This study is to find out the type of relation existed for the career compromise of university students with respect to the career related variables. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey has been implemented for 278 University students in order to measure the level of career compromise, career decision-making self-efficacy, career outcome expectations, workhope, career motivation, and occupational engagement behavior. The data analysis facilitated SPSS 22.0 to administer reliability analysis, basic statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The result of this study is shown as follows. First, career decision-making self-efficacy, career outcome expectations and workhope are all shown to influence on career compromise, and the greater the relative influence of workhope. As a result of detailed look, career compromise has shown the influence, and career compromise has shown the influence, on the occupational engagement behavior. Therefore, university students in Korea confirmed that career compromise is negatively affecting career-related factors. Based on the research findings, it is meaningful to note that it is necessary to help university students effectively cope with the situation of the career compromise in a career guidance and consultation scene.

The goal of the study is to describe blockchain technology as it relates to enhancing supply chains in the retail sector in order to achieve sustainability. This study offers a critical analysis of the possible applications of blockchain technology and smart contracts to supply chain management. This paper explains how Blockchain technology may be used by customers and merchants in a variety of retail business operations to great advantage. By adopting a modified version of the UTUAT model, this study validates the possibility of using blockchain for supply chain management in the retail industry. The study found a significant and positive correlation between behavioral intention and acceptance toward employing block networks in supply chain management in the retail business. The behavior intention (BI) to adopt blockchain technology is significantly influenced by performance expectations, effect expectations, subjective standards, and enabling variables. The performance and effort expectations have a considerable impact on the BI to adopt blockchain in supply chain management.

Factors causing traffic accidents are various and traffic law violations can be among them. The efforts to increase traffic law obedience rates of drivers are common in many other countries to reduce traffic accidents, and one of generally applied methods is to increase the amounts of violation fines. Expensive levels of traffic law violation fines could have drivers choose "obey the law" in their decision-making stages since they are economically better-off by following the law. In this sense, this study has developed an economic model to verify whether the current levels of the traffic violation fines of Korea are effective for drivers to choose "obey-the-law" decisions. Speed violations and traffic signal violations have been selected for the case study to verify the relationships between "expected probabilities of being-caught" and "levels of violations fines".

This study aims to identify the relationship between outcome expectancy and illegal use of music sources, and examined the parallel double mediating model of reward sensitivity and social dilution of responsibility on that relationship. To achieve the purpose this study, data were collected from 302 male and female high school students living in Seoul metropolitan area, and a double mediating effect was analysed with PROCESS Macro 3.5 Model 4. Results indicated that outcome expectancy was positively correlated with reward sensitivity, social dilution of responsibility, and illegal use of music sources of high school students, whereas reward sensitivity and social dilution of responsibility were positively correlated with illegal use of music sources. This study found that reward sensitivity and social dilution of responsibility were mediating outcome expectancy and illegal use of music sources in parallel. These findings suggest that psychological mechanisms lead adolescents use illegal music sources might be important, and provide useful information for making strategies to prevent adolescents' uses of illegal music sources.

Technological advancements in the field of information and communication have led to the advent and usage of various types of smart devices, which have significantly altered people's usage behaviors and environments. This change has also been applied to the learning environment, where various smart devices are appearing and the learning behavior of learners is changing accordingly. In this study, we investigate learners' perceptions of digital note-taking behaviors focusing on the recently emerged learning media, tablet PCs and digital pens. Drawing upon the expectancy-confirmation model, we conduct a study on the factors affecting the (dis)confirmation and (dis)satisfaction of undergraduate students with tablet PCs and digital pens by comparing their expectations with their actual use experiences. An open-ended survey was conducted among students at C University in Korea, and the responses were analyzed through qualitative content analysis to derive four factors of expectation-confirmation and satisfaction and three factors of expectation-disconfirmation and dissatisfaction. Based on these findings, we provide academic and educational implications.

