  • It is Study Service Model for Case Study of Internet Bank. With most major full service banks having launched transactional Internet banking, attention is shifting to the realities of managing the Internet channel as a profitable component of an overall delivery strategy. In addition to examining Case Study and Internet Bank Model. Services of Internet Banking available through the Internet are as follows. 1. credit card loans, personal loans. 2. high-yield financial products. 3. insurance products. 4. securities products. 5. Case study of Foreign Internet Banking(ING, BNP, HSNC, City Bank). The study reviewed fields, including financial services, customer service, Website formation and design, convenience of use and system safety, Internet Banking Model, and many related areas. Internet Banking earned high marks in most fields. This Study review focuses on the following: Understanding and meeting consumer expectations for us ability, site performance and functionality. Integrating the Internet channel into overall marketing, product delivery and customer service strategies. Strategies to increase customer satisfaction with Internet Banking and to attract new Internet bankers. therefore this study review activity model concretion of Internet Banking Model and Case Study.

Understanding the Impact of Perceived Empathy on Consumer Preferences for Human and AI Agents in Healthcare and Financial Services (의료 및 금융 서비스에서 인간-AI 에이전트 선호도에 소비자가 지각하는 공감 능력의 중요성이 미치는 영향)

  • This study explores variations in preferences for human and AI agents within the medical and financial services. Study 1 investigates whether there are preferential disparities between human and AI agents across these service domains. It finds that human agents are favored over AI agents in medical services, while AI agents receive greater preference in the financial services. Study 2 delves into the underlying reasons for the preference differentials between human and AI agents by assessing the significance of certain capabilities as perceived by users in each domain. The findings reveal a mediating role of perceived empathy importance in the effect of service domains on human-AI preference. Furthermore, perceived empathy is deemed a more critical capability by users for preferring human over AI agents across both service domains compared to other capabilities such as experience and agency. This research is noteworthy for elucidating the variances in preferences for human and AI agents across medical and financial services and the rationale behind these differences. It enhances our theoretical comprehension of the pivotal factors influencing preferences for human and AI agents, underscoring the significance of human experiential capabilities like empathy.

  • According to the existing studies, the yearly IT budget on Korean financial industry has the same pattern with the GDP Change trend. We analyzed the correlation between GDP and the IT budget of financial industry for the 20 years since 1993. According to the results, as time went by the IT budget of bank, life insurance and securities has been consistently maintained a downward trend. On the other hand, it was confirmed to be maintained a upward trend of the non-life insurance's IT budget. As a result, we analyzed the impacts of IT regurations in the financial industry, then proposed the policy directions of the financial IT services industry.

  • 오늘날 휴대 단말기의 대중화에 따라 무선 가입자가 유선 가입자를 넘어서고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 유선의 전자상거래 서비스 업체들이 무선의 서비스를 제공하려고 한다. 이에 무선에서 과금 및 금융서비스가 필요하게 되었다. 특히 금융 서비스는 무선에서 제공하는 서비스 중 하나가 될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 안전하게 지불할 수 있는 시스템으로 해쉬체인을 이용하여 효율성을 높인 소액 지불 시스템을 제안한다 제안된 방식의 경우 해쉬체인을 이용하므로 분할 지급 할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

  • 최근 들어 주식시장에 신규 개인투자자들의 유입이 많아지고 있다. 하지만 기본적인 금융에 대한 지식이 부족한 사람들이 많고 기존 서비스들은 금융 혹은 주식에 대한 이해도를 기반으로 직접 분석해야 했다. 이런 사람들을 위해 직접 분석하지 않더라도 투자할 기업을 판단할 수 있는 시각화 정보(Infographics) 서비스를 구현하였다. 필요한 정보를 얻기 위해서 open API를 사용하였는데 API의 특성상 윈도우즈 환경이 필요하여 리눅스와 윈도우즈 서버를 구축하고 서로 다른 OS 환경에서 이종 API를 처리할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

  • Due to the popularity of smartphones and the simplification of financial services, the number of mobile financial services is increasing. However, the security keypads developed for existing financial services are susceptible to probability analysis attacks and have security vulnerabilities. In this paper, we propose and implement a security keypad based on dual touch. Prior to the proposal, we examined the existing types of security keypads used in the mobile banking and mobile payment systems of Korean mobile financial businesses and analyzed the vulnerabilities. In addition, we compared the security of the proposed dual touch keypad as well as existing keypads using the authentication framework and the existing keypad attack types (Brute Force Attack, Smudge Attack, Key Logging Attack, and Shoulder Surfing Attack, Joseph Bonneau). Based on the results, we can confirm that the proposed security keypad with dual touch presented in this paper shows a high level of security. The security keypad with dual touch can provide more secure financial services, and it can be applied to other mobile services to enhance their security.

