The Influence of Positive Emotion Induced by Cultural Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Citizenship Behavior (기업의 문화마케팅 활동이 긍정적 감정을 통해 고객만족과 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we conducted an empirical analysis to examine the effects of corporate cultural marketing activities on customer satisfaction and customer citizenship behavior through positive emotion variables. For this study, we conducted a survey on customers who have experienced cultural marketing activities of companies. The results are as follows. First, among the four factors of culture marketing activities, 'sponsorship','synthesis','style', and other factors excluding 'sales' factors influenced positive emotion. Second, positive emotion have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with products and services. Third, positive emotion affect voluntary customer citizenship behavior. As a result, it can be seen that the marketing activities of companies practicing cultural activities, differentiation of products and services based on culture, and formation of corporate culture emphasizing culture lead to positive emotion of customer. In addition, positive emotion are likely to lead to customer satisfaction with products and services, and furthermore, in order to create common value, it is sometimes possible to lead to customer citizenship behavior that voluntarily perform the same role as the company's spokesperson have. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary for domestic stakeholder to engage in innovative perspectives and ongoing activities based on the essential concepts of cultural marketing to secure customer and build competitive advantage.

Understanding the Effects of Hedonic and Utilitarian Values on Consumption Emotions and Customer Satisfaction (쾌락적 가치와 실용적 가치가 소비감정과 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempted to identify the relationships among perceived value (hedonic and utilitarian values), consumption emotions, and satisfaction. In addition, this study also tested the relationships of measurement items of these variables. The data were collected from American restaurant diners who have experienced any Asian restaurants within the last 30 days. A total of 435 responses was used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics, principal component analysis, reliability test, and regression analysis were utilized to analyze the data. The results found that hedonic value influenced positive emotions and satisfaction. Utilitarian value increased positive emotions and satisfaction while decreases negative emotions. In addition, positive emotions increased customer satisfaction; negative emotions decreased customer satisfaction. In the measurement level, traditional music, traditional aspects of food, and restaurant layout of hedonic value influenced positive emotions and interior design had an impact on customer satisfaction. On the other hand, food taste and healthy food option of utilitarian value influenced positive emotions and satisfaction; only food taste was negatively related to negative emotions. Managerial implications were provided.

Predictors of Positive Changes in Children with Divorced Parents: Focused on Moderating Effects of Family Incomes (이혼 가정 자녀의 긍정적 변화에 영향을 미치는 변인 분석: 가구 소득의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore predictors of positive changes in children with divorced parents and to demonstrate the structural path among the perceived experience of social discrimination, parenting difficulties, parent-child communication, and internet use of children that related to positive changes based on family incomes. The subjects for this study were 1,114 single parents from divorced families sourced from a study on the status of single-parent families in 2015. The results of this study by using the structural equation model of the moderating effect verification with family incomes and multi group analysis are as follows. First, single-parent's perceived experience of social discrimination turned had a significant positive effect on parenting difficulties( =.354) and children's internet use ( =.234). Single-parent's perceived parenting difficulties also had a significant positive effect on children's internet use ( =.440) but a significant negative effect on both parent-child communication( =.192) and positive changes of children( =.218). Interestingly, internet use of children demonstrated a significant negative effect on their positive changes. Second, parent-child communication, parenting difficulties, and children's internet use had a negative mediating effect with the relationship where single-parent's perceived experience of social discrimination had an effect on positive changes of children( =.167). Second, between the family groups based on family incomes, there was no statistically significant difference in the structural relationship. Based on these results, this study presented a practical proposal to help single parents not experience social discrimination and to help decrease the internet use of children to improve positive changes.

