본 연구는 산업보건관련기록의 표준화를 위하여 산업장 건강관리실 기록지를 수집하여 기록의 종류, 내용과 양식을 비교 분석하므로써 간결하고 유용하고 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 기록을 개발코자 조사연구한 것이다. 조사대상은 총 32개 산업체로써 조사기간은 1991년 2월 4일부터 4월 6일까지이며 자료 수집 방법은 우편을 이용하였다. 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 근로자의 건강관련 정보기록으로 일일업무기록은 모두 쓰고 있었으며, 의약품 보호구 수불현황은 65.6%에서 사용하였고, 개인건강기록부, 매월업무보고서, 진료의뢰서는 각각 40.6%, 21.9%, 28.1%에서 사용하였다. 2. 간호사의 건강관리 업무관련정보기록은 일일간호 및 처치기록은 84.4%가 사용하였고, 현장순회일지, 환경위생점검일지 사용이 가장 낮았으며, 건강상담일지, 보건교육일지, 건강관리대상자 관리현황, 공상자 치료 및 관리현황은 제조업인 경우에는 21~26%가 사용하였고 기타 사업장인 경우에는 업거나 사용율이 매우 저조하였다. 산업안전보건법에 의한 사업장의 순회점검 지도 및 조치의 건의사항이나 작업환경개선 및 유지, 관리에 관한 사항을 수행하기 위해서는 현장순회일지나 환경위생점검일지에 대한 기록이 정확히, 철저히 이루어져야 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 상담 및 보건교육일지 작성도 보건교육이 전반적인 산업보건 사업계획과 통합되고 지속적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 표준화된 기록양식을 개발해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 기록양식의 내용을 업종별 중요성에 따라 표준화된 기록지 개발을 제언한다.

Purpose: To develop the standardized record forms for home hospice team members, made up of nurse, doctor, social worker, minister and volunteer, to share information and communicate efficiently in their specialized field. Methods: A methodological study revising and complementing initially developed record forms by obtaining content validity from the experts in each field. Results: Reflecting total 27 experts' opinions, final 11 types of home hospice team documents (registration form, visiting record form for a nurse, initial assessment form for a doctor, progress note for a doctor, initial assessment form for spiritual care, visiting record form for a minister, care note for social worker, visiting record form for a volunteer, final summary note, initial assessment form for bereaved family, and follow-up record form for bereaved family) have been developed. Conclusion: It is believed that this study initiated of effective communication between home hospice team members and enhanced quality of home hospice service and its records.

문제: 의무기록 질 관리의 어려움 목적: 의무기록의 질 향상 의료기관: 고려대학교 의료원 안암병원 의료정보팀 질 향상 활동: 의무기록의 질 향상을 위해 입퇴원기록지 24시간 이내 작성율 향상, 입원기록지 24시간 이내 작성율 향상, 외과계 N-C 기재율 감소, 경과기록지 작성율 향상, 일일입퇴원기록지 작성율 향상, STAFF 서명 완성일 단축 활동을 하였다. 개선효과: 의무기록 작성에서 같은 내용을 반복 작성해야 하는 번거로움을 해소하였고, 작성자(의료진) 중심의 프로그램 개선과 개발된 프로그램의 지속적인 모니터링으로 의무기록의 질이 향상되었다.

It is much needed research for ocean scientists to implement a digitizing system that effectively extracts and digitializes sea level records accumulated from the past. The main difficulty of such a system is huge anount of data to be processed. In this paper, we implement a digitizing system to handle such mass-data of sea level records. This system consists of a pre-process step, a digitizing step and a post-process step. In pre-process step, the system adjusts skewnesses of scanned images and normalizes the size of images automatically. Then, it extracts a graph area from images and thins the graph area in digitizing step. Finally, in the post-process step, the system tests the reliability. It is cost-effective and labour-reducing software for scientists not wasting their time to such boring manual digitizing jobs.

In this paper, we developed new time information recording module of VSI (VLBI Standard Interface) format by analyzing the Mark5B recorder control and operation software with 1Gbps speed, which is able to record the weak signal of space radio source, through the Korean VLBI Network (KVN). The control and operation software of high-speed recorder consists of 2 kinds of software, which is that it can operate RAID control board by controlling large capacity HDD drive and the network control and operation. Especially, core software in high-speed recorder is able to output the results after performing and analyzing the input command. Through the analysis of control and operation software, new time information recording module, which is needed to process the observed data for correlation, is developed. New developed time information recording module can record the time information together after checking the interrupt of 1PPS(Pulse Per Second) input signal when the observed data will be recorded. To verify the normal operation of the developed time information recording module, we performed the real observation test and confirmed the effectiveness of developed software through analyzing the recorded observation data.

