정수요가 다양화 되고 정책문제가 복잡해지면서 이를 해결하기 위한 부처 간의 협력이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 다부처연구개발사업(이하 다부처사업)의 수요가 확대되고 있는 상황에서, 실무적 측면의 다부처사업 추진체계 설계 및 평가를 위한 가이드라인이 필요하다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 연구개발사업의 목적 및 내용에 따른 추진체계 평가방법을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 추진체계의 효율성 평가를 위해 거래비용 개념을 도입한 평가방법론을 제안하였다. 추진체계를 도입함으로써 절감할 수 있는 거래비용과 발생하는 조직비용의 값을 비교하여 추진체계의 효율성을 분석할 수 있는 평가방법을 설계하였고, Williamson과 Coase의 이론을 도입하여 각 비용을 측정할 수 있는 대리지표를 도출하고 설문을 설계하였다. 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 진행하여 도출된 대리지표의 기획 평가 관점에 따른 가중치를 설정하였다. 제안한 평가방법의 적용 가능성을 검증하고 보완사항을 도출하고자 현재 추진되고 있는 4개의 다부처사업에 대한 사례연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 다부처사업의 추진체계의 효율성을 사전적 및 사후적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