This study is on the variation of characters' role and desire in the series animation. For this study, Greimas Actant Model is used to analyze characters' role and behavior and Maslow's Motivation Theory is used to analyze the changing pattern in their desire. Finally, Joseph Campbell's Monomyth or Hero's Journey is used to analyze the whole narrative through all the series. For this analysis, this study chose series animation as a case, The study shows that the desire of the protagonist of series animation keeps escalating for higher values. On the contrary, the other characters' desire don't show any consistency. This result can be explained with monomyth frame. The escalation of the desire in natural because the whole series is a three consecutive episodes about the story of a person's turning over a new leaf and reunion of the parted family. Also, the escalation is originally plotted by the protagonist's expectation role in monomyth's three steps; self-awareness, accomplishment and ultimate freedom.

Supply of a smart device has been made with the development of communication networks and growing desire of people to improve the quality of life, the service industry about it have been made with smart devices. Among them, there are various services that can help people change their behavior to healthy life. But it does not have a large impact on the behavior change of performer because its been developed as a general process. Therefore in this study examine development situation about current behavior change applications through application markets. Development current situation can be separated by process to two patterns. As a result we propose behavioral change model that includes integrated change model that one of the behavior theory model, accomplish the goal process of goal setting theory and habit formation phase for automate the changes. Also, we provide appropriate service according to the model that leads motivation, sustainability of the action and positive behavior change to performer. We can expect in many aspects such as ability and motivation than existing service.

This research defined causal relationships among the perception of retirement and senior life(PRSL), retirement preparation actions(RPA), and retirement satisfaction level(RSL) to know the expectation about retired life according to the differences of retirement related factors, PRSL, and RPA. For this, From November 2015 to February 2016, I researched from 20 to 69, 1,500 currently working adults in the country, mailing surveys with the letter introducing this research's purpose and procedure and having them send them back, or researcher's spreading and collecting the surveys, eliminating 83 cases of negligent answers, finally analyzing 1,417 surveys. The result shows age, monthly income, and residing at their own places made more positive PRSL, RPA, financial retirement preparation level(FRPL), and expectancy about satisfactory retirement life. When they had less children, PRSL and RSL were higher. When they had more children, RPA was more proactive, and FRPL was higher. When they had positive PRSL, RPA was more proactive, and expectancy about retired life was higher. This research is significant in defining differences of retirement related factors and causal relationships among PRSL, RPA, and RSL.

The purpose of this study to investigate is as follows. First, this study examines the effects of WLB on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among domestic small and medium-sized company members. Second, this study examines the mediating effects of psychological safety on the WLB, and organizational commitment. Also, we will examine the mediating effects of psychological safety on the WLB, and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, the causal relationship between the dependent variables is verified. To test the hypothesis of this study, we analyze the statistics program using SPSS 25.0 and Macro Process. The results of this study through empirical research are as follows. First, WLB has a positive effect on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Second, psychological safety was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational commitment. Third, psychological safety was found to play a mediating role in the relationship between work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Hasteful behavior means choosing the best suited methods while behaving fast and quickly. We can't conclude whether hasteful behavior is totally bad or good. Striving for achievement of own certain purpose reflects achievement motivation or need for achievement. However, this striving also has potentiality of missing confirmation, therefore the potentiality may cause errors. The aim of this study is to investigate the psychological structure and characteristic of the hasteful behavior. One hundred ninety-one students conducted Hasteful Behavior Questionnaire, Achievement Motivation Measuring Scale, and NEO Personality Inventory. We analyzed data of 188 respondents, because of missing value. The result of factor analysis showed that hasteful behavior consisted of 5 factors- 「Uncomfortableness」, 「Time Pressure」, 「Isolation」, 「Boring Condition」, and 「Expecting Rewards」. According to correlations among the hasteful behavior factors and the relationship between hasteful behavior and achievement motivation, we found that hasteful behavior had two aspects, one was "Missing Confirmation(MC)" and the other was "Need for Achievement(NA)". We also found that 「Time Pressure」 was related to the both aspects. MC had a positive relation to Neuroticism, whereas MC correlated negatively with Conscientiousness. On the other hand, NA had a positive relationship with Extraversion and Achievement Striving.