Effect of Anthropomorphic Chatbot's Self-disclosure and Emotional Expression on User Experience - Focused on Conversational Error in Financial Service (의인화된 챗봇의 자기노출과 감정표현이 사용자 경험에 미치는 영향 - 금융서비스에서의 대화 오류 상황을 중심으로)

  • Financial service chatbots are hindering user experience with conversational errors and machine-like responses. This study aims to examine the effect of self-disclosure and emotional expression of an anthropomorphic chatbot on user experience before conversation errors occur in financial services. In financial inquiries, scenarios were designed based on self-disclosure type (positive vs. negative) and emotional expression level(high confident vs. low confident), and online experiments were conducted. The result revealed that when anthropomorphic chatbot provided self-disclosure and emotional expression, the main effect has been shown on trust, annoyance, service recovery, and intention to continuous use. In addition, interaction effects were significant in trust and annoyance. In conclusion, this paper demonstrated that anthropomorphic chatbot's positive self-disclosure and confident emotional expression influenced trust and annoyance.

  • The purpose of this paper aims at contributing to the national economic development through global competitiveness enhancement by marine finance's hub and marine logistics cluster by finance specialization and finance support as a creative-type service industry in global shipping port logistics. This study adopted the integrated approach and applied it to policy implementation to achieve the effectiveness. Creative-type marine finance development stages as a tool of policy implementation and the guide line for the time of policy implementation are followed by Stage 1(Construction & Growth Policy) for 2013~2016, Stage 2(Forstering & Activation Policy) for 2017~2019) and Stage 3(Continuous Development Policy) after 2020 until its completion. Korea has the inferiority over the competitiveness in global marine finance and needs a strategic approach to secure the liquidity of marine finance; interim, Islamic finance has been come to the force as a new alternative in financial transaction being accompanied by a spot transaction since the crisis of global finance. In order to create a potential slack of Korea in marine finance practice, in addition, this study suggests a consortium with the circle of Islamic finance as a clue of an easier policy implementation at the beginning stage.

  • 2015년 대한민국을 관통하는 키워드 중 하나가 O2O (Online to Offline)이다. 대기업과 중소기업까지 O2O를 전면에 내세우고 새로운 비즈니스를 모색하는 기업들이 확대되고 있다. O2O 비즈니스 기업들의 업종도 모바일 메신저, 포털을 비롯한 인터넷 사업자, 통신사업자, 모바일 기기 제조사, 전자상거래 기업과 같은 정보통신기술(ICT) 관련 기업부터 유통기업까지 다양하다. 본 연구를 위하여 2014.5~2015.5 1년 간 여자대학생 92명의 '모바일 쇼핑 금융서비스 이용 현황' 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과, 상품정보검색(96.7%), 구매(88%), 주문 배송(77.2%), 할인 프로모션정보(62%) 등 모바일 쇼핑을 하였고, 모바일금융 서비스로는 하루에 1번정도 (20.4%), 월1~3회(20.4%), 1주 3~4회(16.3%), 이용 안하는 경우(24.5%)로 조사 되었다. 모바일 금융서비스를 이용하지 못하는 이유로는 개인정보보안 및 해킹우려(39%), 이용/결제 과정의 불편함(25.8%) 등 이었으며, 국내 O2O 플랫폼이 제공하는 서비스는 쇼핑부터 결제까지 완결적인 구조로 보완할 부분이 필수적이다.

Factors Influencing Acceptance of Mobile Services: Moderating Effects of Service Type (서비스 유형의 조절효과를 고려한 모바일 서비스 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인: 모바일 게임과 모바일 금융 서비스를 중심으로)

  • The focus of this research is to investigate which factors are important for the adoption of mobile service and the moderating effects of service types such as hedonic and utilitarian service between those factors and the adoption of mobile service. The empirical results based on the data gathered from 169 users of mobile games and finance service showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust had significant impacts on the adoption of mobile service whereas social influence did not. Also the moderating effect of service type was found that perceived usefulness and trust have more impacts on adoption of mobile service in mobile finance rather than mobile game. Base on these empirical results, this study suggests the managerial implications for mobile service marketing.
