지난 몇 년간 KISA의 국제적인 대외활동은 매우 다양하게 이루어져 왔다. KISA를 벤치마킹 대상으로 삼고 있는 말레이시아, 베트남, 필리핀 등 동남아시아 IT 개발도상국에게 정보보호와 관련된 다양한 교육과 기술 노하우를 전수하는 한편, APEC, OECD과 같은 국제협력기구 내 IT 및 정보보호 관련 분과에서 KISA의 표준안이 채택되고 있다. 또 국제협력을 위한 프로젝트들 중에서도 상당 부분을 KISA가 주도하고 있는 상황이다. 가장 최근에는 APEC 내 정보보호 분과인 보안번영운영그룹(SPSG:Security and Prosperity Steering Group)의 간사로 KISA 대응지원팀 조진현 선임연구원이 선임돼 향후 2년간 회의 진행은 물론, 실무그룹이 수행할 프로젝트 내용을 회원국과 함께 결정해 나가게 된다.

The study aims at investigating students' behaviors and perceptions regarding the collaborative learning based group project using the wiki environment. The study utilized Google Sites as a case, and analyzed file unloads, the use of web pages, navigation bars, and comments as well as surveys. The study discusses main characteristics of students' activities in the collaborative learning group project, which are drawn from the analysis of students' behaviors and perceptions. The study also provides implications for improvement of wiki environment to support collaborative learning in education.

This paper intends to provide information about whichgroups should receive particular attention from policies aimed at raising participation and employment. A detailed portrait of the diversity of non-employment is presented with description of the extent the under-represented groups stayed in situations of labor inactivity. Also, once in employment, how these groups move from one sector to another is a main interest in the analysis. Using longitudinal data (1998-2002) constructed from 'the economically active population survey', I followed individuals over a five-year period and analyzed how frequently inactive persons enter the labor market and how they change industries and statuses.

This study aims to identify factors of life satisfaction of the adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on the comparison between young and old. Data are collected through in-depth interview of the adults with developmental disabilities as well as via workers proxy responses at the group home. Regression model analysis is conducted based on 387 cases. The result shows that the young adults with developmental disabilities are more likely to satisfied with life when they evaluate job performance of workers at the group home and when they are more actively involved in community activities. For the old adults with developmental disabilities, life satisfaction is positively associated with their evaluation of job performance of workers at the group home as in the young adults. In addition, life satisfaction of the old adults is higher when they feel less fatigue. It is also higher for those with more choices on residence and higher level of social activities. The findings reveals that enhancement of life satisfaction for the old adults with developmental disabilities dwelling at group home require supports and services for health and social activities different from other ages. It shares the general ideas that service efforts should be made for needs and desires of the recipients. The present study suggests to expand our research interests to include the disabled in danger of early aging, such as the persons with Down Syndrome and the persons with intellectual disability and cerebral palsy, and look into their particular needs.

In an effort to explore the effects of Youtube video-watching activities on Korean college students' English reading comprehension skills, 148 undergraduate students who enrolled in a General English class at a university in Korea participated in the present study. Participants were randomly classified into four groups - three experimental groups and one control group - according to when they watch videos: before class (n = 33), during class (n = 42), after class (n = 36), and none (n = 37). Over 16 weeks, the three experimental groups engaged in Youtube video-watching activities for about 10 minutes before, during, and after the class, while the control group did not. Pre- and post-tests were administered to confirm the effects of the use of Youtube videos on improving English reading comprehension skills. To compare the improvement between groups, a one-way ANOVA was also run. Major findings are as follows: First, participants in all the three experimental groups significantly improved their English reading comprehension skills, indicating the beneficial effects of Youtube video-watching activities. However, there was no statistically significant difference in the mean improvement between the groups. Based on this, limitations and suggestions for the future research are discussed at the end.

