맵에디터(map editor)란 게임에 사용될 게임환경을 저작하는 도구로서 게임의 무대가 되는 지형을 생성하고, 게임에 사용되는 다양한 건물이나 주인공, 몬스터 등을 객체를 배치하는 등 게임 환경의 변화를 눈으로 보면서 손쉽게 저작할 수 있도록 한다. 뿐만 아니라 게임 객체 혹은 지형의 여러가지 속성을 설정해 게임에 그 값을 반영토록 하는 기능을 제공하기도 한다.

In this paper, we propose a new ECAD software for efficiently analyzing and debugging of digital architecture implemented in Verilog HDL or VHDL codes. This software firstly elaborates HDL codes so as to extract internal architecture structure, then generates several graphical aids such as hierarchical schematics by applying placement and routing algorithm, object tree to show configuration of each module, instance tree to show hierarchical structure of instances, and SPD (Signal Propagation Diagram) to show internal interconnections. It is more important function that same objects in different views(HDL codes, object tree, instance tree, SPD, waveform etc.) can be highlighted at the starting any object. These functions are sure to improve efficiency of manual job to fix bugs or to analyze HDL codes.

The essential Policy for solving the problems of the Seoul Metropolitan Region is the relocation of national pivotal functions into the non-Capital Region. The decentralization of pivotal functions should be pursued at the national level. National public institutions should be moved according to the characteristics of the institution itself and the regional function and specialization. Primarily, after selecting target institutions from the administrations at the vice-ministerial level, affiliated organizations, government-funded agencies, and institutions invested tv governments, we need to develop various measures to diminish the problems and obstacles resulted from the relocation of public sector. The construction of the new administration capital city is one of the alternatives which solve the problems of the Seoul Metropolitan Region and improve the regional inequality. It is very much important that the Korean citizens agree to the construction of the new administration capital city.

Electronic reference service was defined as reference service designed for remote users and identified by a specific link from a library' website. This study examined whether academic libraries deliver web-based electronic reference services to remote users. Particularly, four types of electronic bulletin board services, free bulletin board, FAQ, Q＆A and reference question-response service were measured in terms of 8 types of questions and 12 contents of questions. The result showed that there was few differences among 4 services. Guidelines for effective use of electronic bulletin board services in academic libraries were suggested: standardization of service names, easy access to menu services, definition of each menu, search function for contents and standard web forms.

It has been well known that the function of the furnace is to cook, to heat, and to light. Especially, it is easy to grasp relations between the furnace forms and the dwelling structure because the furnace was a part of the most important housing culture.

우리나라 하천 내에 설치된 횡단구조물은 보 35,000개소 이상으로 전국 하천의 0.6 km마다 수공구조물이 위치해 있으며 이로 인해 종적(longitudinal) 연결성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 농어촌연구원의 조사에 따르면 하천 횡단구조물이 설치된 구간에 어도 설치율은 14.9%로 나타났으며 이는 수생태 관점에서 연속성이 매우 열악한 상태임을 확인 할 수 있다. 이에 우리나라 각 부처 국토교통부, 환경부 등에서는 수생태 연속성을 확보하고자하는 노력이 지속되고 있으며 대표적으로 어류의 이동통로인 어도를 설치하거나 기존 어도의 효율을 향상시키기 위하여 개보수 작업을 지속적으로 실시하고 있다. 어도의 기능을 평가하기 위해서는 어도 내의 수리특성을 정확히 파악하는 것이 중요한데 연속적인 구조물로 구성된 어도 내 흐름은 매우 복잡하다. 특히 어도 내 구조물간 상호작용에 의하여 비정상 흐름이 발생하며 구조물 뒤에서는 사수역(dead zone)이 형성된다. 사수역에서 나타나는 와류의 거동은 구조물의 기하학적 특성에 따라 변화한다. 본 연구에서는 2차원 수심적분 수치모형을 활용하였으며 벽면 근처 점성저층의 유속분포을 재현하기 위하여와 점성항에 감쇠함수(damping function)를 고려하였다. 수치모형의 검증을 위해 실내 실험수로의 직선 개수로에서 PIV(particle image velocimetry)를 활용하여 연속적으로 배치된 구조물에 의한 유속자료를 활용하였다. 이 결과는 향후 새로운 어도설계 혹은 기 설치된 어도의 수리학적 기능을 평가하는데 활용이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present basic data on installation location, functional connection, and arrangement to be considered when planning a neonatal intensive care unit in a certified tertiary general hospital. Method: Review the facility standards related to the neonatal intensive care unit, such as laws and guidelines, and select a Certified Tertiary General Hospital as a case hospital among the Neonatal Intensive Care Regional Centers designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare to analyze the placement characteristics of major NICU components such as the location of the NICU installation, the connection of movement between adjacent facilities and functions, and the treatment room and accessory room. Results and Implications: NICU is a facility for critically ill babies among newborns and needs to consider more about infection and patient management compared to adult intensive care units, which not only install close to delivery-related facilities to enable immediate action after childbirth, but also divide the treatment room into open rooms and allow access to the attached rooms through dedicated corridors to minimize movement in the treatment room.

This paper presented high-level function model to achieve traffic engineering to construct traffic engineering infrastructure in Internet. Function model presented include traffic management, capacity management, and network planing. It is ensured that network performance is maximized under all conditions including load shifts and failures by traffic management. It is ensured that the network is designed and provisioned to meet performance objectives for network demands at minimum cost by capacity management. Also it is ensured that node and transport capacity is planned and deployed in advance of forecasted traffic growth by network planning.

본 연구에서는 하천구조물에서 자연과의 조화를 고려하여 생물과 공생을 목표로 한 다양한 접목시도를 통해서 Mattress/Filter시스템을 이용한 하천 본래의 기능인 환경생태기능을 회복시킬 수 있는 방안을 강구하고, 생태기능이 저하된 하천의 생태계 질을 향상시켜 건전한 하천생태계를 복원시키는 Mattress/Filter의 수질개선시스템의 개발을 시도하였다. 수변생태계 복원을 고려한 Mattress 시스템의 설계는 주위의 경관과 조화를 배려하여 도입을 결정하고, 법면구배 변화점의 모서리가 완만하도록 Mattress의 배치 및 크기를 결정하여 식생에 의한 피복이 가능토록 설계해야 한다. 이 치수 기능을 유지하면서 생태계를 보전하기 위한 대안으로 생태복원구조물인 친환경 Mattress/Filter 의한 수질개선시스템을 개발하여 기존하천에 초본식물들이 식생됨으로써 수질이 개선되어 하천 본래의 생태계를 유지할 수 있는 늪지 조성, 하천의 친수성 확보, 수변식물에 의한 동식물의 서식처 제공 및 수변경관이 보전된 식생 수변공간에 조성에 필요한 기법을 제시하였다.
