Currently, Korea is changing into an ultra-aging society, and office workers retire at the age of 49.5 on average from their main jobs, and the national pension is delayed from 62 years old to 65 years old by 2034, so research is needed to prepare for the aging of office workers after retirement. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the intention to start a business after retirement and the mediating effect of another sense of success expectation on life after retirement, targeting office workers nationwide. Changes in individual attitudes and systematic institutional support are needed to prepare for a sustainable job until the age of 100 after retirement, that is, a start-up utilizing wisdom and experience in work life. As a result of the study, the ability to perform the goal as job performance, economic preparation for retirement preparation, preparation for external relations, and future anxiety have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial will, and the ability to use new technologies as job performance, and physical preparation for retirement. Preparation and preparation for internal relations were found to have no effect. In the influencing relationship between preparation for external relations and the will of start-up, and future anxiety and will of start-up, another sense of success was confirmed to have a partial mediation effect. In the relationship between economic preparation and willingness to start a business, the effect of complete mediation was confirmed. In order to increase the will to start a business after retirement, it was confirmed that another sense of expectation for success was an important variable. Introducing a government-sponsored education system in the company to reduce the government's financial burden due to super-aging and achieve corporate growth through employee training while potential founders, office workers, are employed, and entrepreneurship and goals for the three life goals of office workers By introducing a performance improvement program, we were able to get implications that would be a solution to the growth of individuals and businesses and reducing the government's financial burden.

This study aims to seek the policies and the plans for the successful small business start-up through an exploratory study about the factors affecting the success rate of small business start-up. To measure the performance of the start-up business(sales revenue, net profit, and outcome expectancy), the characteristics of founders (experience, psychological characteristics) and the preparation of small business start-up were measured as independent variables and the self-efficacy was measured as a parameter. 427 small business owners were targeted and structured self-administered questionnaires were collected from them. For the data process, a multiple regression analysis by SPSS 18.0 was conducted. The findings demonstrated the experience in the same business, the need for achievement, the risk-taking propensity, the preparation period for business start-up had a significant effect on self-efficacy, and experience of failure and the ratio of net worth had a significant effect on sales revenue and net profit, and the locus of control had a significant effect on outcome expectancy through the self-efficacy, a parameter. It was also noted the self-efficacy of small business owners and the business performance varied depending on the characteristics of them and the preparation process of the business start-up. Based on the those findings, the theoretical and practical implications were discussed and the suggestions about the limits of the study, future policies and studies were made.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on child care teachers' self-efficacy in teaching science. Subjects were 297 childhood teachers who were working at a day care center. The data were collected by using three questionnaires(Science Teaching Efficacy Belief Instruments, Inventory of Science Attitude, and Attitude Test for Child Care Teachers). The data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and step-wise Regression. The results of this study are as follows; First, there were positive correlations between aptitude for child care teacher and self-efficacy in teaching science. Second, there were positive correlations between science attitude and self-efficacy in teaching science of child care teachers. Third, the significant predictors of self-efficacy in teaching science were interest in science, social value of science, interpersonal relationship management abilities, and positive emotions. The results of this study can be used to develop effective teacher training programs for early childhood science education.

The present study aims to examine the mediating role of life satisfaction in the relationship between productive activities and future time perspective in later life. Drawn from the 7^th wave of the Korea Longitudinal Study of Aging, our sample consists of a total of 6,756 older adults aged 55 and over. Complex samples analyses were conducted the relationship between productive activities, life satisfaction and future time perspective measured in two dimensions (i. e., life expectancy and job expectation). Results from complex samples analysis showed that productive activities were associated with life satisfaction and future time perspective. Employed older adults including unpaid family workers tended to have higher levels of life satisfaction and future time perspective (i.e., life expectancy and job expectation) than their counterparts. The relationship between productive activities and future time perspective was mediated by life satisfaction. Findings suggest that engaging in productive activities influences better satisfaction with life among older adults, which is eventually linked to an expansive view of the future. Policy implications were discussed that promoting productive activities in later life and age-friendly working environment should be encouraged.

세계적으로도 국방예산은 감소추세에 있는 반면, 무기체계는 첨단화, 고도화됨에 따라 획득비용은 고가화 되고, 무기체계 주요수출국가 측면에서도 세계적으로 무기수요가 감소되고 무기체계 개발기술은 세계화되어 가고 있는 상황이므로 각국은 새로운 무기체계의 획득시 양국간 또는 다국간 협력을 적극적으로 추구하고 있다. 국제무기협력(intemational armaments collaboration) 참가국들은 이를 통하여 경제적으로는 획득사업에 대한 비용과 위험을 분담할 수 있으며, 군사적으로는 군사동맹국 및 우방국간에 무기체계의 표준화와 상호운용성을 제고시킬 수 있고, 또한 정치적으로는 협력국가간에 결속력을 강화시킬 수 있다는 기대감 때문이다.

아바타로 촉발된 3D 영상에 대한 기대가 실감영상의 궁극인 홀로그래피로 확장되면서 홀로그래피가 실감미디어 기술로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 홀로그래피 기술은 기존의 방송, 통신, 미디어 기술들과 달리 매우 다양한 분야에서 활용되어 왔다. 디지털 홀로그래피 기술은 아직 원천 기술 개발단계에 있으나 실감영상에 대한 기대감, 유사홀로그래피의 등장 등으로 디지털 홀로그래피의 상용화를 위해서는 산업 및 시장에 대한 전략적인 설정이 필요하며, 이를 기반으로 상용화 전략을 수립해야 할 것이다.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between the expectation of independent life in old age and intergenerational downward transfer of Korean old people. It was focused on old people who did not live with their adult children by using the raw data of "2008 the Korean study of Welfare Services for the Elderly". The data were analysed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed the degree of the expectation of independent life in old age had positive effect on economic and service downward transfer of old people. Concretely, the degree of the expectation of economic and physical independence had positive effect on economic and service downward transfer of old people. The degree of the expectation of emotional independence had positive effect on service downward transfer of old people, while it had no effect on economic downward transfer.
