생물자원보전 종합대책

  • 국제적으로 생물다양성 협약('92. 6) 및 생물다양성 협약총회('02. 4)에서 생물자원의 국가소유 권리 인정 후 생물주권 확보를 위한 국가 간 경쟁이 날로 치열해 지고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 10만종으로 추정되는 국내 생물종(種) 중 약 3만여종만 기록되어 있으며, 한반도 고유종도 2,322종만 문헌으로 확인되는 등 조사연구가 미흡한 상황에 있다. 또한 확보된 생물자원도 관리가 매우 미흡한 상태에 있다. 따라서 국가 생물자원 주권 확보 및 체계적인 생물자원 보전 관리를 위해 국가차원의 생물자원보전 종합대책을 수립하였다. 환경부는 동 종합대책을 통해 대한민국 영토에 분포 서식하고 있는 생물자원 정밀 탐색 조사를 통해 모든 생물의 표본을 수집 연구하여 자생생물의 총체를 확인하며, 자생생물의 분류분포생태 정보를 종합 정리한 한반도 생물지를 발간할 예정이다. 자생생물의 DB 구축 등 과학적인 생물자원 관리체계를 확립하고, 생물자원의 국외반출 관리를 강화할 예정이며, 생물분류 전문인력 육성, 권역별 생물자원과 설립, 생물자원 보전 연구시설 지원 등 생물자원 관리 인프라 구축을 추진할 예정이다. 또한 최근 급증하는 야생동물 질병(SARS, 조류독감 등)에 대한 조사 연구를 실시하며, 야생동물 구조 치료센터를 시 도별로 설립할 예정이며, 외래종의 관리를 더욱 강화하고, 멸종위기종의 보호복원을 체계적이고 지속적으로 추진할 예정이다. 동 종합대책은 생물자원 조사발굴 분야의 11개 과제, 생물자원보전 관리체계 확립 분야의 11개 과제, 생물자원보전 추진체계 구축 분야의 6개 과제 등 총 3개 분야 28개 세부추진과제로 구성되어 있다. 동 대책은 2013년까지 국비 2,960억원, 지방비 1,800억원 등 총 4,760억을 투자할 계획이다. 곳도 많아 온난화조건에서도 지역별 정밀기후 추정과 이에 근거한 최적품종의 선택, 이앙기 및 수확기 등 생육기간의 조절이 온난화 대응기술로서 유효할 것으로 기대된다.결과를 분석한 데이터를 차기 메일 발송에 꾸준히 적용함으로써 성공적인 이메일 마케팅 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.여 수평적인 의견도출과 각자 역할의 확대 및 변화를 시도할 수 있는 제작흐름이 되도록 고안된 제작구조이다.성을 환기시켜 객관적이고 비판적인 의식을 환기시키는 브레히트의 '소격화'의 효과가 소비자의 관심을 환기시켜 특정한 목적을 달성하려는 광고에 효율적으로 적용된 예 인 것이다. 재미, 기타 독특한 체험을 통해 소비자에게 유희라는 쾌락적 경험을 제공하고자 한다.고도로 통계적 유의차(p<0.001)가 있었다. 즐기는 음료로는 ${\ulcorner}$콜라${\lrcorner}$가 가장 많았으며(46.8%), 그 다음은 사이다, 주스 등의 순으로 나타났으나, 남 여 대학생간에는 유의성있는 차이는 없었다. 음식의 먹는 시기는 점심과 저녁사이의 ${\ulcorner}$간식${\lrcorner}$이 가장 많았으며(42.2%), 남 여 대학생간에는 유의한 차이는 없었다. 패스트푸드는 많은 사람들이 ${\ulcorner}$${\lrcorner}$이 좋기 때문에 이용하며(62.8%), 남 여 대학생간에는 통계적 유의성(p<0.05)이 인정되었다. 5. ${\ulcorner}$입맛의 서구화(36.4%)와 외식을 선호(29.1%)${\lrcorner}$ 하기 때문에 패스트푸드를 이용하게 된 것으로 응답 하였으며, 남 여 대학생간에

Shallow-depth Tilt Monitoring for Engineering Application (공학적 활용을 위한 천부지반 틸트 모니터링)

  • In recent yeaes, the collapses of man made structures have been encountered from time to time due to the deformation of the ground in korea. Furthermore, the possibilities of casasters from the ground deformation suCh as landslide and active fault are atrracting our attention to the deformation monitoring. In this study, two-coordinate tilt which was monitored during six months in order to develop tediniques for prevention of disasters from the ground deformation. The two-coordinate tilt which was detected by a tilt-sensor installed in shallow depth on the slope with the sensitivity of 0.0001 arc.sec in every 10 minutes was recorded continously to PC through the interface with 200-m line coonection. The observed digital tilt data. together with the relevant meteorological data were analyzed in reference to engineering application. During the whole observation period of six months, the net tilt is 10.06 arc.sec to the west and 73.88 arc.sec to the south. Consequently the ground has a tilt of 74.56 arc.sec to the direction of $S7.75^{\circ}W$ with average tilting of 0.02 arc.sec/hour. In spite of such fast and large tilting, it is interpreted in view of engineering aspects that the site is much safe from danger, since both East-West and North-South components of tilt converge as time goes by. Two categories of deformational events are recognized ; one is toward the direction of surface slope and the other is to the direction of increased pore pressure. Tiks are acenain to have a close relation with precipitation of rain. The daily variation of two-coordinate tilt is delayed 4.3 hours in average after the variation of atmospheric temperature. A certain correlation between atmospheric pressure and deformation might be revealed.

