  • The willingness of online music users to pay is the key to the protection of music copyright and the sustainable development of the industry. This paper aims to study the influencing factors of online music users' willingness to pay based on exploratory analysis. Based on the theory of customer perceived value, the unified theory of technology acceptance and use, and the theory of fan enthusiasm, the research model is constructed. Validate the obtained 583 valid data. Through analysis, I got that perceived value, interpersonal influence, fan enthusiasm, and personal payment awareness directly affect online music users' willingness to pay; practical value and hedonic value have a positive impact on perceived value, and the impact of economic cost and compilation cost has not reached a significant level; Online word-of-mouth negatively moderates the impact of perceived value on users' willingness to pay for music. Music platforms can formulate operating policies based on this.

The participants were 329 third and fourth grade students from the national university of education in G city. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficients, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. The score for the participants' health perception was 2.85 out of a possible 4, health promoting behavior about 2.49 out of a possible 4, and their score for attitude towards asthma was 3.67 points of a possible 5. The health perception and health promoting behavior showed a positive correlation with the attitudes about child with asthma. • This study presents a favoured pattern of makeup and psychology according to it by recognition type, through an examination of recognition for it in order to understand interest and awareness regarding it among female college students. The makeup is emotionally effective for confidence and positive thought, and is considered to be a category of social manner. The subjects can be grouped according to difference in recognition of makeup: contemplation, reception, observation and correspondence group. Although there is slight difference in the interest of four types of makeup depending on recognition difference, the behavior of makeup plays a large part in establishing personal relationships. The pattern of makeup favours natural style which places an emphasis on skin tone. The female college students in their 20s, who are at the center of current beauty trend market, were asked to conduct questionnaire of makeup, so interest and awareness of makeup behavior can be understand. If these findings are actively used in the beauty trend, various and effective beauty cultures are considered to be created.

Participants were 251 NS and NNS at college in S and I city. Mean score(range:1~5) of CC in NS was 3.35 and NNS, 3.23 and PWB in NS was 3.53 and NNS, 3.37. Thus, mean score of CC and PWB of two group were above the average and NS significantly higher than NNS. Significant relationship were in NS CC, cultural awareness, knowledge, sensitivity, skill and experience, PWB, self-acceptance, environmental mastery, positive relations with others, autonomy, purpose in life, personal growth. Therefore, it is necessary to develop cultural competencies and to provide nursing considering cultural diversity in PWB through extracurricular activities, lectures related to multiple cultures and the placement of multi-cultural subjects in the curriculum.

  • More than a decade after its initial proposal, deployment of IP Multicast has been limited due to the problem of traffic control in multicast routing, multicast address allocation in global internet, reliable multicast transport techniques etc. Lately, according to increase of multicast application service such as internet broadcast, real time security information service etc., overlay multicast is developed as a new internet multicast technology. In this paper, we describe an overlay multicast protocol and propose fast join mechanism that considers switching of the tree. To find a potential parent, an existing search algorithm descends the tree from the root by one level at a time, and it causes long joining latency. Also, it is try to select the nearest node as a potential parent. However, it can't select the nearest node by the degree limit of the node. As a result, the generated tree has low efficiency. To reduce long joining latency and improve the efficiency of the tree, we propose searching two levels of the tree at a time. This method forwards joining request message to own children node. So, at ordinary times, there is no overhead to keep the tree. But the joining request came, the increasing number of searching messages will reduce a long joining latency. Also searching more nodes will be helpful to construct more efficient trees. In order to evaluate the performance of our fast join mechanism, we measure the metrics such as the search latency and the number of searched node and the number of switching by the number of members and degree limit. The simulation results show that the performance of our mechanism is superior to that of the existing mechanism.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the social distance that physical therapists in rehabilitation clinics have for the person with disability. The subjects were 146 physical therapists at 8 sites in kyunggi provinces, investigated the social distance of the subjects by gender, age, religion, working years, circumstantial disorder. The results of this study were as follows. First, as for the social distance of the person with disability, the physical therapists showed relatively intimate perceived by the social distance and the sub-factors, physical distance and interpersonal distance. Second, they showed close social distance to the disabled when they had sex, age, working years, and showed close interpersonal distance to the disabled when they had male. Third, the subjects with disabled friends showed close physical and social distance to the disabilities. Finally, There was a significant correlation between the age of the physical therapist and the social distance to the disabled, there was a negative correlation between the number of years of work and the age, sex. Based on these results, interactions with disabled person affect the positive cognition toward disabilities. In addition, It is necessary to educate the therapist to change the attitudes and behaviors of the disabled person positively through improvement of the cognition of the disabled and direct experience with the disabled from the beginning of the clinic.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of job satisfaction among care givers. Finding out the determinants of job satisfaction among care givers, the dependent variables were defined 3 groups with 9 sub-factors, such as personal factors of growth needs and self-efficacy, job factors of job diversity, job autonomy, job importance, role clarity and workload, organizational factors of comradeship, education & training. For the study, data were collected form 479 care givers working in 52 care facilities of Chung Nam Province and analyzed them by regression analysis technique using the SPSS 20.0 statistical package. The results are as followings, job diversity, job importance, comradeship, education & training have positive effects on job satisfaction respectively, workload effects on it negatively, but growth needs, self-efficacy, job autonomy, role clarity no effectiveness on job satisfaction. Based on the results of study, theoretical implications are discussed for care givers to promote the job satisfaction and suggested the directions for further study. Further more, the findings provide the basic sources for care giver human resource management in long term care facilities which are suffering from recruiting of care giver, and it also contribute to successful management of long term care insurance system as a meaningful suggestion.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting nursing students' resilience. Methods: The subjects were 192 nursing students from a college in G city. Data were collected from september 23 to 26, 2019 and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Sheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: Resilience showed a statistically significant difference according to gender, grade, personal relation, motive for application, major satisfaction, grade point in general characteristics. Academic engagement and resilience showed apparent positive correlation (r=.37, p<.001), stress and resilience showed weak negative correlation (r=-.23, p=.001). In multiple regression analysis, the most affecting factor was the academic engagement (𝛽=.24), poor of subjective health status (𝛽=-.21), female (𝛽=-.19), junior of grade (𝛽=.13). These variables explained 33.0% of the total variance in resilience. Conclusion: To strengthen resilience in nursing students, learning atmosphere creation through intrinsic motivation in the regular class. Also, a variable academic engagement program should be provided to be able to positive thinking about academic study and achievement.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a school-based alcohol and delinquency prevention program. The program emphasizes the acquisition of skills to effectively deal with peer pressure specific to alcohol use and delinquency as well as to build more healthy relationships with both parents and friends. The program was operated by social workers in a middle school in Seoul for almost 2 months. The program produced positive results. That is, students' drinking frequencies, the level of positive alcohol expectancies, and the level of delinquency have been lowered. Finally, this study suggests that the length of the program be extended and the program be replicated by future social work practitioners and researchers in order to make the program more effective.
