Diagnosis of Organizational Culture: Focused on Public Institutions (조직문화에 대한 진단: 공공기관을 중심으로)

  • Organizational culture provides organizational members with identity, homogeneity and behavioral guidance, and promotes organizational commitment and enhances the stability of social systems. What organizational culture positively influences organizational performance? In this study, we tried to categorize organizational culture as creativity, change, cooperation, trust and knowledge sharing for specific public institutions and to diagnose the organizational culture by examining the level of recognition of the organizational members. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on organizational culture. The result of this study shows that the degree of future - oriented and cooperative culture of the public institutions that are the subject of research is not so high. In order to improve the performance of the organization, it is necessary to create a futuristic and cooperative culture. In order to create such a culture, various efforts must be made to continuously communicate and build trust among the members of the organization. In particular, leadership efforts to distribute, transfer, and trust authority to subordinates are a priority. In other words, it is very difficult to build a future-oriented, collaborative culture successfully without the efforts of managers.

A study on the effect of entrepreneurship and CEO competency on management performance of SME managers in the service economy era (서비스경제시대 중소기업 경영자의 기업가지향성과 CEO역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Humanity has reached the age of service economy. A new economy requires new management. The chief executive of new management is the CEO. The results of management decision-making are reflected in the company's performance, and are the basis for future growth engines. This study empirically analyzed the effect of CEO competence, corporate orientation, and management performance of small and medium-sized mid-sized business managers on each other. In the study, a hypothesis was established between eight variables. In addition, the relationship between corporate orientation and CEO competency, which has not been studied, was also identified. Set personal effectiveness, willingness to innovate, opportunity recognition, information perception, relationship formation, business management, leadership, organizational culture, and human resource management as measures of CEO competency. After defining the operation in accordance with this study, the analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, corporate orientation did not produce a meaningful result in management performance. And CEO competency showed a positive (+) effect on management performance. It can be judged that the CEO variable, a management variable, had a positive effect on management performance. Also, there was a significant result in the relationship between corporate orientation and CEO competency. Innovativeness, initiative, and risk-taking have positive implications for CEO competency. Lastly, corporate orientation showed statistically significant results on management performance through the mediation of CEO competency. It is worth noting the results of this study in that the time of the study was the timing of the global pandemic (fendermic) of the COVID19 virus. In the future, in-depth research is needed on the relationship between CEO-related factors and management performance in a more changed economic environment.

A Meta-analysis of variables related to Empowerment of social workers (사회복지사의 임파워먼트와 관련된 변인에 관한 메타분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the magnitude of the correlation effect between variables related to empowerment of social workers. To this end, 30 studies published in Korea were analyzed through meta-analysis. The results are as follows. First, the overall effect size of the variable group was the median effect size; the job-related positive variables showed the largest effect size among the variable groups, and then came the organization-related variables, the personal psychology-related variables, the job-related negative variables, and the personal background variables in that order. Second, among the factors related to personal background variables, all factors except position were found to have a small effect size, or close to a small effect size. Self-esteem, which is an individual psychologically related variable, showed a medium effect size close to a large effect size. Among the organizationally related variables, organizational commitment and transformational leadership showed a large effect size, and organization culture showed a medium effect size. In addition, job satisfaction, which is a positive job-related variable, showed a large effect size, while burnout from job-related negative variables showed a large effect size, and turnover intention showed a medium effect size.

The Effect of Perceived Similarity on Leader-member Exchange and Deviant Workplace Behavior (비교이론이 리더-구성원 교환이론과 직장 내 일탈행위에 미치는 영향)

  • Using a sample of two-hundred thirty-eight employees in the service industry, this study examined the relationships between perceived similarity, leader-member exchange (LMX), envy, and deviant workplace behavior (DWB) drawing on social comparison theory. Specifically, the current study predicts that an individual who perceives similarity to co-workers whose LMX is higher is more likely to report lower levels of LMX by focusing on upward social comparison. In addition, the study examines the moderating effect of envy in the relationship between perceived similarity and LMX. The results of the study supported the hypotheses, implying that, first, envious feelings coming from lower levels of LMX positively predict DWB. Second, employee envy moderated the relationship between perceived similarity and LMX such that envious people who report being similar to their colleagues also report lower levels of LMX with their supervisors. This means that employees who reported lower levels of LMX with their supervisors, reported committing more DWB than their counterparts. Finally, LMX mediates the relationship between perceived similarity and DWB, indicating that individuals who view themselves similarly to their colleagues report lower levels of LMX with their supervisors and in turn commit more DWB. We believe that it highlights the need for employees to feel special in order to have unique attention by, and relationships with their supervisors. These results have implications and suggest the need for the further study of employee's negative emotions, LMX theory, and DWB.

