Analysis of actual conditions for entry into the Global Water Market (글로벌 물시장 진출을 위한 실태 분석)

  • 국내 물시장은 100%에 가까운 상·하수도 서비스 수준을 달성한 지 오래다. 결과적으로 국내 물시장은 한계에 이르렀다는 평가와 함께 국내 물산업의 지속가능한 발전을 위해서는 포화된 국내 시장을 벗어나 해외 신시장을 발굴해야 한다는 견해가 보편적이다.. 그리고 정부에서는 2006년 물산업 육성 전략을 수립하는 한편 국내 물기업의 해외시장 진출을 위해 다각적인 정책을 수립·추진하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지역별·국가별 특성을 고려한 물시장 진출 전략의 필요성 관점에서 타겟시장으로 주목을 받고 있는 국가 사우디아라비아의 물시장 특성을 검토함으로써 국내 기업의 현지 진입 전략을 제시하였다. 사우디아라비아 정부는 '비전 2030'에 의거 시설 및 서비스 확대, 민간참여 등 물 부문의 성과목표를 제시하였으며, 물시장 규모는 2021년 기준 116억 $ 규모로 추정된다 추정된다(GWI, 2021). 현지 물시장 관련 SWOT 분석 결과는 인프라와 담수화 분야에 대한 지속적 투자 및 시장 개방화, 그리고 다수의 레퍼런스 보유 등이 기회이자 강점인 반면 오일머니 중심의 산업구조, 정부 중심의 투자, 높은 시장경쟁 등은 약점이자 위기로 분석되었다. 그리고 본 연구는 현지 물시장 진입 전략으로 첫째, 현지 정부 및 기업과의 협력 강화를 통한 정보취득, 둘째, 향후 성장 가능성이 높은 담수화 관련 에너지 효율 제고, 막힘현상(파울링) 등에 대한 혁신 기술 및 가격경쟁력 확보, 셋째, 프로젝트 수주, 소재·부품 등의 수출을 위한 현지화(지사, 사무소, 연구소 등 개설) 등을 제시하였다.

  • In maritime logistics, the technology for transmitting status information has been greatly developed, but it has not been available in general logistics environment or it is impossible to support two-way communication as it simply receives and transfers a container's information. In particular, to support two-way communication in all sections of the global maritime logistics, the address value, which can identify the tag, should be managed. In this context, to improve the 433 MHz-based RFID, the project called "DASH 7" has been conducted in recent years. However, it has stopped proceeding because of its slow progress, including the standardization and development of references. In this paper, we introduced an active IP-RFID system configuration for real-time communication in global maritime logistics using a two-way communication-which is characteristic of an IP-applying virtual address values in the RFID tag, and proposing its process and function. When you apply the IP-RFID system proposed in this paper, not only real-time status tracking in the maritime logistics area is possible, but it is also applicable for controlling the tag.

  • The importance of the national reseach and development project has been increased since the global financial crisis for overcoming the world economic recession and responding the threatens of the global competitiveness. As the budgets are increased and the size of the tasks is enormous, the government often requests high-level audits and data for the transparent management of research expenses. As a result, the researchers who have to concentrate on the original research work spend much time in administrative processing, government audit, and responding to the demand data than the time to concentrate on the research work. It is absolutely necessary to have a system that can integrally manage R & D projects from a company-wide point of view in order for researchers to work efficiently and concentrate on the original research. Korean government has increased the investment for the national R&D, and therefore the size of R&D projects has become more larger. Therefore, this study attempts to present a standardized management process and system establishment direction for the efficient management of research and development project and to study the success factor of system establishment for the successful execution of project and the project management plan by the case study.

Quantification of Schedule Delay Risk of Rain via Text Mining of a Construction Log (공사일지의 텍스트 마이닝을 통한 우천 공기지연 리스크 정량화)

  • Schedule delays present a major risk factor, as they can adversely affect construction projects, such as through increasing construction costs, claims from a client, and/or a decrease in construction quality due to trims to stages to catch up on lost time. Risk management has been conducted according to the importance and priority of schedule delay risk, but quantification of risk on the depth of schedule delay tends to be inadequate due to limitations in data collection. Therefore, this research used the BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) language model to convert the contents of aconstruction log, which comprised unstructured data, into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)-based structured data, and to form a model of classification and quantification of risk. A process was applied to eight highway construction sites, and 75 cases of rain schedule delay risk were obtained from 8 out of 39 detailed work kinds. Through a K-S test, a significant probability distribution was derived for fourkinds of work, and the risk impact was compared. The process presented in this study can be used to derive various schedule delay risks in construction projects and to quantify their depth.

