본 연구에서는 품질기능전개(QFD)를 품질전개, 기술전개, 원가전개, 신뢰성전개로 구분하여 각 단계에서 실무적으로 고려해야 할 중요한 사항을 제안한다. 품질전개에서는VOC로 J.D.Power사의 시장품질조사 방법을 활용할 것을 제안하며 기술전개에서는 새로운 SPC 공정도와 작업표준 작성방안을 제안한다. 끝으로 신뢰성 전개에서는 BOM의 구조분석과 RBD, FTA 통합기능분석, FMEA의 체계적인 정리 등의 3단계 전개방안을 제안한다.

The satisfaction of customers from the design stage of product was investigated and reflected by the stage of important function analysis in the enforcement of technique. The goal of this research is worked one reasonable function analysis of the cost reduction and quality enhancement to spread out by using QFD (Quality Function Development). In the case study, the function analysis of VE under the this theoretical background applied to one personal functional combination stimulator. In order to get our goal, the theoretical and case study was in parallel studied each other. This result shows that the new product by using the satisfaction of customers and the quality function development is pointed out the coincidence of the product value.

신제품 개발에서 고객의 요구를 정확히 분석하여 제품설계에 반영하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 하지만, 제품의 설계시 고객의 요구를 정확히 분석하고 정량화해서 이를 충족시키는 제품을 개발하는 것은 많은 노력과 시간을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 제품설계를 지원하기 위한 방법론으로 품질기능전개와 공리적 설계를 통합적으로 적용하는 방안을 제안한다. 우선, 고객의 애매한 요구들을 분석하여 제품기능요구로 변환하고, 제품설계 과정에서 품질기능전개와 공리설계이론을 적용시킨다. 효과적인 제품설계를 위한 품질기능전개와 제품설계의 성능평가를 제공하는 공리적 설계를 통하여 품질기능전개의 의미를 확장하는 프레임워크를 제안한다.

네트워크에서 보안 기능을 전개하는데 있어 정책 기반 전개 방법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정책 기반 보안 기능 전개에 있어 정책을 설정하고 검증하기 위한 프레임을 제시한다 정책 기반 기능 전개에 있어 중요하고도 어려운 문제는 설정한 정책의 정확성(correctness)과 완전성(completeness)을 검증하는 것이지만 이에 관한 기존의 방법은 주로 경험이나 혹은 감시에 의한 끊임없는 정책 갱신이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 제안된 여러 보안 모델들을 검토해보고 이 모델들로부터 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 정책의 정확성과 완전성을 위한 제어 프레임을 설계한다.

This study is to apply the Quality Function Deployment Methodology to select the Navy Battle Lab location among possible location sites. The Quality Function Deployment is known to be one of the good methodology in reflecting users' need. Thus the Navy Battle Lab location should b e selected on the basis of satisfying the Navy and ADD requirments. The data to be applied in QFD has been collected from the Navy users and ADD researchers. After carrying out QFD procedures, Jinhae was selected as the best site of the Navy Battle Lab.

점점 취약해지고 있는 우리 나라의 산업 경쟁력은 WTO 체제의 새로운 무역 질서와 치열해진 품질 및 생산성 경쟁으로 더욱 심한 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 품질 우위를 통한 산업 경쟁력 향상 노력은 기업마다 가지고 있는 공통적인 경영 과제가 되고 있지만 정부와 관련 단체 등의 의욕적인 품질경영(QM : Quality Management)시책과 노력에도 불구하고 이를 통한 가시적 경영 성과는 극히 일부 기업에서만 확인되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 TQM 적용상의 이론적 과제 해결에 보다 접근하기 위하여 품질기능 전개(QFD : Quality Function Deployment) 방식을 조직에 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉 조직에 대한 품질기능 전개가 TQM체제 구축을 위해서 유용한 수단이 될 수 있음을 보이고, 어떠한 단계로 전개하는가를 단계별로 제시하였다. TQM 도입 단계에서 전 조직 부문과 계층을 품질기능이라는 요소로 시스템화하고 이 시스템을 통하여 전 부문이 조직적으로 참여할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

Aged apartments lack parking space and are suffering from severe parking difficulties due to the increase in the supply of private cars due to the economic improvement. Efficient remodeling technology is required as a way to solve the problem of a shortage of parking spaces, but there is a lack of establishing a technology for remodeling plans that can reflect the characteristics of various parks. This study was conducted to analyze the functions of the parking lot expansion technology using the technology tree and to derive the final technology through the function deployment. As a result of functional deployment of the plan to expand the parking lot, the fifth function was deployed and a total of 22 technologies were derived. Four types of technologies are categorized, four technologies for underground expansion, 12 technologies for underground and ground expansion, two technologies for ground expansion, and four technologies for ground-based expansion. As a result of the functional deployment of the main entrance plan, the fifth function was deployed and derived with 22 technologies. The total technologies were grouped into four categories, four technologies for direct underground entry, 11 technologies for indirect underground entry, three technologies for direct access to ground, and four technologies for indirect entry to ground. Through case verification, the detailed technologies applied to the semi-industrial complex of remodeling were identified and expert surveys and interviews were conducted to verify the adequacy of the technology tree.

멀티미디어의 정보 전달 기능과 인상에 의한 교육 기능이 강력함에 따라 많은 멀티미디어 교육용 시스템이 개발되었으나 대부분의 경우 내용이 빈약하거나 시나리오가 고정되어 있어서 다양한 상황을 연출하지 못하고 단편적인 내용 전개에만 그치고 있으며 학생의 참여가 미흡한 일방적인 지식 전달에 머무르고 있는 설정이다. 이것은 멀티미디어 데이터는 많으나 데이터를 상연할 시나리오가 제작자의 의도대로만 전개되고 사용자의 행동에 따라 다양한 상황으로 전개할 수 있는 여건이 마련되지 않았기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스와 멀티미디어 스크립트를 이용하여 필요한 데이터만 갖추어진 제작자의 창의력에 따라 다양한 교육 내용을 저작할 수 있고, 실행 중에 사용자가 다른 상황으로 전개할 수 있는 스크립트와 시뮬레이터를 제안한다.

최근의 합성섬유에 있어서 고기능화는 이전의 천연섬유 지향에 탈피하여 독자의 기능을 가지는 새로운 섬유로의 전개로서 "신합섬"이 등장하였다. 소비자의 요구는 천연섬유의 기능성 요구하면서도 기볍고, 얇고, 부드럽고, drape성이 좋고 발색성이 양호한 섬유를 요구하고 있다. 더우기 각종 견뢰성이 우수하고 easy care하지 않으면 안된다. 이와 같은 요즘의 소비자요구의 고급화, 다양화를 생각할 때 wool에 고부가가치르 부여하는 일을 생각하지 않을 수 없다. 그래서 소비자에게 impact를 주고 message를 첨가한 제품을 제안하지 않으면 안될 것이다. 현재는 Price의 시대로부터 value 시대로의 변혁의 시기에 있다는 것을 인식하여야 한다. 양모섬유는 그 자신, 원래, 다종기능을 갖춘 섬유이며 건강유지에는 이상적이라고 말하는 의류소재라는 것은 잘 알고 있지만 그 지능을 강조하는 가공, 그 기능을 일부 희생시켜서라도 새로운 기능을 부가하는 가공, 종애의 가공기술을 개량, 혁신을 진행시켜 가는 것이 중요하다. 이들 가공기술면의 문제와 동시에 design 및 양모의 기능의 PR을 포함한 판매전략의 새로운 전개도 중요 괴제이다.도 중요 괴제이다.