A statistical analysis study on the convergent common factors influencing saliva of physiologic malodor patients (생리적 구취환자의 타액요인에 영향을 미치는 융복합적 공통요인에 관한 통계적 분석 연구)

  • The data were collected from 171 physiologic malodor patients diagnosed in KUMC halitosis control clinic between 2008 and 2016. We selected 11 independent variables and 3 dependent variables, then planned to extract some convergent common factors affecting their physiologic malodor. We thought that those extracted convergent common factors could be utilized when preparing the contents of oral malodor preventive program. We used multiple regression analysis and path analysis method, for the analysis of influence of 11 independent factors to three salivary dependent factors(resting salivary flow rate, salivary buffering capacity, salivary precipitation rate). We have presented the physiologic malodor patients' chracteristics by descriptive statistical analysis, and also statistically analysed convergent common factors influencing directly or indirectly to their three dependent factors. We could reason that the sex, the character, the intake habit of breakfast, and the regular food intake habit could affect resting salivary flow rate, salivary buffering capacity and salivary precipitation rate.

  • Chloral hydrate (CH) has been used in sedation for over 100 years. CH was first synthesized in 1832, the sedative properties were observed in 1861. Because of its easy synthesis, its use was widespread since 1869. There is a record of the use of CH in children as early as 1894. Recently there have been many controversies about safety of CH. Because of the low cost and relatively safe experience CH has still been used for dental sedation in children. After the US FDA recommendation in 2006, US pharmaceutical companies no longer produce commercial CH. However, CH has been used in the form of suspensions prepared from raw materials in many areas of the United States, and reports of adverse events related to death have continued. CH is the most commonly used drug for sedation in Korea, and there have been some reports of side effects. Dexmedetomidine, propofol and midazolam were introduced as an alternative for CH. There are various limitations in using them in the pediatric dentistry area and there are many things to consider. The purpose of this review is to analyze the complications of CH and status of use in Korea, and to introduce alternatives to CH.

An Analysis on the Geomagnetic Transfer Function at Yongin Observatory Using by RR (Remote Reference) and SNS (Signal Noise Separation) Technique (원격참조(RR: Remote Reference) 기법과 신호잡음분리(SNS: Signal Noise Separation)기술을 이용한 용인 관측소의 지자기 전달함수 분석)

  • For an unbiased TF (Tansfer Function) estimations we investigate geomagnetic TF derived from ICHEON and YONGIN sites, employing RR (Remote Reference) and SNS (Signal Noise Separation) techniques. The Rh technique, which requires synchronized field variations recorded at a clean remote site, is a reliable method to minimize the bias of TF by uncorrelated noises in magnetic channels. Meanwhile, SNS technique based on the assumption of noise-free remote data can improve the signal-noise level by separating signal TF and noise TF, which is successfully applied to the environments with strong correlated noises. In this study, TF at YONGIN is analyzed using geomagnetic data from ICHEON site as a remote reference, which seem to have somewhat better data quality. The application of Rh technique reduces the bias of TF, which appears in single site robust estimation, and makes curves in the amplitude and phase of TF more smooth as frequency. Futhermore, in order to investigate noise source quantitatively, SNS technique is applied. The results of SNS suggest that dominant noise source seems to be located at western region of YONGIN. This noise source is considered to originate from railway system such as KTX and national subway. which passes through the west regions of YONGIN.

  • There are more than 2000 minerals on earth, and it has been implemented in various fields such as environment, architecture, livestock, chemistry, pharmaceuticals. Clay minerals are considered that they can change the physical and chemical properties through the adsorption and release of metal ions. Although domestic deposit of non-metallic mineral resources is approximately ninety-six billion tons, its application is limited and has hardly been used in high value-added industries involved in medicine, medical supplies, and functional food materials. Bentonite and zeolite are already used for cosmetic purposes and also used in living goods and packing materials. However, direct application to the food industry is relatively very rare. Since records regarding the intake of minerals for foods and medicines are found in the old literatures, the utilization of non-metallic minerals as food materials appears to be highly profitable. According to the trends in patent research for food and mineral resources, the company plays a main role for the development of the food containing non-metallic minerals in USA, and the trends confirms that this industry is emerging. Here, we provided the information about domestic and foreign patent trend for food industries involved in mineral resources and the application of mineral resources in the food industries. We also covered the domestic regulation regarding usage of mineral resources in food, and proposed domestic application plan for food production using mineral resources in the future.

