농업 혁명과 산업혁명 그리고 컴퓨터 인터텟 혁명을 넘어 유비쿼터스 혁명으로 말미암아 하나의 WAN속에 수백개의 네트워크가 존재하고 이런 네트워크는 불루투스, IrDA, 802.11, GPS, 이동 통신 기술 등이 포함한다. 본 논문은 이 중에서 블루투스의 여러 응용 분야 중 대화식 회의가 가능하도록 하는 블루투스 그룹 커뮤니케이션 프로토콜에 대한 연구 및 설계에 관한 내용이다. 그룹 커뮤니케이션 중 참여자들이 자유롭게 참여 및 탈퇴를 통해 그룹 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있도록 효율적인 그룹 재구성을 위한 알고리즘을 제시하여 해결하도록 한다.

정보기술과 커뮤니케이션 네트워크의 발전은 개인 컴퓨팅(personal computing)에서 그룹 컴퓨팅(group computing)으로의 전환을 촉진하고 있 다. 이러한 경영환경에서 컴퓨터를 매개체로 한 커뮤니케이션에 관한 연구는 중요한 연구과제가 되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 컴퓨터를 매개체로 한 다양 한 회의양식과 과업유형의 차이가 그룹 결과에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 그룹의 상호작용 과정의 변화가 그룹 결과에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 세가 지 서로 다른 회의양식과 세가지 과업유형이 실험실 실험으로 수행된다. 적 응구조화 이론에 기초한 연구 모델이 정립되었으며, 연구 모델의 정확한 검 증을 위해 종단 연구(longitudinal study)가 행해진다. 적응구조화 이론은 정 보기술, 사회구조, 그리고 인간 상호작용간의 관계를 설명해 주며, 이 연구를 위한 이론적 기반을 제공하고 있다. 그룹 커뮤니케이션 과정의 정확한 분석 을 위해 SYMLOG를 이용해 그룹 구성원의 커뮤니케이션을 코딩하여 조사 한다. 실험 환경의 구축은 표준 그룹웨어인 Lotus Notes를 이용한다.

본 연구에서는 온라인 커뮤니케이션 매체특성이 그룹의 협력과 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 메신저와 e-Learning시스템을 대상으로 비교분석하였다. 독립변수인 커뮤니케이션 매체특성은 풍부성(richness), 동기성(synchronization), 유연성(flexibility), 이용편이성(easy of use)으로 구분하였으며, 이 매체특성들이 그룹의 협력에 미치는 영향과 궁극적으로 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 검증을 위해 실제 그룹 프로젝트를 수행하는 실험 설계를 이용하였다. 연구결과 메신저를 주로 이용하여 프로젝트를 수행한 그룹에서는 커뮤니케이션 매체특성으로 풍부성과 이용편이성이 협력을 증진시키는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, e-Learning 시스템을 주로 이용한 그룹에서는 이용 편이성만이 협력을 증진시켰으며, 궁극적으로 프로젝트 성과를 향상시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 논문은 최근 물리적인 업무공간의 확보에 많은 비용을 부담해야 하는 상황에서 웹기반의 가상 오피스 시스템인 Extranet을 활용하여 정보의 공유와 정보전달을 위한 다양한 매체로서 활용이 가능하도록 구현하였다. 업무 전반에 인터넷의 이용률이 급격히 증가하며 업무 담당자간, 작업 그룹간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 영상을 이용한 다자간 통신 시스템의 경우 하드웨어 시스템의 확장으로 높은 추가 비용이 필요하다. 최근 커뮤니케이션의 도구로 다양한 형식의 통신 수단을 이용하고 있으나 정보의 저장과 재활용의 측면에서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 웹 기반의 통신망을 작업 그룹간의 Extranet System을 설계하고 구현하였다.

최근 인터라넷 환경에서 특정 그룹내 사용자간의 커뮤니케이션을 위한 별도의 메시징 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 공학의 개발 절차에 따라 비쥬얼 C++ 프로그래밍 언어와 마이크로소프트사의 액세스를 이용하여 윈도우 환경에서 특정 그룹 내 사용자의 커뮤니케이션을 위한 메시징 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템에서는 접근 제어를 위한 로그인, 메모 전달을 위한 쪽지 전달, 서로 메시지를 전달하는 대화, 파일을 송수신하는 파일 전송 모듈을 제공하고 있다.

This research is to investigate the impact of informal communication of smart-phone user while at work on performance. To do this, we proposed the research model including informal offline communication represented by tea time and informal online communication typified by Kakao talk derived from water-cooler effect. The results of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, Kakao talk with insiders has a positive effect on performance only in male group, and Kakao talk with outsiders has a negative effect on performance in both male and female group. Secondly, tea time has a positive effect on performance in group with high task interdependence, whereas Kakao talk with insiders has a positive effect on performance in group with low task interdependence. The findings have significant implications for policy development to regulate the wise smart-phone use in organization.

현재 은행들은 종합금융서비스업(Total Financial Solution)인 금융그룹화 추진에 비 은행 사업 분야를 보완하여 금융 업무 대형화를 강화하고 있다. 이에 따라 대형화된 은행권에서는 계열사 간 커뮤니케이션 부재를 해결하고, 각기 다른 기업문화를 통합 할 수 있는 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 매체로 위성영상방송을 찾게 된다. 본 논문에서는 대형화된 은행 내 조직 커뮤니케이션 매체로서의 위성영상방송이 조직에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 알아보았다.

With the rapid development of network and multimedia technologies, computer mediated communication has been realized and there has been a great potential to use and research on asynchronous voice communication systems. This paper reports a case study where 6 groups(3 for documentation work, 3 for software development) of 24 people who used voice mail when carrying out their projects. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overall understanding of usability of voice mail which is a typical example of asynchronous voice communication systems, under a particular situation where project works are performed. Through the study, we came to understand general purposes of usage of voice mail, patterns of using it revealed during the project process, different ways of using it according to different types of projects, and reasons why people are currently not likely to use voice mail. The results hopefully provide systems developers with a guideline to understand the nature of voice mail from users' perspectives.

This study examined the communication and conflict between ship prganization and ship management team. Those are measured and analyzed about both groups, and then the relationships would be investigated objectively and synthetically. Especially, this relationships are enlightened by measuring the level and gap of the communication and group conflict between ship organization and ship management team. The effect of that conflict is analyzed on the organization commitment and job satisfaction of ship organizations. As a result, this study demonstrates the communications have a negative influence on group conflict with statistic significance, also the conflicts effect negatively on the organization commitment and job satisfaction. In the analysis of gaps about the communication and conflict between groups, the level of group conflict is lowest in the group whose gap of communication is small and both communications are activated, and the organization commitment and job satisfaction are highest in the group whose gap of group conflicts is small and both level of the conflicts are low. To conclude, the ship organization and ship management teams in the shipping company have to lessen their conflict each other and heighten the organization commitment and job satisfaction through their smooth communication.