  • In developing countries, economically under-privileged are mostly consisted of women, therefore supporting those women signify supporting the local society and the family. Advancement of women's economic status not only contributes to her family but also to the local society, nation, and to the global world as a whole. This paper is a research on local informatization and successful model in e-business for Indonesia, which established interactive research model networking with Korea-Indonesia Research Institution and policy-makers for two years and susggested practical research model through visiting Pekalongan. Through activated interaction between women enterprises and policy makers from Korea and Indonesia, the research paper seeks to create research based network and provide opportunities of information access and business matching to local informatized and e-business enterprises. In research adopted regions, city development project has been accomplished in human, business and environmental field since 2005, and have selected Pekalongan region where infra is settled to certain extent. With the information about Indonesia's city development project, investigation on Pekalongan's current geographical, humanistic status quo, the paper aims to and create Indonesian female e-business professionals, e-business user, e-business producers and provide successful model on Pekalongan's local informatization and e-business.

  • This study is The Effect of the on the purchase behavior of the Software Quality. To have purchased the software in a Consumer surveys were conducted. The following is a summary of results of this research. First, the software quality and significant consumer purchasing behavior (+) of influence.   • Under the constantly intensifying global competition environment, many companies are exploring new business opportunities in the field of social innovation using creating shared value. In seeking social innovation, it is a key starting point of social innovation to clarify the problem to be solved and to grasp the cause of the problem. Among the many problem solving methodologies, design thinking is getting the most attention recently in various fields. Design Thinking is a creative problem solving method which is used as a business innovation tool to empathize with human needs and find out the potential desires that the public does not know, and is actively used as a tool for social innovation to solve social problems. However, one of the difficulties experienced by many of the design thinking project participants is that it is difficult to analyze the observed data efficiently. When analyzing data only offline, it takes a long time to analyze a large amount of data, and it has a limit in processing unstructured data. This makes it difficult to find fundamental problems from the data collected through observation while performing design thinking. The purpose of this study is to integrate qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis methods in order to make the data analysis collected at the observation stage of the design thinking project for social innovation more scientific to complement the limit of the design thinking process. The integrated methodology presented in this study is expected to contribute to innovation performance through design thinking by providing practical guidelines and implications for design thinking implementers as a valuable tool for social innovation.

  • This study is to examine the influence of Asian countries on the economic field, and to explain the characteristics and purposes of China's Belt and Road Initiative using data analysis. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence and characteristics of China's One-to-One Road Initiative on the economic sector by examining trade and investment in Asian countries adjacent to China. In particular, the One-to-One Road initiative is proceeding in a way that connects China and neighboring countries. It is to understand the dependence of the Asian countries in China on the Chinese economy. In addition, it is intended to derive implications by grasping and evaluating what the level is based on data. This study also attempts to grasp the influence and ripple effects of the one-on-one strategy on the Chinese economy and the North Korean economy, where dependence is deepening. Recently, the strategy for Asian countries through a one-to-one initiative in China has been restructured in the framework of the construction of the "21st century Maritime Silk Road" and emphasizes the cooperation mechanism led by the country. In progress of the one Belt and One Road, Chinese ICT companies are remarkable. This study looked at the influence of China's digital one Belt and One Road on Asian countries.

The Effects of Objective Value Evaluation Factors of Design on Global Competitiveness of Design-Specialized Company (디자인에 대한 객관적인 가치평가 요인이 디자인전문기업의 글로벌 경쟁력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is intended to grope for a way of strengthening the independent competitiveness of Korean design industry by deducing objective value evaluation factors in design and by closely examining what relation these factors have with the competitiveness of design-specialized company in global markets in order to reinforce the qualitative value system of design, and in order to strengthen the industrial competitiveness of design. First of all, this study defined the objective evaluation factors in design as the quantification of measurement evaluation, the consistency of process, the compatibility of project, and logical persuasiveness, and defined the competitiveness factor in design-specialized company as the reliability and service quality of company, and established a research model. According to the results of test, most of hypotheses were accepted. However, it was understood that the quantification of evaluation didn't have direction effect on the service quality of design-specialized company.

  • The design consultancy, with the development of economic integration, globalization of industrial design, technology revolution in the world and social economy, has come into being and grown gradually, which has injected new energy for the innovation of products and the expansion of new markets. Meanwhile, designers' function and their means to create value have started to diversify, instead of the single one, designing products only. As far as the thesis is concerned, it introduces relevant literature first so that basic concept, classification and etc. of the present design consultation are given. Second, with the help of certain research in advance, it shows the growth and the trend of design consultancy in UK, Japan and South Korea, as well as designers' progress and the diversion of their function with economy development. Finally, the conclusion is given on the basis of the ambiguity of designers' function in industrial design consultation in present corporations. Besides, it points out what roles are likely to be played by designers, as the planner of the whole project, the maker of the strategy, the provider of the whole program, the guide of clients and the supplier of related database, while providing industrial design consultation.
