Digital watermarking이란 영상이나 비디오, 오디오, 텍스트 등의 저작물에 잘 식별되지 않는 표시를 삽입하여 저작권을 보호하는 방법으로 소유권자의 동의없이 저작물을 배포, 복사되는 것을 방지하는 법이다. 본 논문은 watermark를 삽입하기 위해서 sin과 cos 함수를 이용한 Fourier 급수전개를 이용하였다. 우선 , 원 이미지를 주파수 영역으로 변환한 다음 watermark를 삽입할 위치를 M $\times$Nro의 Random Sequence를 발생하여 결정하였으며, M개의 파형을 가장 직교성이 좋다고 하는 sin 함수와 cos 함수를 이용하여 Fourier 급수전개를 하였다. 이 때, sin과 cos의 n의 고조파 역시 Random Sequence를 발생하여 결정하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 이와 같이 Fourier 급수전개를 했을 때 각 항의 Fourier 계수를 산출하여 이 Fourier 계수에 watermark를 삽입하였다. 실험 결과 JPEG 압축, Blurring, 노이즈삽입 등의 이미지 왜곡에 대하여 watermark 상관관계가 최소 0.1979에서 최대 0.9732까지의 견고성(robustness)을 보였다.

Several methods are proposed for optimizing Fourier series estimators with respect to Mean Integrated Square Error metrics. Traditionally, such method have followed. one of two basic strategies; A stopping rules or the rules of determine multipliers. A central hypothesis of this study is that better estimates can be obtained by combining the two strategies. A new multiplier sequence is proposed, which used in conjunction with any of the stopping rules, is shown to improve the performance of estimator which relies solely on a stopping rule.

COSINE 급수를 이용한 유한 길이 원통형 셀의 유체 영향계수에 대한 해석결과를 양단 단순지지 조건(Simply-supported condition)을 갖는 해석모델에서 이용한 SINE 급수를 적용한 해석 결과와 비교, 검토한 결과 유사한 경향을 보이고 있으며, 무차원 파수 ka 값이 커질수록 Reactance는 0으로 접근하고 Resistance는 .rho.c 값으로 접근하는 경향을 가지고 있어 타당한 해석방법임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 양단에 끝막이 판을 갖고 있는 원통형 셀에 대한 음압복사 현상을 해석하는데 COSINE 급수를 이용하는 것이 가능함을 본 연구를 통하여 확인하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 유도한 Z$_{mm}$값을 이용하면 양단에 끝막이 판을 갖고 있는 원통형 셀에서의 유체 효과를 용이하게 해석할 수 있다.

Hydraulic analysis of water distribution system can be divided into demand-driven analysis and pressure-driven analysis. Demanddriven analysis can give unrealistic results to simulate hydraulic conditions under abnormal operating conditions such as sudden demand increase and pipe failure. In Korea, demand-driven analysis has been used to establish emergency water supply plan in many water projects, but it is necessary to use pressure-driven analysis for establishment of emergency water supply plan. In this study, WaterGEMS model that was developed for pressure-driven analysis is used to evaluation of emergency water supply plan of J city. As the results, it was able to draw up more efficient plan for water supply in small block, and established emergency water supply plan of J city was determined to be appropriate.