Purpose: This study was found the risk factors of cataract by gender in elder and older Korean adults. Methods: We investigated the data for 5,024 (men 2,163 people, women 2,861 people) people, aged 40-95 years, from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. We divided into two groups (group 1: 40-64 years, group 2: 65-94 years). We divided into two groups (group 1: 40-64 years, group 2: 65-94 years). Cataract was decided in case of at least one eye with lens opacity. We presented significant odds ratio (OR) increase of cataract according to the obesity and socioeconomic information including house income and education level after adjusting for diabetes, hypertension, high triglyceride, outside active, smoking and drinking habits in two groups with distinction of sex. Results: House income (or education) was strongly related to the prevalence of agerelated cataract in all groups. In models adjusting for all other related factors, cataract patients with lower income and education had a higher prevalence of cataract (group1: OR, 1.84[1.17-2.91], OR, 3.00[1.90-4.74], group 2: OR, 3.47[2.53-4.74], OR, 7.44[5.41-10.23] for men. In comparison, for women, cataract patients with lower income, lower education and obesity had a higher prevalence of cataract (group1: OR, 1.72[1.14-2.60], OR, 4.48[2.72-7.38], OR, 1.40[1.10-1.82], group 2: OR, 2.32[1.70-3.16], OR, 29.99[20.31-44.28], OR, 1.27[1.04-1.54]). Conclusions: Factors of low socioeconomic status were associated with age-related cataract in Korean. Obesity-cataract association was stronger in women.

본 고에서는 모바일 3D 그래픽스 기술에 대한 국내외 표준화 연구 활동과 표준화 발전전망에 관하여 기술하고 있다. 모바일 3D API 표준으로는 국제사실표준으로서 크로노스 그룹에서 OpenGL|ES를 제안하고 있어 국내에 많은 모바일 3D 콘텐츠 개발사에서 채택하고 있으며, 자바진영의 M3G(JSR-184) 표준은 응용 콘텐트에 사용하는 상위레벨의 API를 규정하고 있다. 국내에는 모바일 3D 표준화 포럼을 중심으로 MPEG-4SNHC의 3D 압축 프로파일 제안을 위한 TFT 활동과 국내 모바일 3D API 표준을 위한 TFT를 운영하며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 국제 표준화 활동 및 크로노스 그룹과의 긴밀한 협력을 진행하고 있다. 모바일 3D 표준화의 향후 전망으로는 프로그래머블 그래픽 파이프라인에 대한 API의 표준화와 데이터의 압축을 포함한 모바일 게임 데이터 포맷의 표준화, 모바일 3D 그래픽 API를 기반으로 한 상위 수준의 애니메이션, 3D 콘텐츠 제작에 필요한 API에 대한 표준화 및 미디어 프로세싱의 표준화 일환으로 진행되는 크로노스 그룹의 OpenMAX의 표준화 등이 활발하게 이루어질 것이다.

Despite the increasing importance of pedestrians and their walking individualities, walking activity time characteristics are yet to be studied. This study analyzes the walking activity time characteristics by group using the Time Use Survey data. In order to analyze the characteristics of each pedestrian group, cluster analysis and correspondence analysis were performed by dividing the walking styles into utilitarian and leisure-purpose walking. Those who did not undertake utilitarian walking were mainly the worker group, whereas subjects who walked could be classified into homemaker and student groups. The peak of the student group appeared clearly in the morning, with a dispersed peak obtained during the afternoon. Although the peak of the homemaker group was not precise, it was confirmed that they mainly walked in the afternoon. The worker group also did not participate in leisure-purpose walking, while the elderly group mostly undertook walking for leisure. These walking activity time characteristics of pedestrians are expected to be applied when establishing related pedestrian policies.

This paper examined the change in reaction time and accuracy of mental work by physical activity. A treadmill-equipped instrument is used to attain several levels of physical activity. Subjects were recruited from college students and football players; and they were instructed to run on a treadmill at different speeds. In order to determine the individual levels of physical activity of subjects, in this paper, Borg's-RPE scales which indicates subjective levels of physical activity were obtained. And reaction time was evaluated before and after running by arithmetic calculation test Restricted within the limit of this experiment, the results of this study showed that arithmetic calculation performance as a scale of accuracy of mental work rather increase after the exercise even though there are slight difference among the subjects.