조직적 환경에 따른 ERP 구축방법이 변화관리와 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 90년대부터 많은 ERP를 도입하여 회사의 전체 업무를 통합시키고 실시간으로 모든 업무를 동시에 처리함에 따라 경영환경과 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 대처하고 있다. 이러한 ERP 시스템을 도입하던 기존의 업무 수행절차와 방법대신 ERP 패키지가 제공하는 프로세스와 기능을 적용하여 기업 내 업무기능을 혁신한다는 특징을 가지고 있어 조직변화를 수반하게 된다. 따라서 효과적인 ERP 구면을 위해서는 기업의 환경에 적절한 구축방법을 정하고 변화관리 이행 프로그램을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP를 구축하는데 어떠한 조직적 환경요인이 영향을 미지고. ERP 구축방법에 따라 변화관리의 특성이 어떻게 달라지며. 변화관리가 ERP 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고 이틀 근간으로 하여 상이한 구축방법을 통하여 ERP틀 구면탄 두 기업을 대상으로 심도있게 비교 분석함으로써 ERP 구축환경의 특성과 ERP 구축방법에 따른 변화관리 특성 및 ERP성과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 ERP 구축방법은 ERP 구축환경에 따라 차이를 보였으며, ERP 구축 방법에 따라서 변화기법이 달라진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 변화관리 방법 중에서도 최고 경영자의 리더십과 현업 직원의 적극적인 참여 및 전사적인 커뮤니케이션은 ERP 구축방법과 관계없이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 ERP 구축방법에 있어서 변화관리 활동은 ERP 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 사례연구로 얻은 시사점은 ERP의 구현하고자 하는 국내 기업들이 ERP 구축방법을 선정하고 적합탄 변화관리 방법의 전개를 위하여 실질적인 도움을 줄 것이다.6 전문가 그룹을 통해 시범적으로 적응하는 것으로 시작해, 학교 및 연구소를 통한 정보지식 공유 그리고 기업 정보화 솔루션으로 활용 될 수 있다.을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여

  • In 1990s, many organizations recognized the ERR system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integrating and managing enterprise resources. These organizations tried to implement the ERP system to hold the competitive advantage. And the ERP system leads to business process reengineering. So it is important to consider both organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process. This study is examined in detail about organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process, seeks how the difference of these factors related to the ERP success. The sampled companies implemented the ERP system by using the different ERP implementation approaches. This study provides that the ERP implementation approach differs from organizational environmental characters, and change management tactics are different according to the ERP implementation approaches. But, some change management factors are important regardless of the ERP implementation approaches. This study also provides the effects on EPR performance through the change management. The study is of service to the organizations implementing ERP and provides practical contribution for managing organizational changes.

Awareness of Local Residents on the Village Development Project According to the Types of Rural and Mountain Village Development (농산촌 개발마을 사례별 마을개발사업에 대한 지역주민 의식)

  • This study aims to suggest the necessary political implications for the introduction of green tourism in "Mountain Village Project" through the survey of local residents on the recognition of rural and mountain villages about the Village Development Projects. Direct survey using a structured questionnaire was executed to each local resident in different types of rural tourism villages such as the Mountain development village, the Green agricultural village, the Rural theme village, and mixed type of village between them. It was revealed that local residents in the Mountain development village had a positive reaction to the Project, whereas those in mixed type of village did not notice highly the change by the Project. Residents in the Mountain development village highly satisfied with the Project as improved income sources. In addition, it was shown that local residents recognised the necessity of social education and they highly wanted to participate in it. Residents in the Green agricultural village also wanted to put an effort to introduce an activity-based program for village development.

