천식(Asthma)과 같은 복합질환(Complex Disease)의 원인과 작용 모델을 찾기 위해서 여러가지 통계적인 방법들과 기계 학습(Machine Learning)의 방법 등이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 천식 환자와 대조군들을 분류할 수 있는 단일염기 다형성(SNP, Single Nucleotide Polymorphism)의 조합에 대하여 조사한다.

활자유전학(typogenetics)은 인공생명(artificial life) 연구에 사용되는 형식 시스템으로서, 자가복제자와 하이퍼사이클의 출현에 관한 연구에 효과적인 모델이다. 본 연구에서는 하이퍼사이클에 추가될 복제자의 차이점과 유사점을 측정하기 위하여 편집거리(edit distance)를 사용하여, 기존의 연구에서 생성된 하이퍼사이클 보다 더 큰 크기의 다양한 하이퍼사이클들을 생성하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of preventive behavior intention to the particulate matter. The results based on the survey of 280 university students showed that the perceived susceptibility and barriers to the particulate matter do not have statistically significant effects on the preventive behavior intention. However, perceived severity and benefits, subjective norm, and self-efficacy to the particulate matter had statistically significant positive effects on the preventive behavior intention. The results of this study suggested that communication strategies to increase perceived severity and benefits, subjective norm and self-efficacy should be required to improve the degree of preventive behavior intention to the particulate matter of college students. It is expected to contribute explaining preventive actions against environmental hazards such as air pollution in the future.

With the rapid progress of the 4th industrial revolution, technical human capitals are considered to be the core competing factors of the enterprise. Technical manpower training of the 4th industrial revolution through technical education has become an essential task of venture start-ups. The opening of technical training courses and the education support system of companies are increasing, but the shortage of technical manpower is getting worse. This study was conducted to analyze the factors affecting participation intention of the 4th industrial revolution technology education. The research model was established based on the model of goal-directed behavior. For the analysis, 250 valid questionnaire data were used to test with a structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows. First, attitude had a positive effect on the intention to participate in education. Second, subjective norms had a positive effect on the intention to participate in education. Third, the perceived behavioral control has not been tested for a significant influence on educational participation intention. Fourth, positive and negative anticipated emotions had a significant effect on educational intention. The impact of significant variables were found in the order of positive anticipated emotions, attitudes, negative anticipated emotions, subjective norms. On the other hand, as a result of testing the mediating effect of desires, it was found that desires plays a mediating role between attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, positive anticipated emotions, negative anticipated emotions, and participation intention. In particular, the causal relationship between perceived behavioral control and intention to participate in education was not significant, but perceived behavioral control had a significant effect(full mediation) on participation intention through desires. Based on the results of this study, the following implication were suggested. First, the model of goal-directed behavior(MGB) was applied to the technical education field. Second, the direct relationship between antecedent variables and behavioral intentions was simultaneously tested. Third, unlike the existing education-related research, the factors affecting participation in education were analyzed. Fourth, the importance of desires for education were suggested.

This study examined what determinants affect the intention of retweeting on Twitter from the perspectives of motivations and social psychology. The primary theoretical foundations are the theory of reasoned action (TRA), motivation theory and social capital theory. An online survey was administrated to collect the data. The data collected was analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM). The findings showed that both the attitude toward the retweeting behavior and subjective norm have significant effects on the intention to retweet. The results also showed that the attitude toward the retweeting behaviors was influenced by the individual intrinsic motivation and the norm of reciprocity. Social trust also had a significant influence on the intention to retweet. This study discusses the implications of these findings.

The purpose of the study is to examine the factors that influence on the Koreans' intergenerational communication. A survey was conducted with university students in their 20s, and the impacts of filial piety and indigenous cultural factors(confucianism and Chemyon) on intergenerational communication styles and intergeneral communication satisfaction were tested. Results of hierarchical regression analyses showed that politeness and confucianism had positive influence on intergenerational communication while deference and Chmyon had negative influence on intergenerational communication. The indigenous cultural variables increased total R2 significantly, proving the crucial impact of confucianism and Chemyon on the Koreans' intergenerational communication. Finally, male students perceived higher level of communicative satisfaction than female students in the intergenerational communication context.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that determined the adoption of digital textbook among elementary and middle school teachers, and to propose and validate a revised Technology Acceptance Model. The study was grounded in the innovation diffusion theory and the attribute factors proposed in the theory were used in the model. More specifically, observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were proposed as external factors and usefulness, easy of use, intention to use were proposed as internal factors in the proposed model. It was found that (a) observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were the main external factors that influenced the teachers' intention to use digital textbook and (b) the revised TAM was validated.

In the industrial motor drive system, a shaft torsional vibration is often generated when a motor and a load are connected with a flexible shaft. This paper treats the vibration suppression control of such a system. Recently, there are new methods which estimate unknown state variables by using a reduced order observer and feedback these state variables by using a pole placement design method. But there is a trade-off between the fast command following property and the attenuation of disturbances and vibrations in these design methods. In this paper, the vibration suppression control of a two-mass system using a reference model is proposed. Because of using a reference model, the proposed control satisfy the fast command following property and the attenuation of disturbances and vibrations. Control parameter can be changed to maintain high system performance in control using a reference model. Experimental results show the validity of the proposed state feedback control using a reference model, and this controller is compared with the state feedback controller.

최근 에어비앤비나 우버와 같은 협력적 소비 기반의 비즈니스모델을 가진 공유경제가 성장하고 있다. 본 논문은 공유경제에 대한 개념을 정의하고, 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 경제적, 기능적, 경험적, 사회적 가치를 포함한 4가지 지각된 가치와 주관적 규범, 이미지, 사회적 임계점을 구성하는 3가지 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 신뢰와 사회적 규범, 네트워크와 사회구조를 포함한 사회적자본의 조절효과에 관심을 두고 있다. 가설을 검증하고자 온라인과 오프라인에서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 변수별로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 사회적자본의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 위계적인 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 지각된 가치 중 경제적, 경험적 가치는 공유경제 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적인 회귀분석의 결과에서 사회적자본은 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향의 공유경제 이용의도 관계에 있어 조절적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지각된 가치를 통합적 분석, 기존 공유경제 연구에서 자주 다뤄지지 않았던 사회적 영향과 사회적자본의 요인을 다룬 점에 의미가 있지만, 설문조사 결과의 한계가 있었기에 향후 새로운 연구 방향성을 제시할 수 있다.

Recently, the Korean government develops a variety of policies for the improvement of school education. Among the policies, convergence education is considered as essential. Moreover, as the policies declare that mathematics is expected to play a central role in the convergence education, mathematics educators are required to seek for ways of how to approach convergence education in mathematics. In this context, this paper reviewed diverse viewpoints on what kind of contribution convergence education make to the improvement of school mathematics. While the argument constructed around the issue of national competitiveness is the most prevalent in the political discourse, this paper recommends to introduce the epistemological norms raised by the knowledge integration through history. In addition, this paper presents both domestic and international programs to discuss how to develop educational program for convergence education in mathematics.
