An important aspect of remote sensing research would be ultimately the production of research output so that operational people can directly use it. However, for the strip target, it is not certain how the research output in remote sensing helps the field user in adopting and utilizing the technology successfully. The relative limitation of traditional remote sensing systems for such a linear application is briefly discussed and the strength of videography are highlighted. Based on the postulated advantages of video as corridor sensor, a careful and extensive investigation has been made of research trends for airborne videography to identify how past research matches to demand of field clients. It is found that while video has been operationally used for strip target in field client communities, much research effort has been directed to area target, and relatively little towards the classification and monitoring of linear target. From this critical review, a very important step has been made concerning the practicality of airborne videography. The value of this paper is warranted in proposing a new concept of video strip monitoring(VSM) as future research direction in recognition of sensor characteristics and limitations. Ultimately, the suggestion in this paper will greatly contribute to opening new possibilities for implementing VSM, proposed as an initial aim of this paper.
Despite an astronomical budget for public diplomacy, China is experiencing successive failures in public diplomacy. The unfavorable feeling towards China is increasing every year in the world and China needs a new public diplomacy to resolve anti-Chinese sentiment. Here, we found that viewers of Korean-Chinese student YouTuber Deemd formed a friendly image towards China after watching Deemd's China vlog. Therefore, in this study, we tried to examine whether Deemd's vlogs affect the improvement of China's country image theoretically guided by the theory of mere exposure effect. In addition, we examined whether the improvement of a country image causes the 'Halo effect' that leads to an increase in the intention to visit China and purchase intention of Chinese products. It is expected that the results of this study can serve as a new digital media diplomacy solution for countries, including China, that want to capture the hearts of foreign public in the era of a new digital public diplomacy.

Objectives: This study compares cases of Dalgubeol Health Care Project, 301 Network Project, and 3 for 1 Project based on program logic models to derive measures for promoting integrated healthcare and welfare services centered around medical institutions. Methods: From January to December 2021, information on the implementation systems and performance of each institution was collected. Data sources included prior academic research, project reports, operational guidelines, official press releases, media articles, and written surveys from project managers. A program logic model analysis framework was applied, structuring the information based on four elements: situation, input, activity, and output. Results: All three projects aimed to address the fragmentation of health and welfare services and medical blind spots. Despite similar multidisciplinary team compositions, differences existed in specific fields, recruitment scale, and employment types. Variations in funding sources led to differences in community collaboration, support methods, and future directions. There were discrepancies in the number of beneficiaries and medical treatments, with different results observed when comparing the actual number of people to input manpower and project cost per beneficiary. Conclusions: To design an integrated health and welfare service provision system centered on medical institutions, securing a stable funding mechanism and establishing an appropriate target population and service delivery system are crucial. Additionally, installing a dedicated department within the medical institution to link activities across various sectors, rather than outsourcing, is necessary. Ensuring appropriate recruitment and stable employment systems is needed. A comprehensive provision system offering services from mild to severe cases through public-private cooperation is suggested.
This study was conducted to collect and analyze previous information in order to manage efficience, improve experience effect and promote employment rate. The questionnaire interview with 27 chief of dental Laboratory refered clinical experience in technology department about clinical experience in 14 Jumior colleges were also investigated. The results were summarried as follows : The portion of age of 35-39 among chief of dental Laboratory was 40.7% which was the highest, that of male was 96.3%, that of junior college graduate was 97.5%, that of 10years experience was 92.6% and that of ceramic technician was 85.2%, 63.0% dental laboratory for clinical experience was a bore space of 30pyong. Aspect of dental laboratory management, manufacturing all part of prosthetic restoration was 29.6%, othodontic appliance and ceramic restoration was 7.4%, 3.8%, each. The percentage of 40.7 was having connection with 30-3a dental clinics and referring case per day was 10-19 cases(40.7%), manufacturing time of referred prosthetic restoration was 3-4 days(77.8%), places preparing seminar room for education was 29.6%, above a place of 40pyong was 11.1% 30-34 pyong and 35-39 pyong was 7.4% each. During training of 2 years education course student, 18.5% was rack of thorough occupational career. While 44.4% will want the more salary among 3years education course student, 74.1% will expect the more dental techmicians would engaged in their field, 51.9% will hope improve of their theory and practice, 29.6% be expected better skill and 14.8% be expected better theory. Attitude of clinical experience places was distributed by 59.3% of offering only experience chance, 25.9% of wasting time and 29.0% of annoying. The big emphasis of climical experience was thorough occupational career(44.4%). The clinical experience places of our college were selected after direct visiting, so their condition of management was not that bad but most of dental laboratory were poor in management state and working environment. Therefore it is difficult to choose appropriate places and dental Laboratory are also limited manpower and time as suppliers. So that it recommended to induce flexible management of experience period by interval and rotation of experience places among college and to applicate intern-system for employment ant industry-college cooperation aspect.

Especially, animation genre has the feature, which compares to other genres, such as film or TV drama, would be free from cultural barriers, and it is a great advantage. So to speak, animation can get little influence from cultural discount. However, Korean animation can't use the advantage properly for the foreign distribution because of its poor infrastructure and short of professional human resources. For those reasons, it has been needed to set up the realistic and specific action plan to overcome the situation. Therefore, considering those needs and the situations of Korean animation facing, making B2B online marketplace could be a great solution. The online marketplace stands for taking more efficient and broad distribution channel instead of the passive way, which we have now. If we have the B2B online marketplace, we can share all the information about the Korean animation with the potential customers whom live outside of Korea at real time. It also could be use to the windows of multiple distribution, which can make additional profits and activate the optional markets for the Korean animation. Through the method, Korean animation would be expected to get the higher international competitiveness, and it would be developed in quality and quantity of the business. Finally, it would be a great chance to Korean animation, which can get the unique brand power by improving the backward distribution circumstances.