  • By conducting a survey on Vietnamese customers' attitude towards domestic and international franchise coffee shops, the purpose of this research is to examine the impacts of service quality and customer equity on customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. Based on this research's results, solutions for service improvements were considered to help franchise coffee shops improve customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer loyalty. Specific results were as follows. First results suggest that service quality has positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer trust. Secondly, in terms of customer equity, relationship equity has positive impacts on customer satisfaction and customer trust; However, although brand equity has positive impacts on customer satisfaction, it does not affect customer trust. Finally, customer trust has direct and positive influences on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Based on these results, this research proposes practical and theoretical implications and limitations for future research.

  • This research has analyzed the influence of Yeosu Expo's service quality on emotion, perceived value and satisfaction. First of all, the Yeosu Expo's service quality scale was composed with five types of levels : exhibition contents, quality of performance, human service, approach convenience and necessary expense. As the result of influence analysis, exhibition contents, quality of performance and necessary expense had significant influence on attendee's positive emotion. Exhibition contents, necessary expense and approach convenience to approach showed significant influence in perceived value, and necessary expense related to the expo had the highest influence among the three values. Also, the attendee's positive emotion and perceived value towards service from expo was analyzed to have satisfactorily significant influence.

  • This research focused on the research on nonverbal communication among communication, an important trait of consultants, who provide knowledge for the clients. The aim was to investigate meaningful influence on the perceived evaluation of clients, as well as the influence on the consulting corporate trust. The research results can be summarized as follows. It was verified that consultants' nonverbal communication positively influenced perceived consultants' evaluation. Also, it was confirmed that clients' perceived consultant evaluation positively influenced service provision corporate trust and long-term relationships.

  • In this research, the object is to analysis the impact of the four dimensions of Marketing Mix, product, price, place and promotion on store attitude. At the same time as mediating factors of relationship between Marketing Mix and customer attitude, experience factors, such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience are also analyzed. The results show that the promotion has a significant effect on sense experience, and place also has a significant effect on sense experience, feel experience and think experience. Another important result is, experience factors, such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience have significant effect on store attitude.

  • Product design is being recognized as an important source of sustainable competitive advantage. This research explores the effects of design evaluative elements on brand loyalty through design values. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, most design evaluative elements have positive effects on design values. Aesthetic, unique, feminine, noble, and utilitarian elements of design evaluation influence three types of design values: rational, kinesthetic, and emotional. While unique design evaluative element does not have significant effects on rational and kinesthetic design values, it has significant affect on the emotional design value positively. Secondly, three types of design values have positive effects on attitudinal brand loyalty. In addition, emotional and kinesthetic design values have positive influences on behavioral brand loyalty. However, the emotional design value has an indirect effect on behavioral brand loyalty through attitudinal brand loyalty. Lastly, attitudinal brand loyalty has a significant influence on behavioral brand loyalty positively.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the mediating effects of positive communication on the relationship between level of forgiveness and marital satisfaction of married men and women. For this purpose, a total of 300 married men and women were surveyed using the Rye forgiveness level, positive communication scale, and marital satisfaction scale. The collected data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. First, there was a correlation between the level of forgiveness of married men and women, positive communication, positive communication, marital satisfaction, forgiveness and marital satisfaction. Second, forgiveness of married men and women affects marital satisfaction through fully mediating effect of positive communication. This suggests that the higher the level of forgiveness of married men and women, the higher the positive communication and the higher the marital satisfaction. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were suggested.

A Study on Motivation and Utilization of SNS for High School Students in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how social motivation, functional motivation, playful motivation, and psychological motivation affect SNS user satisfaction in order to find out what factors are important to Korean high school students in using SNS. As a result, playful motives, functional motives, and psychological motives except social motives have an effect on SNS user satisfaction, and this satisfaction has a positive effect on students' value formation. These results suggest that the reason why Korean high school students use SNS is that they need it and enjoy it, that is, they use SNS from a personal point of view, and are not related to social phenomena. However, social motives were found to have a positive effect on functional and playful motives. In other words, various social phenomena, which are social motives, provide an opportunity and theme for the use of SNS, and functional motives have positive effects on playful and psychological motives. In other words, the various functions provided by SNS have a positive effect on the selection and use of SNS.