Digital Records, which are created, stored, and managed in digital form, contains security vulnerability such as data modification, due to the characteristic of digital data. Therefore it is necessary to guarantee the reliability by verification of integrity and authenticity when managing digital records. This paper propose digital forensics based migration process for electronic records by analyzing legacy digital forensics process, and derives the requirements to develop digital forensics based electronic records migration tool through analyzing trends of abroad digital records migration technique and tool. Based on these develop digital forensic based digital records migration tool to guarantee integrity and authenticity of digital records.

현재 건설교통부 한강홍수통제소에서는 96개의(2006 한국수문조사연보 기준) 수위관측소를 설치 운영하고 있으며 현장에서 수집되는 수위자료의 전송방법은 크게 두 가지로 중계소를 통해 실시간으로 전송되는 TM(TeleMetering) 방식과 기록지(Recording) 방식으로 구분된다. 고품질 수위자료의 생산 및 제공은 비단 수자원 관련 연구 분야에서 뿐만 아니라 하천의 효율적인 관리, 각종 국토개발계획 등에 다양하게 이용되고 있으며 특히 TM 자료의 경우는 실시간으로 현장에서 관측되는 수문자료를 수집하여 홍수예보시스템의 가장 중요한 입력자료로서 활용된다. 한강홍수통제소에서 구축 운영하고 있는 TM 수위자료와 일반 수위자료를 대상으로 현황을 검토한 결과 일반적으로 수위관측소의 자료 오류 유형을 관측기기부터 전송단계별로 분류하면 수위계 기기 고장(부자 걸림 등), 전송로 변경 및 통신 장비 고장 등으로 인한 오 결측으로 구분될 수 있다. 과거 오 결측된 자료를 보정하기 위한 방법으로는 2시간, 3시간 전(前)수위 자료를 이용해 이상치를 보정하는 것이 유일하게 활용되고 있었으나 작년에 한강수계를 대상으로 "국가수문자료 품질관리시스템구축(1차)" 연구 용역을 실시하여 시범 구축 결과를 금년부터 활용하고 있으며 본 시스템에 자료보정에 대한 다양한 방법이 탑재되어 있다. 이와 별도로 기왕자료의 보정방법으로 TM과 일반방식이 이중화 되어 있는 관측소의 경우에는 연속적인 자료를 나타내는 기록지 자료를 활용하는 것이 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 하지만, 기록지 자료를 통해 오 결측된 TM 자료를 보완하는 것에 대해서는 아직 연구된 바가 없으며 이와 관련된 다각적인 검토가 국내에서 부족한 실정이므로 본 연구에서는 실제 한강홍수통제소에서 관할하고 있는 이중화 기록방식의 관측소를 선정하여 TM과 기록지 수위관측자료의 비교 분석을 통해 오 결측된 TM 자료를 일반 기록지 자료로 보완에 하는 것에 대한 실효성을 심도 있게 검토하여 수위자료 품질향상의 기반을 마련코자 한다.

Most of electronic medical record systems which have been built in Korean hospitals are based on source oriented medical record approach. These systems hardly satisfy diverse objectives owing to the innate imperfections in system architecture and development methodology. Thus, the hybrid of source oriented and problem oriented approach is highly desirable. The purpose of this study is to present an architecture and methodology required to construct hybrid electronic medical record system and to develop a prototype based on them. Analyzing the clinical processes and data requirements of problem oriented medical record approach we developed a software process model as weel as an architecture model which consists of legacy system, clinical data repository, problem list database, prospective plan database, user interface, and synchronization procedures.

The study aims to develop the indicators to evaluate archival information service environments for the disabled in archives. Based on the barrier-free authentication indicators, the study analyzed the main concepts of archival information services and the service movement lines of users in archives. The study developed new indicators to evaluate records and information service environments by synthesizing all the concepts of information services, service movement lines, barrier-free authentication indicators and the regulations related to archival information services. The study can contribute to find out core problems of service environments in archives through utilizing the new indicators and scales, and to suggest alternatives to improve the environmental conditions for the disabled.

중국의 옛문헌 $\ulcorner$시경$\lrcorner$에 콩(菽)이 기록되어 있는데 기원전 7세기 초에 제의 환공이 만주 남부지방인 山戎(산융)을 점령하여 콩을 가져와 이것을 戎菽(융숙)이라고 한 것을 보면, 그 원산지가 우리나라 이라는 것을 뒷받침 하기에 충분하고, 콩나물은 고려 고종대에 $\ulcorner$향약구급방(鄕藥救急方)$\lrcorner$이란 문헌에 $\ulcorner$대두황$\lrcorner$이란 이름으로 기술이 되어있고 그것이 중국에 전해져 후에 녹두나물로 개발되어 원대의 $\ulcorner$거가필용(居家必用)$\lrcorner$에 두아채란 이름으로 기록되어 있는 것을 보면 콩나물의 원산지 역시 우리나라 이라는 것을 증명하는 것이다.