As issue of global environment, Korea government sets the specific goal to reduce CO2 emission by 26.9% in construction industry up to 2020. Korea government is encouraging Greenremodeling and progressing the pilot to establish the guideline and instruction. However, There is a lack of the study on establishing process, tasks of Greenremodeling, and Greenremodeling guidelines and instructions are also insufficient, so the vitalization of Greenremodeling is difficult. Therefore, the purpose of this study is deducting Greenremodeling process and the critical enhancement task of Greenremodeling. For that, deducting the Greenremodeling tasks through analyzing of previous research and taking counsel from experts, and drawing the critical enhancement tasks of Greenremodeling using IPA method. From now on, It is conducted in Greenremodeling business and expected to contribute Greenremodeling market.
In this paper, we present a novel illumination system for parking lots constructed underground. We design and implement this system using microwave sensors and dimming control of LED fluorescent lamps so that we can obtain lighting efficiency of the illumination scheme. We construct an effective illumination system in the aspects of performance and cost, resulting in energy-saving and electricity reduction. Recently conventional energy-saving method applied to old underground parking lots mainly relies upon turning off the half of total number of lamps installed in the parking lot. Sometimes there are some lots that have infrared sensor to be used to turn on/off the fluorescent lamps to realize these operations smoothing. The other schemes utilize timer to control lighting time of the fluorescent lamps. These conventional schemes are forcing to turn off a part of lamps installed so that we cannot apply them in a systematic way. Moreover they will be most inefficient when we leave them alone to be continuous consumers. The lighting control system proposed in this paper can recognize objects through microwave sensors and inform the appropriate lighting time, furthermore we can adjust brightness of LED lamps following the surroundings using dimming control scheme so that we can epochally improve the illumination system for underground parking lots. According to our sophisticated test experiments, we can maximally obtain 81.9% of energy-saving effectiveness using the system proposed in this paper.
In this study, emotional word logging software,'VideoTAME' was developed as an effective measurement tool for complementing the current psychological measuring methods. With the software, we measured the user's emotional changes while they interact with a product. The main goal of this study is to reveal the influence of usability on human emotions by analyzing the user's emotional changes while using a product. In this research, we asked 30 subjects to examine their emotional changes with watching the video clip recorded when they performed a series of tasks with a cellular phone in the experiment room. The results of this research indicated that negative emotion such as 'Uncomfortalbeness' was elicited mostly while they performed tasks which were difficult due to usability problems. On the other hand, positive emotion such as 'Satisfaction in Usability' was elicited for tasks which were easy to perform because of good usability. The reason for the user's emotional changes while they interact with a product can be assumed that the emotional changes were caused by specific situations they face when performing a task rather than the characteristics of task itself. We expect to clarify how usability of a product impact user's emotions in depth with more data collected and analyzed with the help of 'VideTAME'.

The Korean performing arts has been facing stagnation due to oversupply, lack of effective distribution system, and insufficient business models. In order to overcome these difficulties, it is necessary to improve the efficiency and accuracy of marketing by using more objective market data, and to secure audience development and loyalty. This study considers the viewpoint that 'Big Data' could provide more general and accurate statistics and could ultimately promote tailoring services for performances. We examine the first case of Big Data analysis conducted by a credit card company as well as Big Data's characteristics, analytical techniques, and the theoretical background of performing arts consumer analysis. The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning and limitations of the analysis case on performing arts by Big Data and to overcome these limitations. As a result of the case study, incompleteness of credit card data for performance buyers, limits of verification of existing theory, low utilization, consumer propensity and limit of analysis of purchase driver were derived. In addition, as a solution to overcome these problems, it is possible to identify genre and performances, and to collect qualitative information, such as prospectors information, that can identify trends and purchase factors.combination with surveys, and purchase motives through mashups with social data. This research is ultimately the starting point of how the study of performing arts consumers should be done in the Big Data era and what changes should be sought. Based on our research results, we expect more concrete qualitative analysis cases for the development of audiences, and continue developing solutions for Big Data analysis and processing that accurately represent the performing arts market.
This study considers the improvement of R&D promotion program and its investment efficiency for regional industry. We find out some problems of R&D promotion program and suggest plans to improve investment efficiency of R&D through practical analysis of achievement. Since the 2000s, our country has implemented diverse policies for regional industry; R&D for regional industry has become a core part of business from the point of view of regional industry. As ever, these policies are highly supported for the purpose of securing industrial competitiveness by the central government and local governments. This study, through practical analysis of certain region (Jeonbuk), reviews some problems of R&D promotion program and suggests plans to enhance the achievements of a variety of policies, strategies, and projects. We perform practical analysis using three methods for three different aspects: shift-share analysis for each industry type, performance analysis for each investment type and characteristic analysis for each company type. Reviewing the results of practical analysis, we suggest some plans to promote the collaboration of main R&D support organizations and to minimize the doubleness caused sporadically by the central government and local governments. This research will be used effectively in setting up, implementing, and evaluating R&D investments for regional Industry.