Short-term Effect of Robot-assisted Therapy on Arm Reaching in Subacute Stroke Patients (상지로봇치료가 아급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 팔뻗기 움직임에 미치는 단기 효과)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the short-term effect of robot-assisted therapy to improve upper extremity function in subacute stroke. Method : This study was a retrospective study using the medical record. The subjects were 20 patients who were diagnosis with stroke within 6 months. All patients received general rehabilitation intervention during the experimental period and robot-assisted therapy and task-oriented training. Robot assisted therapy was composed of 1 sessions, 1hour per person and task-oriented training was same. For result analysis, descriptive statistics, paired t-test were used. Results : After intervention, all participants got 3D motion analysis about reaching. For the result, there was statistically significant improvement in smoothness in robot assisted therapy(p<.05). there was no statistically significant difference between robot assisted therapy and task-oriented training in speed, time. In this result, we knew the robot assisted therapy can short term effect in elbow joint during arm reaching. Conclusion : Robot assisted therapy is considered as alternative choice in clinical occupational therapy for improving upper extremity function in subacute stage stroke patients.

Comparisons of Putting Stroke Characteristics between Expert and Novice Golfers(II) (숙련자와 초보자의 퍼팅 스트로크 특성비교(II))

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the putter head movement during the putting strokes. Highly skilled 5 golfers(less than 3 handicaps) and 5 novice golfers(having no golf experience) participated in this study. A target distance was 3 m. Movements of the putter head were recorded at 60 Hz with two video cameras(1/500 shutter speed). The results showed that the angle of the clubface of expert golfers was almost 1 degree, but the novice golfers were more than 6 degrees. Expert golfers moved their hands faster than the head movement, therefore the clubface was not opened during impact. However, the novice golfers moved their hands slower than the head movement, therefore the clubface was opened during impact. The ratio of input and output angles of total movement was 1:3-4, however, the ratio of input and output angles of impact zone was 1:2. The angle of normal vector of expert golfers was less than the angle of normal vector of novice golfers.

Estimation Method of Waste Amount from Materials to Develop Generation Rates of Construction Waste in New Apartment Construction Sites: Focused on Bill of Quantities for Architectural Works (신축아파트 현장의 건설폐기물 발생원단위 개발을 위한 자재별 폐기물 수량 예측 방법: 건축공사 내역서의 투입 물량을 중심으로)

  • The amount of new apartment construction has been trending upward in 3~4% each year since 11% increase in 2002. Currently, in public apartment construction sites under separate delivery system for construction waste processing, the significant difference between estimated quantity for contract and actual amount frequently causes severe controversy among project participants. Many factors such as poor environmental management, inadequate contractual amount are assumed to influence the above problem, and the requirement to revise existing generation rates, the key criteria applied in estimating the quantities of waste, is increasing. Most of generation rates were established in early 2000's, and have difficulty in reflecting the changes from new materials and technologies accordingly. Therefore, this study aims to clarify the types of construction waste for each trade and the forecast method as preliminary work in order to develop more accurate generation rates for construction waste in new construction. To achieve this purpose, the architectural bills of quantities in ten apartment projects executed during 2010~2013 were collected, and the possible waste types and reasonable material loss ratio for each item from temporary works to owner-supplying material area were defined and compared through the workshops and interviews with the experts and on-site environmental managers. The results of this study will contribute to establishing the categories of construction waste for construction trades and proper generation rates by the indirect estimation method in new apartment construction in the follow-up study.

How to Overcome Complications of Allograft Transplantation? (골종양 절제 후 동종골을 이용한 재건술의 합병증 및 해결방법)

  • Purpose: We evaluated the complications of allograft reconstruction after a bone tumor resection, and reviewed literatures to overcome such complications. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed clinical records and radiographs of fifteen patients in whom reconstruction with allograft after bone tumor resection. Results: Eight patients were men and seven were women with a mean age of 27.1 years (1-56 years) and a mean follow-up period of 89.5 months (33-165 months). All postoperative complications related to the allograft were recorded. Twenty patients (80.0%) obtained a radiologic bony union at a mean of 8.35 months (4-12 months). The mean Musculoskeletal Tumor Society score was 73.5% (46.6-93.0%). Nine patients (60.0%) experienced one event and 3 (20.0%) patients experienced multiple events during the follow-up period. Recorded events were infection (3), fracture (2), nonunion (2), limb length discrepancy (2) and varus deformity (2). The mean event free survival period was 60.8 months (6-144 months). The mean allograft survival period was 80.2 months and the 5 year survival rate of the allografts was 83.0%. Conclusion: In order to overcome complications, the combination of an allograft and vascularized fibular graft is highly recommended. In the near future, the tissue engineering technique, the application of the stem cell and PRP, could reduce the complication of allograft such as resorption and nonunion.