The Leadership Competition of Smart Platforms in the ICT Ecosystem: Comparative Analysis of Samsung Electronics and SK Telecom in the Appcessory Market (ICT생태계에서의 스마트폰 플랫폼 주도권 경쟁: 앱세서리 시장을 중심으로 본 삼성전자와 SK텔레콤 전략분석)

  • The continued development of smart devices representing smart phones and tablet PC has made significant changes to the ICT ecosystem. Along the development of smart devices, consumers' needs are also becoming increasingly diversified in addition to their rising expectations. Thus, in order to fulfill the changing customer needs, corporations in the ICT ecosystem have recently focused on appcessory products that are interlinked and utilized in existing smart devices. This study particularly analyzes the two corporations, Samsung Electronics and SK Telecom, which recently plunged into appcessory business. By the case study of these two companies based on the theories of ecosystem and platforms, this study analyzes the current status of the appcessory market, the potentials and significances of the business, business background of the two corporations, and the status of leadership competition in the appcessory market. In the case of Samsung Electronics and SK Telecom, the study shows that both corporations acquired new growth powers in the appcessory market with their entry into existing or other relating markets. Also, since the appcessory business is highly related to their existing businesses, each company was able to take advantages based on the capability that they already possessed and this relationship had positive effects on their overall businesses. In addition, the two corporations had common strategies in increasing their competitiveness by identifying internal weaknesses and building external cooperations. On the other hand, since the two companies have different business areas, their business background, business strategies, and the effects of expectations varied to each other. Thus, this study identifies commonalities and differences between recent smart platforms and corporations' engagement in the fierce leadership competition in the appcessory market.

Effect of Apartment Residents' Safety Awareness on Fire Response Performance: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Control Offices' Control Competence (아파트 거주자의 안전의식이 화재대응성과에 미치는 영향 : 관리사무소의 관리역량 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to reduce the anxiety factors of fires by following evacuation tips in case of fire in an apartment household. This study analyzed the moderating effects of the control offices' competence in control on safety awareness and fire response. The study results were as follows. First, the residents and control staff's safety awareness had a positive effect on the fire response performance. This indicates that the higher the residents and control staff's safety awareness level, the higher the fire responsive performance. Second, the higher the control offices' control competence level, the better the apartment residents and control staff's safety awareness had a positive effect on the fire response performance. These results indicate that the higher the control office heads' leadership, the higher the apartment residents' housing satisfaction and that the more communicative the control office heads' attitude toward the residents, the better their attitude had a positive effect on the fire response performance. Lastly, the control offices' control competence was analyzed to have a moderating effects on the effect of the apartment residents and control staff's safety awareness level on the fire response performance. These results showed that the change in the model's R2 value showed an increasing trend in stages as the value increased more in the stage 2 than the stage 1 and even more in the stage 3 with the interaction terms of the moderating variables added. For this reason, the control offices' control competence which was a moderating variable was analyzed to have a moderating effect on the effect of residents and control staff's safety awareness level on the fire response performance.

Teamwork Competency and Team Activity Experiences in Capstone Design Nursing Research Course (캡스톤 디자인 간호연구 수업의 팀워크역량과 팀활동 경험)

  • This triangulation study was performed in order to analyze the team competency effect of a capstone design nursing research course, and to appraise the content of team activity experiences. Subjects were 99 nursing students who were educated in the capstone design nursing research at D university. The teamwork competency of nursing students was compared before and after class, and the team activity experiences in the capstone design nursing research class was analyzed through narrative data. Our results show significant increases after class in task performance competency (t=-2.166, p=0.033), which includes goal execution competency (t=-2,224, p=0.028). In the interpersonal competency category, leadership was significantly increased after class (t=-2.085, p=0.040). The 5 categories evaluated were 'difficulties in managing resources', 'aware of the importance of personal effort and competency', 'efforts to effectively distribute roles', 'to realize the importance of communication', and 'strengthen the competency needed for clinical practice'. Through this research, we confirm that the capstone design nursing research course is effective for improving teamwork competency, and it provides a positive team activity experience to nursing students. Taken together, our findings indicate that the capstone design nursing research course can be applied to improve the nursing research competency by strengthening teamwork competency.
