Subjects were 462 clinical nurses at two general hospitals in Seoul, and survey was conducted from May to July, 2017. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that career commitment was correlated with EI or CSE (r=.28, p<.001; r=.34, p<.001). EI was correlated with CSE (r=.44, p<.001). CSE, spouse status, EI, position, subjective health status, and working department were identified as the factors affecting the clinical nurse's career commitment ($R^2=.21$). • The goal of this study is to awaken about risk occurred by CT examination. For radio-technologists working at 'S medical center' located in Seoul, we investigated a recognition about dose and risk CT and normal X-ray examination according by working experience in hospital, experience about CT examination and radiation source. For subjects of investigation, radio-technologists working at 'S medical center' located in Seoul helped us. We collected 131 questionnaires for a test of hypothesis. Cronbach @ coefficients of questionnaires were 0.825988 and 0.767161 and a rejection rate of p-value was below 0.05. SAS 9.1(SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA.) statistic package was used for hypothesis test. We used Mann-Whitney test, Kruskai-Wallis test, Two sample T-test, Two sample T-test with Bonferroni's Correction and One-way ANOVA methods. P-values of hypothesis about dose of CT and normal X-ray examination were 0.2291 ~ 0.9663. p-values of hypothesis about risk were 0.1924 ~ 1.0000. All of hypothesis is over rejection rate(<0.05). This study shows that radio-technologists of S medical center recognized that CT has higher dose and risk than general X-ray examination.

From September 1 to September 27, 2022, 144 nurses at a COVID-19 dedicated hospital in the I area were collected. The collected data used the SPSS Statistics 23.0 program. As a result of the study, the intention to turnover according to general characteristics showed significant differences in work experience (F=11.20, p<.001), and by position (F=4.09, p=.009). In addition, turnover intention showed a significant correlation with job stress (r=.561, p<.001) and nursing work environment (r=-.382, p<.001). The factors influencing turnover intention were job stress (β=.46, p<.001), work experience of more than 11 years (β=.34, p<.001), work experience of 3-10 years (β=.20, p=.022), nursing work environment (β=-.22, p=.001), and 43.9% of explanatory power. Accordingly, in order to reduce the intention to turnover of nurses at hospitals dedicated to COVID-19, it is necessary to create measures to reduce job stress and an efficient nursing work environment considering the characteristics of work by career in infectious disease situations.
